He did improve a lot, the Lucy in the Christmas outfit for example, sure the arms are a bit out of proportion, but it's a nice drawing overall and the extra long arms can work as a stylistic choice

Well drawn but the AR should be flipped the other way. The ejection port, mag release, etc is on the right of the gun. On that side you have the safety selector and bolt release.

Yes left handed uppers exist but the ejection port cover flips up instead of down. In your pic you can see that because otherwise it couldn't go down all the way because it'd hit the bolt release and prevent brass from ejecting properly. In his image there isn't much detail but the way the cover is drawn it would flip down. You might say that's ok because the lower is also flipped, but there's a reason why that isn't a thing in the real world. The magazine catch has to work with existing mags and it pushes that horizontal bar on the lower out to release the mag. For it to work flipped the mags would have to be mirrored as well which isn't a thing for many logistical reasons. Ambi lowers allow lefties to shoot but they still make use of the existing controls locations. So yes, the upper could stay as is (if the ejection port cover was modified) but the lower can't. Yes I'm autistic I KNOW.
