All former top girls in 2018/2019 have fallen. Their popularity makes them both "boring" and strategic targets, so ironically they will never win because they're the strongest. The FARTS psyop in 2021 was this sentiment being firmly manifested.

I wouldn’t say that. A couple of the traditional radius like Chel and Tyr’ahnee made it far, and especially it’s known that the heavy hitters were rigged out this year in that whole rigging controversy and if that’s being resolved then that isn’t an issue
Their main pitfall will be, as you said, if people decide they are “boring” winners or “they have another shot ___ doesn’t”

Is Toph the Elite Eight member of any of the tournaments with the biggest falloff or does that still go to Black Canary or Kuzco?

Putting psyops, strategic voting, and rigging aside, I think a lot of it might also come down to AtLA gradually losing its influence on the board. The other AtLA reps this year either didn’t get really far (Azula) or straight up lost in the very first round (Ty Lee, Zuko and Sokka).
>>13265
Adding to this, Raven is another top girl from 2019 who did pretty well this year, the only reason she didn’t get into the Elite Eight is because she got Fang'd. And in turn, Kim Possible only lost early because she went up againts Raven. I think the only real anomaly this year was Starfire, who lost to Mandy in the second round.

Chel’s an exception cause literally no one talks about her. Her first mention this year was when people noticed she made semi’s. Not being part of acronym autism and being from a millennial move instead of a millennial series are probably what help. She’s become (and I hate to use it for what spite it may incur) the true remaining silent majority pick

I don't think that's a big deal (yet). It's just that the tournaments have gotten increasingly widespread attention on the board. You still have millennial candidates getting far and winning (or being rigged against because they're dangerous). The finals since Toph's big loss reflect this. Tyr'ahnee, Monarch, Hank, Grievous, Shirley, Fang (honorary because Genndy), Carl and Zorak were all millennial.

It's weird to think about, because I remember when Tyr'ahnee struggled to get into the E8, and eventually got to there and even the finals after a couple of aggressive back to back campaigns, even taking on former E8's like Chel. Her voters were a lot quieter this year, although I guess largely still present. Seems like she's just one more good campaign away from claiming a seat in the pantheon.

In this case it's a joke. She falls in love with him because she mistakenly believed he was a stock hyper-competent space stud, when in actuality he's Daffy Duck. On the other side of it, Dodgers blows her off to chase women who don't want him, because he's Daffy Duck. I don't think Daffy Duck is meant for wish fulfillment, and obviously nothing he does will be grounded in reality.
