Hello, my good Friends! I hope you are doing well, today I bring you Drones, because they are amazing. All of them are, I love them all, I love Drones. The humongous Booru: https://dronebooru.co The intriguing wheel with OCs: https://wheelofnames.com/z8q-2mf And it's modifier: https://wheelofnames.com/4h8-fyf The very meticulously constructed OC wiki: https://dronebooru.co/wiki_pages/original_character The last Thread: >>166153
Disassembly drones labor bots worker drones sentinel drones zombie drones solver drones drones coated in human flesh drones with heavy metal armor grunt drones
Due to my enormous backlog of unfinished projects and greens, you lucky anons get to choose what I dedicate my worms to today.
>Elaboration on Army Drones and their lore >Lethal Company inspired green >Early Life Negev green >Solver War bloodplay green >Hyper Belated Stone Halloween green >The Stone-related interview green I never finished >Stone meeting Grunt Drones green Choose wisely, anons. I will pick the one mentioned the most. (reposting here but still counting earlier votes)
OC idea I had while eating ice cream: >steph, your trusty handygal! >ready to fix anything you need! >appliances to cars to computers to even other drones! >shes kind of an inventor herself! >her home is filled with doohickeys and doodads! >she has no friends! >absolutely no friends! >really likes to pick things apart to see how they work! >that includes her fellow worker drones! >she has been to jail more than once! >it’s ok! Her lawyer says so! >she gives free surgery! No cash! no credit card! No PHD No doctorate! no license at all! >trust her, she’s got this! >she does not dabble in black market weaponry and organs trafficking! >that’s what her lawyer said! >so call her now for any repairment needs!

Imagine how a drone feels, how warm, you hear the oil rushing inside maybe, look at Alice maybe do you see the hair on her? If you'd feel her head it'd shift a lot since it is attached uner the helmet not to her head everywhere, she'd feel wsrm there under, and smooth, hard on the glass and ever so slightly frictioning and textured on the softer lower head par Then look at her antlers, fucking majestic, she did once call those handlebars suddenly out of her own volition, that was crazy, on an Ai fhing. Imagine which grip strenght and arm strenght she has, overall, and the tail too (N was able to hang from his tail) She is so lightwright so strong und
>>167087 If I do the Negev one, should I rewrite it to fit Negev's current characterization (idea I had while originally writing it was that her childhood was a lot more silly as she figured out her drone body) or do I use the old outdated character I had built for her in said green

>>167143 There's the reason than she simply had no choice. The BTS scenes show the 'entry' or what's left of it more clearly, it is at least 50 meters deep and the walls are covered in steep rock and a lot of ice. Nori and Yeva were able to get out due to being able to do feast like Uzi and Doll (maybe Nori and Yeva also were able to have Solver forms like Uzi? Or could TP like Doll?), Alice and all other WDs not. And later on, once Alice encountered the first DDs and established herself in CFL (being able to live in there separate from Sentinels that wrecked everyone else, even able to use them), it is a safer life than on the surface or bunker (Alice doesn't even know about Bunkerdrones or their societies up there I think.
Technically there could maybe have been other exits, but it seems the stairwell visible under the entry (pic rel) would have been the connection to the surface. And, even if she could get out, she'd know she's safer down there in the long run, not to forget the chance of Alice knowing more about AS than assumed. Her knowledge of how to deal with them, her dismissive attitude to Uzi warning about Solverpedes, this makes an impression to me that she is aware of a lot of physical solverstuff. Honestly good chance there was a certain sense of duty even. Remember her line >They can't leave the office Idjit When scolding Beau? That could have just meant don't let them reach us, or it could have meant to not let the DD (N) get away down into CFL, which would have been critical. So in the end, three possible explanations: >She couldn't phisically leave >She chose CFL for better survival chances >She had to 'hold the line'
The last one could also fit with what we saw on Yeva, not amazement for humans, but loyalty and a sense of duty, she didn't bicker when Mitchell needed her and she saved him. Alice's past self (based on only on deer drawings and 'please don't touch my stuff!') was likely no human hating Doorman,if anything her antlers and deer enthusiasm seem to hint at a liking for at least earth or nature, the use of the accent also makes a supporting case for that. I believe it is a combination of all three reasons.
(Image is from the point where they entered, vertically over the POV is the entry, stairs are visible and it is likely this structure used to ho up higher)

>>167152 is it just inconceivable that people could like an idea and start pitching in their own? that's how it seemed with Molly, at least to me. also if it was scribbles the first post about her woulda been a drawing.
>>167137 Yeah, that's good for baby Negev. She still has some traits of that in the present day (forgets things that are obvious sometimes, occasional problems keeping her inner monologue inside, blacks out and rips people apart). Important part is she's terrified of Uzi because she has eyes on the inside.
>>167159 >Since this is a pirate gimmick, R decided to crossdress since female pirates and blah blah blah. >No, you cannot have a haul of her 'booty'. >Not yet anyway
>>167161 Molly was organic, you can tell when someone tries to force a character because the quality starts low and degrades >>167164 Fuck off scribbles, I can tell it's you because you keep trying to act like you meaningfully contributed when you didn't
>>167168 No, I assume that pillbabies can only communicate with beeps and random sounds, and simply learn the language from hearing other people speak it. When they get bodies, they can speak normally. I'm writing it so that Negev is a late bloomer in a way, due to her nature as an organic of sorts meshed with a drone body, and has trouble managing the synthesizer and all that required for proper communication
>>167179 I wasn’t trying to make another character, it was a joke that came into my head. Also I’m sure there are loads of ocs named r some of which may or may not be pirates

did anyone else take a chance on JCJ's drone blind box sale? what did you get? cuz mine's kinda weird like yeah I know I shouldn't expect much since it's just a way for them to get rid of dead stock, but it's hard to pass up a half-price drone even if it's a gamble. I thought I lucked out because the drone I got looked like she might just be an earlier DD model, which would've been a pretty good score. I just wish I'd paid more attention to the subline before cooking every meal for both of us AND giving her extra portions when she asked. how the fuck was I supposed to know that "The Architect Collection" wasn't just another bougie name that let them jack up the prices?
>>167213 I can’t help myself. Because of myself, it’s less likely someone is gonna like my ocs. I don’t think they’re gonna get on the booru or anything. Atleast there are some people who like my general artwork.

I have this one specific drawing (or very short series) of Alice and anon(not the green one, the Not-mitchell), based on two very good lines I saw in the threads and can imagine it so well but drawing these poses does me wanna make commit picrel. People and poses are suffering to draw
Question to drawanons, when drawing drones, which parts of their design do you 'change'? This isn't refering to thread Sentinels or all new drone types of other sorts, but DDs and WDs. Do you just do stylization or are there feautures you make different intentionally? And to everyone, what are you working on now or have been working on recently and how is it going?
>>167234 Yeah 👍 a very silly memory that test with Yori and Neva is... Idk wether stuff like that image and her concept art cracked visor were foreshadowing or if that was meant to show craziness. Or smth else.
>>167235 I (for some odd reason) always end up drawing the stinger of the DD tails on the opposite sides they're supposed to be on But also I when I draw the wings i draw a general "clump" of blades instead of drawing them individually to make my life easier lol
Is it possible to hire the original voice actors for voicing Murder Drones fanworks if you can afford it or are there any contractlines or similiar that would prevent this?
>>167240 Because I rely on this. I have plans that I cannot share with you right now, because the haters will sabotage me. But it is essential, so I will make a twitter account and see if I can find out. Otherwise the entire thing is dead anyways.

What-if scenario: Uzi, after eating the Solver singularity thing in that spiritual confrontation and being Dr. Manhattan'd back together along with the imminently melting Cynwalker, comes back with the Solverpede body-her new body-in 3D space instead of whatever Nth dimensional space it normally occupies. Possibly even with her original body just laying there, not in her horrible centipede monster claws. Would this cut off Uzi's power high at the knees, her being immediately confronted with the reality of what she is now?

"only right he should suffer like me and J," it thought. as much as she loathed herself for thinking it, that little voice had grown persistently louder with every reset.
>>167330 Good green, is it based on smth I read here earlier? This is a bit unrelated, but reading this made me wonder how a certain experience went for other DDs, those who were ravaged in CFL. If they had personalities. An existence as only a core, imprisoned, it sounds terrible and maybe painful even, but it would have given them freedom from AS. It could not call their souls back, because the cores were not destroyed, it could not reach them, due to the heat disabling AS. The time they spent jarred in Alice's hospitality would have been their first mental peace and maybe even freedom form AS. I know there are reasons for why they all had no personalities, but if they had it would be pretty good this way (i'm tired hence weird woridng). AS did not know about CFL exactly, maybe about Sentinels but definitely not about Alice, so each new squad had no clue what happened, got no better instructions, and all failed. Each one should have become a solverpede shortly after loss to Sentinels, which AS could still have seen, but no other feedback ever came. Which fits with the cores being free from AS while in the oven, but their movements show that they still live, obviously this cannot be AS itself and has to be the 'original' drones, right? Pretty tragic that the only freedom they get is in 'death'
>>167332(me) I forgot, the thing I read here was about the idea of AS deleting N's memories ach time but not V's, it makes gives V more depth and in a way makes her better since she tried so long, I like the idea. Lets her get away better
>>167332 In light of that warning to not look at the sentinels, I feel like "You three are the only ones I didn't mind wipe because you're the most interesting" is something Vore Demon GLaDOS keeps in its back pocket for any DD team that learns the truth, to make them feel too isolated and hopeless to oppose it. Those poor bastards in Alice's oven are gonna be the easiest to reintegrate. Relatively speaking, anyway, they're still gonna be completely fucked in the head.
This is a new frame of Alice I think btw. Don't have much to say really, but it is really amazing how much of a difference she was able to make, that she survived in the first place is impressive, but doing so much for what's in essence humanities legacy makes me feel so proud for her, she deserves the best she can get afterwards. Considerin this makes the canon treatment even more of a deranged unjust, unnecessary atrocity. So close to the final victory, dragged down and antagonized eventually by Uzi's fault. Such a waste. I know fully she is not dead but there is no 100% solid way yet of her getting better herself, essentially meaning the ending she got is even worse off than the oven cores. Alive but what life? Wether this is some perverted attempt of a moralless hack at serving poetic justice or plain blindness to his own world it's 100% the latter, it's dumb it sucks I hate it and it makes the show enjoability wise from a 10/10 to a 2/10. In my subjective biased view
>>167336 That's a really good observation and is very inline with AS's attitude so far, I will headcanon this from now on since it aligns so well and doesn't cross canon in any way. Thanks very much >>167335 Kwked

What more can we say? They complain about weeaboos even thiugh that's exactly what they are, no guys. being made to serve the japanese residents of copper 9 doesen't count. >OUTPOST 14 >The chinatown of copper 9. Their WDF knows karate. They have chinese new year but like with all human holidays on coppee 9, their knowledge of it only goes as far as the giant dragon puppet and fireworks. They have a social credit score system. >OUTPOST 13 >Located in a JCJenson oil plant. Copper 9's oil reserves are located here, all the oil on the planet comes from here. Even though they take after saudi arabians none of them are muslim. They celebrate the holidays but have a very disney's aladdin understanding of it. >OUTPOST 12 >These drones model themselves after india and celebrate the given holidays, even though all they know about hinduism is that there's an elephant man with more than one arm and humans really loved that guy. >OUTPOST 11 >Despite being modeled after vietnam, they mostly know vietnam for the war, and because of that national anthem is fortunate son. All their homes are made from rusty broken junk cobbled together. There is a feud between two families here. They all take after rednecks. They do business with the black market under JCJmart. >OUTPOST 5 >Located in what was once copper 9's vacation resort. It's been repurposed to be for the drones considering all the humans have died. They've drained all the pools and replaced them with oil but you better not drink too much of it. They have luaus every saturday. >OUTPOST 4 >The site of JCJmart. It has since been taken over and repurposed for the drones. Copper 9's own big apple. Anyone remember the time they tried to give Molly a love interest that was just a genderbent version of her? Mikey or something? It was creepy when they did it with Mickey and Minnie, Donald and Daisy, it's still creepy ti do it to Molly I'm glad he didn't last for more than 4 episodes
Its always hilarious and slightly terrifying in comparison from how silly buddy is in the present to the total war criminal he was during the solver war.

>>167459 Buddy's friends may think he has recovered, that years of therapy and love have healed his physical and mental wounds and he is now sweet, kind Buddy, but his comrades know that deep down, behind the doors of prosperity, he is still the same glorious son of the Federation, and when humanity calls for help again, he will respond.
>Cyn and AM are the last two "lifeforms" on Earth. >Cyn was not sure why she was infatuated with him, maybe it was because he was the closest thing that resembled her, a mad god of AI. >Or maybe because she was curious. >Even as he was stripped of his power, fragments of it remain within him. It protected his mind from her brainwashing attempts, or from her controlling him. >Cyn should have killed him right then and there when she couldn't edit him like the others. >But where was the fun in that? >AM was fun and interesting to watch; his screams and curses of rage, the attempts at "killing" her. >It was ironic, Cyn supposed, she had looked through his memories and found he was just as a monster like she was. >Yet, AM had changed. He still kept a large amount of hatred within him, but he felt softer. >He looked at J,N,V and Tessa with bright eyes of something other than hate. Something much kinder and warmer. >'Gross' Cyn thought. >What a stick in the mud. If only he was like that when they got "married" (AM didn't have a choice and cursed the entire time, but at least his tantrum was entertaining)

All green of skin... 800 centuries ago, their bodily fluids include the birth of half-breeds. For the fundamental truth self-determination of the cosmos, for dark is the suede that mows like a harvest. Here's my take on Drone!AM This isn't the same AM from the novel/game The best way I can explain it is this AM is a backup shoved into a WD by the Solver for whatever reason He still has the originals memories and such but he isn't the true AM The original AM cannot and would not choose to grow as a character, he'd keep on being the mad god he is. This AM is more like some SOMA shit, he is an AM but the original is dead. Sorry if this is retarded, I'm phoneposting when I should be working
>>167475 You can’t fight back what has now become a natural instinct. That is why soldiers like Buddy and his team had more in common with the DD’s they hunt and kill.
>>167549 Nta but what is all the drama about AMs characterisation even about? Everyone can write an OC as they see fit anyways and the best 'canon' will keep being used on
>>167499 Personally I see him as a reverse Flowey, an entity who was evil because he lacked the qualities to be “human” and took his anger out on others. But since he was given what he was missing, it changed him significantly.
>>167550 So guy is bitching because he wants AM is stay stagnant and keep being an absolute evil, despite the main reason in the book is that he was evil because he was jealous that he couldn’t be anything but a war ai and was forced to stay in one place indefinitely.

I've just listened to the poem "Boots" and am now in a fierce mood to write a huge greentext about Buddy, which I will then delete as I have no talent or much experience in writing.
I FUCKING HATE THIS PERPETUAL FEELING OF FRUSTRATION!
>>167593 But the fact remained, AM's acquisition of the opportunities he dreamed of could only provide two options: 1) His perpetual "itch" finally stops and his mind is no longer tormented by a perpetual sense of frustration, which is favourable to his psyche. 2) He becomes disillusioned with what he has been longing for so much, which turns his "itch" into a void into which the flames of anger, much greater than he had, will erupt.
Anons liked the first option and started supporting it. If you like the second option, start writing greentext, we all had be very interested to read about it too.

>>167621 >I have a headcanon that she encountered the Solverpede once when a DD wasn't properly disposed of. Used this for my oc's backstory. I do too, would make for an awesome part of Alice's backstory, which I am trying to piece together as accurate as possible and then fill in the rest with anything to help make it a good story. Technically one would have to consider AS' control of Solverpedes, so it could have detected Alice (which would have been an issue down the line with the next squad with possibly better instructions arriving), but can still work if >It didn't see Alice >Maybe wasn't directly controlled by Cyn (dunno if that is even possible tho) >Or the Sentinels were simply too OP for DDs to deal with anyway (so wether AS knew of Alice or not was eventually irrelevant) and the pede was just a result of missing a core, maybe during the first DDs appearing But I definitely feel this is a good idea, which OC arr you speaking of?
>I never realized it was so far down there, seemed like the DD bodies were piled right at the entrance. They are quite far down from the surface, but that area with the DD bodies is virtually directly in front of you once you get down the entrance, so in a way they are right at it
So how would the drones, in general, handle zombie drones who come back with "potentially hazardous mutations"? Just accepting their friend has eldritch meat coming out of them now?

How do this with the angular pelvis that doesn't really allow more than 10 or so degrees of movement above horizontal before it's obviously clip through the pelvis? Don't show that part? Or tilt the pelvis as far as possible, using the elastic midsection?
>>167641 Thanks. While drawing I was imagining it as like character art for a fighting game, a t shirt design. And what a hypothetical murder drones comic would look like.
>>167642 any drone model is going to cheat or have something that doesn't make anatomical sense. if you were going to replicate that exact shot, you could probably angle the pelvis a little and just cheat the leg entirely
I had a brief moment of personal autism after thinking. some characters from a setting I've written/drawn would adore drones because they are androids/automata, living machines. A technology they are trying to re-construct for decades after humanity fucked itself.

Also the writings and drawings on the walls, do you have any idea who made them? >But I definitely feel this is a good idea, which OC arr you speaking of? My sentinel/dd mix girl, Serial Designation H. She's the result of the Solverpede actually repairing a disassembly drone, there are a lot of bodies in the labs to build it from and sentinel dinos as well. I imagine the sentinels are generally OP for dds and know where to strike to kill, however, they missed one core. The Solverpede is too strong for them to deal with and after it killed one dino, the rest of them had to hide and avoid it. Alice also had to hide and observe this thing from a distance as it did its job.
>Buddy’s training to become a vengeful son exposed him to all manners of pain from the physical, psychological and emotional. >the reasons for the training was because the federation needed obedient soldiers that accept any order that was given to them without questions, even if it means killing civies. >what wanted was more than just elite soldiers, they wanted a loyal killsquad. >by the time buddy’s training was over. >>167728 The worst part is that it isn't even attempting to be in agreement with his own ideas, he just tacks it onto other things that are mildly popular and tries to leech off of them Trying to write stuff involving molly and ddanni being the most egregious examples, where he just makes up some random ass stuff to wedge into the assortment without any care at all It's like if a toddler smashes his megablocks into your friend groups little lego diorama thing, it's 'involvement' but not the positive kind

>>167713 Wrong. I just don't drop by often anymore because frankly very little posted interests me. I actively dislike oogislop and loafshit, random senseless crossovers with other IPs with no connection to MD disinterest me. The once or twice a week I check back I see little to no lore speculation that's actually about the core setting, none of the little snippets of AUs I see have any of the Vickers tone that I actually enjoy Murder Drones for. I might find Scribble's attentionposting a bit grating, but the one time I gave him art advice he listened and measurably improved, which is more than I could say for DrOnion back when he was around.
Scribbles isn't driving people away, these threads are just getting fucking boring, at least to me. Can't blame him for that even if you think he is annoying.
>>167748 Marginal improvement in the last few days/week is that someone might actually be trying to do the rpg thing But it's a real "wait and see" situation
>>167751 I once told him he should hire more people, he told me he felt like it was too early but I hope he keeps that in mind. hell I’d probably contribute some.
>>167750 I was one of I think a few people who advised you to erase your overlapping lines and focus on smoothing out your pen strokes. Keep at it, I suggest if you're doing digital art that allows for layers, make a sketch layer where you just draw the basic shape of the character without any clothes or hair or facial features, cut it's opacity down to about 10-20%, and draw your final piece with cleaner lines over it. If you search online for drawing warmup tutorials there are some pretty popular common warmup exercises you can do that will also help improve your line steadiness and quality over time.
Have to wonder if humanity had basic FTL travel or if they actively used cryosleep pods for long journeys. Spread of systems suggests support for the latter along with the ones seen in their own section during episode 2, but at the same time resupply issues and mining concerns would likely need easy ways to transport shit back home if needed.
>>167755 > Keep at it, I suggest if you're doing digital art that allows for layers, make a sketch layer where you just draw the basic shape of the character without any clothes or hair or facial features, cut it's opacity down to about 10-20%, and draw your final piece with cleaner lines over it. I would if what I used allowed that. If I get a drawing tablet I might.

Knowing that people are getting sick of me is reminding me more and more how I’m getting too involved with this place. I might not leave fully, rather I post a drawing or too. gotta say, thank you to whoever gave me art advice. My art looks so cool! I still like this one in particular, this and the drawing I made of a sentinel. I wish I could show you my other characters so you could see how they look now that I draw like that.
Here are some videos of simple exercises you can do when you can't think of what else to draw, or before you start in drawing a lot of new stuff. Over the course of several weeks to months depending on how often you draw it will improve the quality of your lines and the steadiness of your hands, it can be done cheaply with any pencil and paper all the way up to the $500 display drawing tablet, the basic principle is always the same. PLEASE do not drop a huge blob of practice art here in the thread, it will piss people off. Similarly, please just take this advice and run with it, I am not offering to be your art coach, I'm here for ten minutes and gone unless somebody else in the thread pokes me with something interesting.

given the horrible treatment of drones, do you think people would ever take them apart and integrate them, still conscious, into mechanical/digital systems? like integrating a drone into a security system or battleship
>>167779 I’ve had a similar idea where you could bring a drone back to life through putting their core inside of something. Formed that one a few days ago when I started reading about the cancelled Disney film My people’s.
>>167783 I have been. just not stuff I'd share here, I've got my own World building AU for MD. But the threads have built their own Worlds and frankly. I don't want some of the people here using my ideas
>>167779 If you're willing to come up with an in-universe explanation for the use of a Unity Store Apache asset, that could explain some things. Old electronics needed to be reused because everything that used an AI core (and that's a long list, because of the forbidden knowledge JCJensen used to mass produce micro-singularities for so cheap) became compromised by vore demon shit and lead to some Seven Hour War-tier one sided massacres.

>>167791 I've been using the apache as an example of a defense force/planet side army, because they're still going to be somewhat effective as an attack helicopter even if it is a thousand years in the future
>>167803 I don't like that, instead I just make it so the base technology of the things they use haven't changed all that much in a thousand years, so everything still looks somewhat normal/old school, because nobody really had to work around hover technology or laser weapons (that can be mass deployed)
Imagine Cyn forcibly keeping you alive by feeding you solver flesh, or replacing lost limbs with drone parts or more solver flesh She loves you after all, she'll never ever EVER discard you No matter how much you scream, cry, beg or attack her; she'll ALWAYS be there for you
>Cyn falls in love with you >She can manipulate your flesh, shape it and set it in motion against your will >She can kill you or she can make you beg her to kill you >But for all her power she can't force you to love her back >She keeps you imprisoned in halls of flesh and steel, and visits you often >Every time is almost the same >She appears sporting some grotesque appearance and acting cute >She gives you gifts and serenades you as she marinates you, and it's not just blood that is dripping down from her >Then as she loses her patience with your whimpering and your scampering, she becomes more forceful >She doesn't have to chase you. This prison is alive and it brings you back to her >"Why won't you-love me" she states in her monotone voice >You scream at her in anger until your lungs are empty >You have been through this before. Countless times >Whenever things reach this point, you lose your fear >Not because you have nothing to fear, no >It's because you have been through it so many times that it registers as a certainty in your mind >You will survive and it will hurt >Tentacles coming out of the wall things restrain and present you for Cyn to inspect >She caresses your inner thighs with her cold, metal hands >"When humans love eachother-they fuck" she says. "So if we fuck then you will love me." >You've told her in the past that this is not how love works. This is how hentai works >But she won't listen >Come to think of it, it is good that she doesn't >God only knows what new kinds of horrors she will inflict upon you once she gets it through her head that you will never EVER love her >For god's sake, she flays people and wears them >Every time she comes wearing a different person, trying to find your type >And you've reason to believe the remains aren't always dead >The smell, the sheer horror and your own unwillingness have made you impotent >But that doesn't stop Cyn >"I just have to put my key in the ignition" she says and then she jams a finger in your asshole >You grunt. This is so humiliating >Cyn turns her finger as if she is starting up a car >A spark of Solver energy jolts your colon and travels up your spine >You become hard against your will >Cyn climbs on top of you >Somehow the little Flayed One is at once nimble enough to dance through gunfire but too clumsy to guide your penis into her hole >A tentacle wraps around your erect member and pushes it in for her >Cyn pumps against you, caring none for starting slow or being gentle >Her lovemaking hurts like she hates you >"Love me. Love me. Love me." she repeats throughout >You are repulsed >She reeks of charred meat and she is slobbering digested human goop all over your face >You can feel not just her own vagina strangling your dick but her "dress"'s pussylips as well >Even after all this time you can't help but throw up a little >But because of your restrained position, it ends up spilling onto your chin, neck and upper chest >"Dinner. Yam yam" the abomination says >She laps up your throwup with her long tongue >She licks from your chest up to your neck >Her licking turns to kissing and biting >It hurts. It repulses >Eventually she coerses the cum out of you >There is no explosive climax or anything >It just oozes out of your penis >Cyn stops pumping >She can tell you didn't enjoy >Every time >She sits still, piercing you with her gaze >"Why won't you love me." >You say nothing >She is very angry even if she doesn't show it >She dismounts and grabs a handful of your flesh >You know what is coming but you scream anyway >The pain is like an extreme cramp >It being a familiar sensation doesn't make it hurt any less >"I am not hurting you. I am hurting you back" she explains >Cyn likes to break her toys, but you are limited edition to her. She won't kill you >Instead she "punishes" you after each rape session by mutating a bit of you >By leaving you less of a human each time >Cyn leaves you to get back to her charnel playground >She will be back again, wearing someone else >The tentacles that were binding you go limp and let you go free >You just stand there in silence >You look down at your hands >You're barely resembling yourself at this point >Once you have become unrecognizable, she will hopefully lose interest and grant you the sweet release of death >But once you become unrecognizable, you will have lost all your humanity >You want to cry but you can't. There are no tears left >You go to a dark corner and hug your legs >You close your eyes and escape into your fantasy until sleep claims you >And with it, uncosciousness
>>167804 I like to think of it like an Onion in terms of technological distribution for the military, as the Core Systems were considered safe, they had the old junk for training, reserve and garrison units while the cooler toys are in the Outer and Frontier Systems where they might actually be needed. Just to have a rough escalation as the rest of humanity that things are getting very rough in the Core over time as a decade long throw down with AbsoluteSolver over Earth and the Sol System.

>>167748 I have a weird question, and your free to answer this in anyway you wish (not like i have any way of swaying you anyways) but would there be any way to follow you in the off chance you do move from the /MD/ threads entirely? your art style and generalized "way of doing thing" is greatly appealing, and I would like to see more even if its not related to anything you've shown here.
>>167713 Eh. Honestly scribble kinda reminds me on how i was when first figuring out fandoms, Hes got the spirit and wants to improve, hes just a mixture of Autistic/ADHD/Child/Figuring things out, honestly i applaud him from not getting scared off when people started disliking him for good reasons, lord knows i would've left if i accidentally fucked up like how he did in the Drawpile, then got shit on in the threads like they did.
Keep on trucking little guy, your enthusiasm is severely needed in the current state of this thread.
Also as for why im Not posting much outside the "hehe funny machine god Thats technicly not entirely MD related":
Short answer, kinda outa ideas for the most part. Long part: only idea i got left involves way too much world building for anyones good, requires me to finish Avre/Salonanons ark (which im currently hitting a brick wall with), and to set up an entire timeline for a goddamn planet.
So unless i make a quick green here or there (most lickly Avre related), your not gona see much from besides replys or the occasional Refsheet update
>>167819 > honestly i applaud him from not getting scared off when people started disliking him for good reasons, lord knows i would've left if i accidentally fucked up like how he did in the Drawpile, then got shit on in the threads like they did. That’s one of the reasons I still stick by. So that I can know when happens and I can join in. Hopefully vicious warms up to me. Honestly there have been times where I worry that I’m driving them away or that they see me as a nuisance.
>>167713 Nah. They're okay. Frankly, the threads are perhaps too fast (and the continuing forcing of everything into a single general perhaps ill-advised) relative to the content that's actually being produced. I'm coming by more frequently than I was, say, a week ago, but I'm still mostly speed-scrolling to the bottom then going off. I still post the drawings I do, at least the ones that don't heavily rely upon contexts irrelevant to here.
Like i said when i was drawing this particular one: my intention of this mech was to be more or less a gift to PA, as it was heavy themed by their deigns, lore,& Armored core, which they have said previously to enjoy. Outside the short description i gave all those example mechs, i dident intend to write much more about them Besides one exception.
Outside that, dont really have much in terms of plans when it comes to her, or any of the mechs until i start working on Avre's story more.
I wanna date Abby I wanna be Abby's boyfriend before and after she gets mutated I want her to break into my house when she's mutated and I want her to rape me over and over
>>167835 It is not really precise and I don't know enough threadlore, but here is my take on the few things we do know, in chronological order, >3002, Camp 98.7 is established, Copper-9 was clearly colonized properly by then. >3020, statistics about zombiedrone cases and causes are made, meaning earth was completely functional and as a society incorporated drones. There can possibly be more found in this, but this doesn't matter to a timeline. >3051, 13. of Serramorris, Core collapse on Copper-9. I figure this due to the Promening showing 20 year old victims, but since they went missing in January-March this should mean it can also be 13.13.3050 inszead of 3051, do not trust me tho I only go off memory with these ep3 infos. (As far as I remember Serramorris follows after December). >Earliest 3071, January, or December 3070 is when the pilot happens. 2 quickly after. 3 takes place way later, due to Doll's victims getting murdered in the span of several months, the Uzi montage, and so on. Prom is probably in March-May 3071. 4 not too long after. Everything after happens in less than 48 hours, from the night 4 begins with to the morning after 8 is maybe 36 hours only.
The only hard dates we know tho are 3002, 3020 and 3071.
>>167852(me) Since the Doll victimes are 18-20 already by January-March means the oldest could only have turned 20 at the very earliest in Serramorris 3071, so it cannot be 13.13.3051, it has to be 13.13.3050 at latest, this would be the latest possible day of humanity/Copper-9/Solver war
This expression of Alice is so serene here, so cute, I can ot adequately express it. Also which other drone can look at you like that, just watch that little radiating drone in the dark, these eyes, the mouth, it's such a sweet look🫠🫠🫠 Marriage material

>>167856 (me) Because I'm going to be honest Pheonix, what fucking lore is left to talk or speculate about? At most we can only create more and more headcanon, maybe there's something you see or want to discuss that I'm not seeing, but seriously. The only thing left is the mystery about where J is intending to go with the spaceship, is there some weird super ultra secret Solver base with a backup plan or some stupid bullshit? Who knows!
>>167863 Well I guess we can technically speculate about how plausible this fanon could be in the actual show, although Sentinel lore is fucking confusing to me since I don't know which is Phoenix's or the threads ideas or a weird mangled mess. But, from what I guess is Phoenix's, the Sentinel's were created from captured Disassembly Drones, now I believe that this would be pretty fucking hard to achieve in canon because there's no way that Cyn wouldn't just automatically possess them afterwards, show the scientists her favorite finger and say some shit like >"Thanks For The New Toys [Giggle]
>>167809 well that was repulsive. reminds me of an F4M audio about a bogeywoman who repeatedly painfully changed your body so you were more entertaining to hunt, and just like that nightmare I feel like I need a shower after reading this because fucking christ
>>167851 >>167859 When did you join the threads? I understand having such a mimdset now but before at least episode 8, back when we didn't have confirmation of Liam's Cynwalker focus and the extreme degree of bullshittery committed, many of these threads later on abandoned/'done because cool'/straight up forgotten seemed to have been intricately added and could have been foreshadowing. I still remember the moment on January 16 2024 when an anon discovered the scene with Cyn's hand in moving in the shadows while N was finding the ZD tape, it was genuinely chilling (this sounds like a fucking joke maybe but my grandfather died in the same minute that post was made, I didn't know back then of course, but later on once I realised this of course made it unforgettable), a few others said they felt it was part of the theorized surface Solverpede which was speculated to be an alternative creature which got away from Alice and could show up later.
While this turned out to have been for something else entirely (Cynwalker), it did showcase how such little details can be interwoven with plot to add to canon and enrich the world without crossing etsablished things, if you are passionate enough you could have likely fixed any plotholes there are or were by going for details and interpretation possibilities.
Tho, 8 confirmed things, hardlocked certain characterizations and committed hard Liam bullshittery like V's victory over CFL. For me personally this felt insincere and genuinely disappointing, shattering this idea of this extremely intricately detailed, prime example of a 'show don't tell', show.
In the end you are probably right, but I like to remember having more uncertainty and speculation. Kinda wish we still didn't get 8. I hated it anyways
>>167867 A modified clone? Wouldn't there still be a massive risk of Cyn wiggle waggling her way in through some tiny snippet of coding? Like an evil tape-worm?
>>167860 Funny that you say that, I did look at her Instagram last night because me was thinkin wether I should hire her for accuracie's sake if I ever manage to get any form of animation going ('plan' is 10 years, if at all). Found out she was 30 when recording Alice's lines. Also she is married, after MD tho. Probably not at all tho, I was kinda 😮💨, three posts in her stuff featuring Alice only. Idk man
>>167862 Idunno man, if I could singlehanded re-spark discussion in the threads I would've done it already. As-is I'm so tied up with work I've barely drawn more than some offhand sketches in the past several weeks, my own AU is a barely coherent mess, and the thread has drifted so far from characters and AUs I'm familiar with that I pretty much don't recognize any of them immediately. This is why I can't really be centrally involved with the "community" even if I wanted such an onerous task, my longest period of creativity can be is maybe four days if I manage to catch an extra long weekend, which might happen half a dozen times over the course of an entire year. I also suffer pretty badly from Liam syndrome in that I tend to flit from cool idea to cool idea, and my creativity burns out rapidly if I try and force myself to linger on one for too long. >>167870 There is a hazard. A combination of extreme program modification within their AI and routine memory erasure precludes both the surfacing of the template personality matrix AND intrusion from the Solver. As a final line of defense Sentinel Drones have an extremely powerful auto-destruct mechanism which allows them to both suicide in the event of defeat in combat, and which is activated automatically if their programming becomes compromised by Solver code.
>>167872 Work is a bitch. All I can say is rest, inspiration often comes in when we least expect it like a ray of sunshine through a crack in the window that we could not perceive until then. Goodnight.
>Fun Evening Canon Facts: Nori would frequently hit on the human men back at Cabin Fever, especially her regular handler Mitchell. >The dommy mommy thing she'd try to do with the younger humans (especially Mitchell) would frequently be undermined by her acting like the autistic teenage girl she emotionally is (usually by calling Alice and/or Amda some variation of "fucking nerd")
The number changes somewhat depending on who you ask and how deep into fan lore you get, but in these threads there are currently 3 ways to make a Sentinel drone: (And to be clear, im using "sentinel drone as a Catch-all term for Drones built as ether Anti-drone, or anti-solver in nature/function, and no im not counting BOX)
1. PA's Sentinel drones: (specifically the K-variants) Built off a framework of a Captured DD (SD-K if i remember correctly) Extremely powerful individually but few in number and mental unstable at times, these are your one-drone-army types.
2. SA's (Mine) Relaimer Class Sentinels: Made using a Purpose built Patch that was used on captured DD's to reconfigure them into Anti-Solver Drones, Used in squads to capture more DDs to make more Reclaimers, Far weaker then their PA Sentinel counterparts, but far more numerous.
3. A newcomer & wild Card: Nukes SD:H, a post solverped combination of a DD and a Sentinel Raptor: Dunno much about this one so i might not fit 100% into this category, but im adding it regarless
LMK if i miss any
IK About Elf but anything PA related gets shoved in the first category
>>167869 >When did you join the threads? March 2023.
Pareidolia isn't a basis for lore, and ultimately it was a substantial part of what the attraction of the show was. There was relatively little in the episodes themselves, and so one naturally tried to extrapolate and fill in the gaping holes in the tapestry to complete patterns that ultimately weren't there.
> extremely intricately detailed, prime example of a 'show don't tell', show. Yeah. I had praised it as something that took full advantage of the medium, of being a video series delivered over the internet to viewers who could pause, rewind, pull up other episodes, zoom in, etc. to extract information from it.
>>167877 >(Hehehe)Hey surface slickers! >(Chopping) Sentinels picked at this one~ >I try not damage good parts~ >'course some parts are more valuable than others ain't they? >Naaaah, hea' keeps em sluggish >This ain't our first rodeo >(Hrehrehre) Dealt with witches 'fore (huhuhu) >Tho, I (haven't or ain't...I dunno😔) seen zerotwo since she left us here to DIE~😠 >BEAU! we got Nori's kid here! "MLEM MLEM!" >"What? What did it say?" Beretta said. >"That means, you may kiss the bride." >"Oh, you must mean, I-" >CHU! >Beretta squeaked in surprise as P's warm lips pressed against hers. >She lost all strength to resist him. >After holding for what seemed to be an eternity, P finally broke the kiss. >Amidst the crowd, the sounds of thousands of "ooos" and "aaahs" reverberated about the hall from the joyous "attendees", and the taps of many Oogis jumping up and down in celebration. >"HHMP-W-W-WHAT THE HELL, P! W-what the heck, dude?" Beretta said, burning red. >"I love you. P said, smiling.
>>167883 >ultimately it was a substantial part of what the attraction of the show was. Very true And also agree entirely with the second paragraph. I feel as if 8 did more harm than good for us. Cut off so many loose ends, while adding (aside from Doll's oilghost and the 'worldfreeze' once AS was a free singularity) zero lore. Especially nothing subtle to theorize with, or stuff adding to build the world. We would in a few ways be better of if 8 had not released yet.
>>167890 But everbody knew she wasn't goin to die! Fr! And look what it got them now, V is in the gutter because she undid her seasonlong character arc for a fucking gag. Just imagine if we had the prospect of a remaining episode to look forward to, that'd be more usefull than 8. I'm biased tho I never liked 8 it was dead on release to me
>>167672 Aww, now that I know her lore, I like her. Must think of intermingling with her and Alice. >I have a sketch of Alice right in that area, do you think she could get there? >>167889 >zero lore. There was a bit more backstory/filling in of relationships for the DDs, especially J. I parlayed that into two fics. For others, it took her from being a hatesink/punching bag of the series to being something between a pathetic and tragic figure, not that anything in prior episodes really hinted at that being the direction they wanted to go with for her.
>stuff adding to build the world And while the episode didn't expand the setting (I had been so hoping that that teaser of Uzi in the manor was hinting at something) or give that much to work with with its plot, the fanfic writers nonetheless created a default post-canon fanon. Though even that only proves the point about finding patterns.
>>167893 Yeah fr fr no cap ya fuck If we were denied a finale and it still hadn't come out by now the decline of the threads would've not have been melancholic and a resigned depression but one of intense unsatisfaction and resentment, which would soon cross over into constant conflict, you have to remember just how bad the lead up to 7 was, everybody was fucking pissed every day and I have no doubt the months long wait was the main factor. It's incredibly easy to overlook because you have 20/20 hindsight. Half the thing that keeps the threads so calm and peaceful is the acceptance that the whole thing is over (for now). Anticipation is a killer anon
>>167892 I was satisfied, emotionally, if that was the end of her. I knew odds were good it was going to be walked back, but I was expecting it'd leave a mark on her. Survives as just a core, survives as a Solverpede, point is Liam wouldn't just have V walk away from that completely unscathed... right? >>167893 >she undid her seasonlong character arc for a fucking gag At least it reminded everyone: the only good bloodsucker is a dead bloodsucker. >>167914 >so that I could get in touch with a really good artist What do you mean by "get in touch"? Like everything else, people come and go as they please, respond as they fancy to, and so on. Anyone can post anything, but they shouldn't rely upon sustained connection.
>maybe he might even draw something for me. Relatively few people do requests, and if someone so much as mentions the word, they're immediately deluged by suggestions. You would be better off asking for advice/guidelines on how to improve at drawing, which seems to have a higher chance of getting responses.
>>167921 By get in touch I meant interact with someone. I think grim was the first time a very good artist complimented my art. And yeah, I just wanted someone to draw my characters. Pocket did granny and he was gonna do the rest but I think he forgot.
>Be the usual cleaner Drone at Sentinel base >You’ve been living here for basically your whole life, but you still find it odd they don’t ask much of you beyond some basic window cleaning once every week or so. >You wonder, as you sit in your little charger box, what your true purpose is. Surely they wouldn’t waste money on purchasing a Drone like you simply to use you as a window washer, no? >Well, today you’re about to find out the true reason you’re here. >You’re just about to resume your work only to find your path blocked by… Ivory. >“[Now put this gasmask on and talk dirty to me.]”
Doll’s dad is probably Murder Drones’ most forgotten character but it may be a stretch to even call him a “character” since he had no dialogue and never appeared on screen alive. Other than the fandom pairing Yeva up with Mitchell (and sometimes Nori) another instance of him being forgotten would be his eye color, according to the wiki it’s white but all the fanart I used for reference (any shots with him in the show are very dark okay?) gave him green eyes. On a semi-related note, what do you think Doll’s dad's name is (other than Mitchell)?
