This was something we had on the old (and now defunct) Kemono.org too - let's have an "Anthros in Anime" thread!
I'll start with my big favourite, the sexy and busty snake Orochi-Onna (that name literally means "snake woman"). She is a servant - and extenstion of Orochi (DUH!) from Gegege no Kitaro, specifically from the OVA "Nippon Bakuretsu".
