The character is called Command Grab, her thing is being a fighting game aficionado and streamer who is very belligerent, is drawn in various sexy situations like the one you mentioned (losing matches having made a hasty bet with her opponent beforehand is one such thing).

The worst thing about /ss/ is not only is it somewhat niche but so much of the content that DOES exist just ends up funneled into other threads which has boy/woman characters from them hooking up.
Leaves the thread for it specifically somewhat anaemic.
