Here we are once again for the Drones, the Drones and everything related to them. I really like Drones. The museum-caliber drawings in the Booru: https://dronebooru.co The most interesting wheel with OCs: https://wheelofnames.com/z8q-2mf And it's modifier: https://wheelofnames.com/4h8-fyf The knowledge center that is the OC wiki: https://dronebooru.co/wiki_pages/original_character The last Thread: >>202551
DO NOT FUCK SENTINEL DRONES! Sentinel Drones are extremely mentally unstable! 100% of Cases where SD's lose their minds result in them shredding their lovers to pieces! Why don't you settle down with a Disassembly Drone instead! They're not crazy plus they actually love you and won't tear you to shreds!
>>203575 I used it before, but I never shared the results because A. I hadn't known about the thread until about a month ago and B. I hadn't watched the show until a month ago
>what if? Liam is co-creating a new show on either adult swim or a streaming service >but! Other than monsters and the occasional monstergirl, most of the characters look like this
>>203584 >It is the 41st Chanlennium. For more than a hundred centuries the Anonymous of Mankind has sat immobile on the Golden computer chair of Plus. >He is the master of the threadlore by the will of the contentfags and master of a million threads by the might of His inexhaustible greentexts. >He is a rotting carcass writhing invisibly with power from the Dark Age of /co/. >He is the Carrion Lord of the vast board of /md/ for whom a thousand (you)s are sacrificed every day so that He may never truly die.
>try our new Mac and Mac and Cheese >creamy oil-cheese sauce on al dente noodles, topped with breadcrumbs and served atop the belly of one of our crowd favorite servers >so good you'll want to lick it off! >feeds 4 hungry worker drones

>>203615 >Colt barely reacts to (You) being balls deep in him because he's too busy venting about how needy Akita is and how weird and creepy her insistence she's a normal drone when she clearly doesn't believe that is
I'm genuinely retarded and missed out on the last thread because I misread the new thread post Anyways here's something I typed up in a dead thread >The Ruinous Powers have set their eyes upon those they would claim as theirs to turn into their champions >Khornes' eye blazes with fury and interest at Seriel Designation N, a being made to kill and kill and kill yet refuses to do so unless absolutely necessary >He will be turned from a lapdog into a proper war hound and slave to Khorne
>Nurgles' putrid and rotting gaze falls upon Seriel Designation J, the one who gave up and yet still goes on >She has accepted that there is no escape in death, albeit to a lesser god but Nurgle is all too willing to bring her into his loving, pestilential embrace >She will make for a fine tally master for his plagues, and his beloved Nurglings will love her
>Slaanesh turns her attention to Seriel Designation V >The creative ways the drone kills brings some amusement to the Prince, but V could be oh so much more creative... >Slaanesh only needs to give a little push in the right direction and he will have a new toy to enjoy in oh so many delicious ways
>The many fractal eyes of Tzeentch fall upon the ambitious Doll >Oh Doll, poor sweet desperate Doll >She plots and schemes against a god and believes she can succeed on her own >But now she isn't alone in her plots... >The lord of change whispers into her ear every time she uses her powers, offering to relieve her of her burden, to rid her of her parasite god, offering of freedom and power >She will believe that her chains to the Solver will be broken, but will fail to notice the strings being tied to her...
>The GREAT HORNED RAT IS BEST-BEST CHAOS GOD! >GREAT HORNED RAT CAN SEE RAT-SLAVE ON DIRT-EARTH IS NOT SCHEME-PLOTTING! >RAT-SLAVE JANE WILL DIE-DIE SCREAMING AS SHE TURNS-CHANGES INTO SLIME-GOO!
>Screwing Fem!Teacher on her desk while she's grading some tests >She wasn't paying you any attention and her emotionless face makes you think you're doing something wrong >When you slow fown, she looks back at you and says "I didn't tell you to stop. I may not look like it but I'm enjoying myself and I really need this. Slow down again and I'm docking 30 points from you." >Not wanting to get a lower grade, you return to hammering her synthetic pussy
>>203625 >They are all defeated by Emily, champion of the one true God. >We're not really sure how she did it. >Probably just showed up after they all beat each other to shit and declared victory.
>>203601 Well both Reddit and Twitter are fucking retarded.
Both think N and Cyn are literal siblings, and that Uzi's tail is now Cyn (in their mind, Cyn being the actual drone and N's evil little sister) instead of that being the Absolute Solver.
>>203633 How do they manage to misinterpret the show this much? Does Liam need to make a big fucking slide-show explaining everything? If there ever is a season 2, we need Uzi explaining the actual plot as a slide-show to her retarded classmates who believe in the dumb shit the fandom outside these threads does complete with Uzi insulting them
>Negev twitched as yet another drone glanced her way. >She was doing her best to blend in, but it was... difficult. >The asylum at least didn't lie. Didn't pretend like everything was okay. >But she knew. She knew the drones here were living on a razor's edge. >Just one mistake away from total oblivion. >All it took was a second for her mother to- >"Hey twitchy!" Lucy called over. >Negev's head snapped to the voice, finding the embodiment of fear inches from her face. >She didn't flinch, she didn't reel back, Negev had seen worse- >"GAH!" Negev fell backwards as Lucy licked her face. She wiped the spit away. "Why did you do that?!" >"Because. Funny." Lucy said in answer. >Negev glowered at Lucy. >Lucy just stuck her tongue out, likely in threat. >"You're lucky we're friends," Negev said. >"Yeah yeah Ms. Angst." Lucy plopped down, sitting against the wall beside Negev. "So - what's on your mind today?" >"The usual. Inevitable death. Destruction. A house of cards one stiff breeze from falling over." >Lucy nodded sagely. "Still going on about the whole - your mom is the host of a vengeful God - thing?" >"She is!" Negev said, a little more sternly than intended. She took a breath after, trying to lower her voice. "Figured you'd believe me at least." >"Oh no. She is." Lucy tilted her head, confused. "Just don't know why you're stressing about it. Not like it's gonna help." >Negev opened her mouth, shut it, then grabbed Lucy's face. "You believe me?" >"Yeah." Lucy said, cheeks squished. "It's obvious..." >"Then you have to help me do something-" >"Like what?" >"I don't know. Something!" >Lucy chuckled. "Neggy, these are Gods we're talking about. Not really anything we can do. Besides, it's not like Solver's the only one out there." >"What... do you mean?" >"Oh, there's tons of Gods. Pretty much all of them want us dead. Not drones - just anything that isn't a God. And your mom's got her thing... sorta under control so no use worrying about that." >"Why... why would I not worry about that?" >"Because. They all want us dead. And we're not." Lucy knocked on her own head. "So - I think that means we're winning. I think, they're afraid of us..."
Hey uh... So I finally got to third base with Thalia and um... Shouldn't female drones not have a penis? I made an excuse that I had to use the bathroom to post this please help
>>203638 >How do they manage to misinterpret the show this much? Because of many reasons, but I'd argue that the biggest one is because of lot of twitter and reddit MD fans lack media literacy prior to watching the show
I don't know if it's also midnight where you guys/gals are at, but I'm going to say goodnight to y'all anyway since it is the middle of the night where I'm at
Goodnight anons, I'm gonna get my rest and be right back to the action here tomorrow
>>203664 Focus would probably put his reflexes and speed on-par with a DD, cloak would hide him but not perfectly due to their special eyes, but his shotgun is where it's at. That thing would instantly neutralize a DD. But he has his limits, he can't keep going forever. He'll run out of ammo, if nothing else. Basically, it's an endless version of that one room on the Omega Facility mission.
>>203654 Sad reality is that visual media in general is slowly catering more and more towards straight up spoonfeeding and explaining things to the audience's face through lazy exposition and having the characters say their thoughts out loud to tell the viewer what is happening.
Murder Drones shows practically everything, instead of telling. Now it's not a perfect show by any means, but despite the flaws that can be seen as the show being easily confusing (if you don't pay attention) I think it's really great that it manages to be a cartoon series that continues to practice show-don't-tell to such an honest degree. Unfortunately, that has the downside oof a significant number of viewers now being unable to put two-and-two together without it being told to them. Or coming to nonsensical conclusions about what they were just shown because, like you said, proper media literacy is becoming less common now.
>>203685 Maybe the key to getting Akita to accept herself as she is would be to show her other Solver Sapiens so that she would feel like she’s a type of creature instead of a 1 in a billion mistake

>rip minimi looking back now she feels too much like masqy to me. Since droneanon has caused so much anger and annoyance like me, how did Harper manage to stay relevant?
>>203792 Oh, fuck, I've been waiting for that question.
They are like human politicians, only they have their own interests, due to their nature as disassembly drones.
Politicians are those who have power, and they use it to direct the resources of the state to do something. Power is the projection of your will onto other people, and it does not matter if it is money, bureaucracy or just the force of arms, if you can tell a lot of people what to do, you can become a politician, so DD politicians are rich drones, heads of state services, high-ranking military officers and so on, in general, exactly the same as with us. They will also unite in political parties to combine their political forces, and due to their nature, different from humans, they will not unite in parties with humans, but almost always only with each other.
If we take the Veteran AU, or any other similar AU, then the disassembly drones politicians will rely on other disassembly drones, also only because of their nature. They will protect their interests and fight against oppression at first, but over time, when DD's influence on society only grows, they will switch from good intentions to selfish ones, and will already be promoting laws for the sake of strengthening their electorate and thereby giving themselves only more power.
Imagine the Elliot family, but in the form of disassembly drones. This is how rich and political family of murder drones can look in the new world.
Politics in general is an extremely complex subject, and trying to pick it apart like this is ridiculous, but I hope I can explain it at least a little bit.
Mutants played an essential role in the rehabilitation of emancipated Disassembly Drones during the early years following the solver war. Particularly hardy mutants - those who possessed abominable regeneration - often volunteered to donate their blood and flesh to keep DDs placated. Nowadays it’s all synthetic lab-grown stuff, ever since that tech was recovered. Doesn’t taste the same. Neither did the Muties’, but it was closer. Somehow, I miss it…
Shit-at-art anon here, I have found it so diabolically difficult to combine regular worker drones with mechanical, basic and more realistic/militaristic designs. This drawing shit is not easy.
>>203804 everyone calls him the “strong, silent type” but in reality he’s totally autistic. all he knows is war. more familiar with glorious combat than holding a passive conversation. his special interest is inflicting righteous violence upon the solver menace. i think he likes dinosaurs and trains and stuff.

>>203796 >A disgruntled veteran makes his way to the laid-out dead drop, where he finds a stash of weapons and coordinates for vital areas to strike and begin the rebellion >He loads up, picking his favorite of the bunch, and gets in his car, driving off to his destination, as do so many others >Time to make a scene.
>An hour later, the rebellion's leaders all watch a video feed >Every veteran they armed is at a gun range far off in the boonies, shooting all sorts of fancy restricted weapons at targets that never stood a chance, chatting with their DD wives and showing off their acquisitions >The meeting is silent, everyone visible in the feed looks dead inside >The NT representative excuses himself and throws himself out of the nearest airlock

In our world, the international community has adopted a law prohibiting interference in the lives of peoples who have remained at the level of primitive-social order, doesn't it mean that the Union will simply declare it a sanctuary planet and will protect it from.... from any drones with less than honourable intentions.
>>203844 Nah, he's just going to get a disciplinary action and maybe a reduction of rank and/or pay. Remember that every NT employee is an insane psychopath and they would do anything to further profits. Things like this happen from time to time and they think "Eh, maybe next time.".

>>203882 I don't know about any fucking wee woo, but these three just jumped me and dragged to the precinct, where I was given a choice: either rot in a maximum security prison for 20 years for anti-state activity and abetting terrorism, or "become a loving husband to three lovely officers." As you can see, I didn't have much of a choice.
>>203680 >MD is not perfect by any means and has flaws Ofc it's not, we probably can all agree, but I'd rather take a show with flaws but obviously made with love over a show that is dumbed down and overall a bland and uninteresting product anyday >One of the downsides of MD being a true demonstrator of "show, don't tell" storytelling is that some fans can't put two and two together without being spoonfed information or coming up with illogical conclusions with what they were shown OMG YES, bro some of the theories that I've seen other people say over my time as a MD fan literally makes me question if they are even talking about the same show anymore

No kidding, I actually think Pavo would be a great president: 1) He has titanium balls (figuratively speaking), which means he would not be a puppet of some rich jerk, but would run his own policies; 2) He is capable, and knows what to do; 3) He is kind and selfless, he would work for the good of the people, not for personal enrichment; 4) He is a human-centred, and would not allow anyone to threaten mankind; 5) He is a sentinel drone and a war hero, which says a lot; 6) He is sane. At least outwardly.

Liam loves Eldritch Horror fuckery and it's stated in the Murder Drones art bible in GlitchInn that Dead Space was part of the inspiration for the atmosphere of MD.
>>203552 If you look at the Zombie Drones tape, and at things such as the warnings that come up on Uzi's visor at the end of the Pilot before she starts laughing, the AI cores of the Worker Drones DO have a self destruct function to ensure that the AI Core is non-functional when the Drone dies or any anomalous tampering is detected. These "failsafe pins" just don't always successfully go off, which is why Human owners of Worker Drones must check and make sure the AI Cores of dead drones are actually destroyed before disposing of them. This is part of the reason why Zombie Drones are so rare, because it's extremely unlikely for the AI core failsafe to fail and most Humans probably actually followed Drone disposal guidelines - except the Elliots.
But yeah. The Worker Drones DO have a self destruct, but the entire reason Zombie Drones can occur is because (like any system) it is possible it can fail under specific circumstances. Unfortunately, The Absolute Solver only needed a single perfect occassion and convenient overlapping circumstances (The Elliots not checking their disposed drones and getting rid of them properly) to slip in and take Cyn as its host in order to manifest in the world.
>>203913 I don't know what the definitive worst would be, lots of people have said some really dumb shit (cough reddit cough twitter) The one that personally peeves me off the most is when people talk about the show stating that Cyn is like, the actual original drone from the dumps. And she's insane and evil. And the Absolute Solver are just powers or a "virus" she uses, and that the drone Cyn is who is possessing others. Because she's "angry" at humans and wants to kill all of humanity. Without understanding that the Absolute Solver is the overarching entity that acts as and through Cyn, and we know the Solver's motivations.
>>203928 >we know the Solver's motivations I mean it's not exactly hard to understand when it boils down to: BORN TO EAT world is a snack kill em all 3071 I am eat girl 410,757,864,530 dead humans

>>203964 Dunno about the frequency of that, but apparently taking issue with how the cute little robots are treated was common enough that JCJensen put out a pamphlet for its employees telling them that if they complain about the drones' treatment they lose their jobs.

>>204226 >they're so outlandish she doesn't recognize them for what they are >the next time she has brunch with him and anon she asks Pavo about those "colorful rubber sculptures"
>>204237 >It had been some time since Tessa had awoken. Or Cyn rather, as the Solver declared her name to be. Tessa couldn’t tell how much time went by in the ruins of Earth. The clocks hadn’t been working since Tessa awakened. And ever since the Absolute Solver broke Earth to pieces, the Elliott manor didn’t have a fluent day schedule. With each day having an sporadic length, sometimes lasting hours, minutes, or seemingly forever. Even during the night, light was still reflected onto the Elliott manor’s surface, but the other pieces of Earth. Ensuring there wasn’t any end to Cyn’s playing.
>Tessa couldn’t tell whether she could call the planet Earth, anymore. The Solver turned Earth into a debris field, with its minor pieces orbiting its largest piece, which contained the Elliott manor, now Cyn’s liar.
>“No, ‘the stage’ is a better name,” Tessa thought, while laying on her knees, scrubbing a rug with a sponge. “For a pointless house of living dolls.”
>It was quiet in the Elliott manor. Cyn usually spent her time torturing someone, though not always Tessa. Cyn also played with possessed puppets on far-off galaxies, and now she was sitting dormant in Tessa’s old room, playing her game of cat and mouse with mankind. In the meantime, Cyn always ordered Tessa around the manor, cleaning it pointlessly.
>The first thing Cyn ordered of Tessa, upon her awakening, was to clean the blood leftover from the Gala event. Which Tessa did, cleaning the room roof to floor, yet the blood mixed very well with carpets, dragging Tessa to a stalemate.
>“Dammit, If she hates blood so much, why’d she flood the back woods with it?” Tessa exclaimed silently, while looking up. “I suppose this must’ve been how she thought when I was free.”
>Tessa sighed, and looked to her right, where her eyes caught a portrait of her old self, with her drones, all assembled together alongside her parents.
>“Ah, when I was free…” Tessa thought out loud.
>Tessa looked at J's face, and smiled, thinking back to the laughter they once sang, and how eager they seemed to help her when her parents had seemingly left her.
>“It was all an act,” Tessa thought, her smile frowning, as she turned back to the blood soaked carpet. “Just a mask.”
>Tessa began scrubbing the carpet with renewed vigor.
>“Mother was right, none of them really cared after all,” Tessa thought, remembering the emotionless look in J’s eyes when her builder got struck down. “Took, my family, my home, even my whole name. Mother wasn’t even this cruel.”
>Tessa’s scrubbing slowed.
>“I really was just made to be someone’s fool, wasn’t I?” Tessa thought. “First pushed around by the parents, and now by an eldritch horror.”
>Tessa stopped scrubbing, before slamming her fist down on the carpet.
>“What am I thinking? I am still an Elliott, no matter what Cyn says,” Tessa thought. “And Elliott’s don’t quit.”
>Tess’s face grew angry.
>“Some day, I will get out of here. I have to,” Tessa thought, slamming the sponge repeatedly into the stained rug. “And when I do, I’ll burn this stupid blonde wig, I’ll call myself by my real name…”
>Tessa gave one last knock on the floor.
>“And I will kill every last one of those 4 traitors,” Tessa thought.
>Tessa’s momentum slowed to a halt, her eyes closed in contemplation. Finally, Tessa let out a sarcastic laugh, as she begrudgingly lifted herself up, and sat up against a wall, trying to breathe, yet her own metallic body failed to draw in air. Letting out a few shallow laughs, she felt an urge to cry, yet no tiers greeted her metallic face. Finally, Tessa sighed, and slouched back.
>>203930 I moreso meant that that we know it calls itself "The Solver of the Absolute Fabric, the Void, the Exponential End", is generating the Singularity with each planet consumed, slaughters and consumes both Humans and Worker Drones regardless, and the entire universe was / is ending in a "Big Crunch" where the Solver is presumably trying to collapse the universe into the Singularity and end everything. A far cry from "Cyn is angry at humans because she's a broken drone that was thrown out and has some robot powers", because these people don't understand anything about the blatantly supernatural vampiric shit, or that the Absolute Solver is some eldritch void monster that's the actual entity acting throughout the show and not just some "virus" or "program" powers.
>>204257 I've gotta wonder why an entity whose goal is to end the universe is so playful. you'd think the solver would be more the type to corrupt civilizations, start cults and such in the name of entertainment
>>204259 You know that observation about how a character can only be as smart as their writer? A character can also only be as neurotypical as their writer.
>>204259 The end goal can be to end and eat the universe, but the Solver is also clearly absurdly evil and derives immense enjoyment from what its doing. The way it refers to its "pets" and "cute puppets", goes out of its way to make the existances of said pets like N, V and J utterly miserable just to watch them squirm and how it finds N "surprising" definitely gives the impression that the Solver isn't in a particular rush and likes padding its fuckery out for entertainment purposes.
Like, it's clearly not just a one-track minded thing purely pursuing its end goal, it's basically playing around in its universe sandbox and just doing that it's eaten all the other Human worlds while basically playing around like a rampant child over colonies of ants. It's a sadistic eldritch entity, not rational or logic-driven like some computer program.
>>204275 The Solver isn't artificial though, Humans didn't create it and it showed up in Cyn proposing an offer. Humans didn't really understand what it is, as stated in Ep 6.
>>204291 the smallest any piece of him can be while still having a body is 3 inches. by then that little jit has so little brain in it that its only about as sentient as a hamster >>204293 i was thinking about bliblies while filling the bottom half with handlers
>>204183 It's not a big deal. Government subsidies will keep this piece of shit from finally flushing down the toilet so that the old employees can't create a company that will be a threat again.
>>204309 >”welcome back guys! in todays video, we’re doing a 100 humans vs 100 drones civilisation, without further investigation, let’s get onto the video!!!”
>>204309 rooting for humanity wins whatever comes their way, lived this long, and have been doing something with their lives, while eldrich horror spend all that time doing nothing, except for crying and bitching how “life is a error in creation” or “I’m the new death, death to everything” all that talk sounds like a incel
>>204309 I'll treat them like my children and send the solver to a time out dead zone. Resurrect all the victims like Tessa and doll and grant them any wish.
>>204329 >Anon glances back as a tiny made pats his ass with a paddle. >Anon looks over at Tessa. "What's she doing?" >"She wants you to fuck the other bloke over there." >"Ah."
>>204326 tbh, never understood why cyn put it on anyway, she was a whole lot more nicer to look at, did she hate the look of her own body, and was self conscious about what people thought about her
>>204333 Liam became obsessed with the mental image of someone we thought was a human turning out to be a robot in a skinsuit and needed a way to put that in.
>>204333 The Solver told Tessa "I will not discard you" retard. The Solver / Cyn assimilated Tessa because that's what it does, it could then use her likeness for whatever. Like doing a little bit of trolling on Copper 9. Have you considered that the Absolute Solver is just utterly evil and finds it fun to do shit like this?
>>204338 >The Solver told Tessa "I will not discard you" that could have meant literally anything else, retard, but the solver idea of not discarding tessa was skinning her alive, because that so many obvious
>>204349 Tessa was not skinned alive. She was assimilated by the Solver and combined with Cyn's drone body. Tessa and Cyn's body are combined and being used by the Absolute Solver. You can see Tessa's skeleton is intact in there at multiple points, the body bleeds living blood and the flesh is alive and recognized as living matter by the Cabin Fever bioscanners.
I have no idea what you're trying to say in half of your posts because you seem to be either underage or some third worlder, but I hope this helps.
>>204354 >kinda hard to tell when nobody can read the fucking words on it You can look at the actual episode and see it clearly instead of looking at an extremely low quality image. Because it's very clear in the actual show.
>>204358 >I have no idea what you're trying to say in half of your posts because you seem to be either underage or some third worlder I am currently sleep deprived and have a agonising migraine, taking pain killers like tick tax’s to relinquish some of the pain, maybe I should drink more water
>>204366 That's Tessa's jaw, hand bones, femur, and armbones that you can see clearly. Liam's official art also shows Tessa's bones in there as a part of Cynwalker. Throughout Episode 7 and Episode 8, you can see Tessa's organic hands move and crackle seperate to Cyn's drone hands, and Tessa's ankle breaks at one point because of the way Cyn / the Solver walks.
Solver hosts grow eldritch flesh within them as well as a boney ribcage around the Solver core in their chests, but the rest of the bones are Tessa's. We see this throughout the show, all the Solver hosts have the same ribcage.
>What happened to the rest of Tessa's body ...What do you mean? That IS Tessa's body. When Cynwalker first pulls off the spacesuit in Episode 7, you can see a bunch of flesh that was inside the suit squirt out when it hits the floor. Tessa's body melts and disintergrates along with Cyn's drone body when Cyn's core is finally destroyed and Uzi takes the Solver's singularity thing into herself.
Message in Booru: >April 24: Going to take the server down for some upgrades later today. Possibly midnight. If this succeeds, the server will have more capacity, and more resources!
If i was a ghost in murder drones i would play as chara from undertale maybe be a narrator too, who would be my frisk? Who is so unlucky to have me as their ghost partner?
>>204404 Anon you know what "assimilated" means right? The Solver can do whatever it wants with organic matter. It's just a flesh fusion of Tessa and Cyn's bodies.
All of Tessa melts away into Solver goop along with all of Cyn.
>>204413 Well that's what they fucking did, you see it happen. The entire assimilated monster fusion melts and decomposes once the Solver's void black hole that was in Cyn's core is eaten by Uzi.
>>203503 Fucking NAILED it khorne N was an idea i had for a while, we just need someone to bring it to life also uzi is a servant of the great horned rat because she's a femcel
>>204412 Nah I wrote that post even, I mean utterly careless yappery. Mfs who didn't pay attention and seemingly have all knowledge from terrible content creators (there are no good ones fr) reurgitating memes and so on. Example is any of them trying to rank from good to evil where Alice is mostly the second most evil one next to Cyn while N and V sit above Khan or Lizzy because 'they are mean'. Framing and the narrative from which we see the show (Uzi's POV most of the time) completely determine to them who is good or bad, zero independent thinking on their own. Add the constant repeating of others opinions or attempts at getting hearted by reatarded content creators and you get the slopsoup of brainrotted comments which the outer fandom is. There are a few exceptions, but definitely less than 1%. And I do not just hate anyone not deeply into lore, at all, rather these idiots trying to say what is what, tell who's right from who's wrong and trying to tell who deserved what they got with zero care or actual thought
>>204436 OOH so it is you lol, ok that's my bad kek
Also this entire comment is just straight FAX, this is like everything I saw and was thinking about for a long time about the outer/mainstream side of the MD fandom actually put into words in front of my eyes, like holy crap thank you aliceanon you are awesome. \(๑╹◡╹๑)ノ
>>204436 >rank from good to evil where Alice is mostly the second most evil one next to Cyn while N and V sit above Khan or Lizzy because 'they are mean'. you're joking. that's an absurd placement, did they judge based entirely off of how X character interacts with Uzi? fucking Doll is more evil. and for that matter, I think the solver (and Tessa's parents) is the only truly evil character in the show– everyone else is some shade of dark grey, made into a monster by circumstance but not beyond redemption
>>204451 I am pretty much in agreement with people who say that there is not a single actually "innocent/good" character in Murder Drones, I feel like that's kinda what Liam's point was from the jump, but idk I could be wrong whaddya think?
>>204429 It's nice to have two places to post, for this exact situation where one goes down for whatever reason.
It'll be nice to be able to get into the other 4chan threads I like to visit. I also hope this recent incident will be a big shake-up for fhe jannies, not just for /co/ but for the entire site. They chilled out a lot regarding MD threads before the site takedown but still, I hope there'll continue to be no problems.
>>204435 (me) Oh, these dudes? They're the disassembly drones! Total bellicists and carnivores. You don't bug them, they will bug you. They just like to kill, murder, and eat butt loads of drones. They love crushing drone.
>>204471 It is welded on, he's just so STRONG that he can easily tear it off. When he places it back on, he's using so much force that it welds itself back to him. Get with the program.
Image:174553123477.png(716kB, 1848x972)You can be our friend, little guy!.png
>>204470 No, but she crosses herself when Uzi sneaks up on her and the other kids and joins the crowd trying to save N from Uzi unironically being his only friend.
>>204468 And Thad, and Doll's parents, and Amda, and Sam, and most of the background kids in general really, and Ronathan, and Ladderbot 5000, and the detective, and Sarah, and...
>>204481 Ah ok I understand now, but the show still has that dark foreboding atmosphere and setting which I love anyway, so at least I have that in terms of "darkness" lel
>>204495 Ugghhh I freaking hate him so much now, especially after seeing the damage he has done to many fandoms in the past and present, I also hate his followers and glazers too, and this is coming from someone who used to BINGE on his content back in like 2016 - 17, oh how the mighty have fallen.
>>204464 There's no such black and white morality in Murder Drones, the entire setting is kind of buttfucked by the Absolute Solver. The Solver is definirely the tippy-top of absurdly evil, everything else beyond that is mostly either directly or indirectly a consequence of how the Solver has entered the universe of MD and done robo-satan shenanigans. Pretty much everything in the show wouldn't have been the case if the Solver hadn't come in and metaphorically raped the universe. Except for the Worker Drones being easily discarded robot slaves I guess? I suppose that's something you can defacto put down to Human hubris and greed, but I'm sure there were many humans that treated their Worker Drones quite well.
But yeah it's definirely intentional by Liam Vickers. I mean, it's literally stated in the Show Bible in the Glitch Inn images by Liam that the setting is completely fucked up and the characters are aware of how fucked things are. Nothing is really simple,
>>204451 >>204503 This is the best kind of take I think. When you really think about it, pretty much everyone is in some way a result of the horrible circumstances befallen on the world of MD. Like all the Disassembly Drones, solver hosts in generaln etc. Fuck Tessa's parents though. I mean, fuck Louisa in the ass but fuck her as a person.
>>204503 We saw a book that was given to employees to make them stop caring about torturing the cute robots. So people caring was a common enough thing that JCJ felt it was more economical to print books instead of just finding employees thta naturally don't care.
>>204183 A lot weren't fired, they died. NT weathered the storm that was the Solver War at the cost of their finest employees. The chemists who mix together a horrific cocktail of chloral hydrate and pacid the moment someone even smells a red spacesuit, the roboticists who have seen the internals of a Durand, the miners who returned from Hell with its myriad gifts, all died bravely facing the Exponential End. We even lost Clown Planet. We'd still have them, had it not managed to corrupt cloning on every level so the tubes always spit out Solver mutants. And equally sadly, Centcom lost their genetic backup stations.
