Unfortunately I'm having computer problems (a critical hardware failure with the hard drive on my laptop) I've been running diskwarrior and am now backing everything up on the work computer (with permission) if I can't get my hard drive working as it should, then I'll be dead in the water till I can replace and restore it. Forgot to mention, I think this image is very helpfu;l. I think I messed up by trying to use the WB video as reference because it is kinda hard to see certain features. Again the first episode is okay but some of the later episodes are hilarious especially the two with Joel's older brother Brian. There is little art to this show on Rule34. Well, as for cartoons to do /34/ of. I say that I had the most fun with Shezow or Mother Up because not many people do those. Boondocks is good too. Also had fun doing Linus Et Boom. I really wish it were availible in english. I also like American Dad and Family guy. Meg is one of my favorites, but there are a million drawings of her. There was a Kung-Fu panda piece I did and liked, might gop back to that at some point tho it has been done to death. There are a few things that I want to do but haven't gotten around to yet like Wakfu and Lascars. The former is done to death, the latter slips my mind, but mmfh Manuela is the sexiest queen of crazy.

There's also a webcomic that I've been wanting to make, but I'm having trouble in the ideas department (part of the reason why I've been doing a few sequentials lately as I want to make something that is comical).

Professional writer here, believe it or not. My PhD thesis was so exemplary that I published it. It didn't become a notable literary work, but I've been told by my peers that it's been quite helpful to those who struggle with writing. So that might grant me some credibility when I give you this advice, Liquidmark.


Pull together elements. Seriously. Just ponder your favorite forms of entertainment, think of what makes it so cool to you, and follow suit.


There is no shame when it comes to being inspired. I've read many great books that were based highly off the author's favorite books from their childhood. It is said there is never an original story anymore, but that's okay. For it's not the content that matters, but the depth you put into it. Hell, Star Wars is just a ripoff of cliche sci-fi, but what makes it so important to the sci-fi community is Lucas' heart that he puts into each of the characters and story.

If you love Leisure Suit Larry, then that means you are enthralled with the elements of it. Surprisingly, you will find it easy to write a comic based off LSL since the elements of said game are enticing to you.

All in all, just write whatever comes to mind first. From there you will discover what literary aspects are appealing to you, and to other LSL fans as well.

Well, I took it as more of a joke since I already colored the other version of it and to make a color edit is easy to do.
