Jitsu wa Watashi wa >Kuromine is a guy who does not lie, hence his nick name "a bag full of holes". But everyone has secrets, and even Kuromine has one. Meet the very lovely, elegant, and mysterious Shiragami whom Kuromine has newfound affections for... But what is this? Why does she have humongous wings when no one's looking and super long canines? something is very different about this girl...
This series is pretty good, I love the expressions and humor. It's a shame there is no dedicated translator for it.
The art's great, the dialog's great. It's a bit too harem anime-y for my tastes, but outside of the wolfman even that's toned down to a respectable degree. I like it.
>>89128 That's the bit that really saves it for me, they make no illusions about the fact that this is about him and her. The other girls all happening to fall in love with him is more an annoyance than anything, it doesn't ruin or bog down the series with pointless ambiguity like most harems. It's a romantic comedy, not a fanservice roster. Also it does "monster girl" better than practically every other Japanese series around, if only for the fact that they're not all secretly massive perverts.
>>89129 Plus I like the reasoning for them liking him, Class rep not understanding jealousy or the desire to be desirable or Mikan's childhood feelings being dismissed as friendship and thus taking on a desire to ingrain herself into his life even in a negative way as long as she doesn't drift any further out.
Makes them seem like actual characters rather than fetish props.
Chapter 34 is out, also some bad news from the groupt:
>Well, looks like I'll have to stop releasing for now. >It was really boring to do all the tasks (except for translating) by yourself. Plus, I have to focus in my career. >I can't do it all by myself anymore. If someone actually joins and helps me with this, I may work in this series again. But if no one joins, you'll have to wait till October or November.
Fucking shit, are you joking? I've been loving this comic. The cast is great and unlike Monster Musume no Iru Ichijou, all of the cast actually have personalities and traits that define them beyond just being tits to look at.8
*Shiho aside, who rarely gets characterization outside the perv things she does, but even the fan-service character doesn't actually get much fan-service. Oddly enough, I think Shiro has had just as much actual character moments as she does.
I know it's still technically a harem manga, but the opening tagline for this chapter seems hilariously mean-spirited.
"Yet another girl has joined the fray and she's <i>dumb as rocks!"</i>
It literally says the formula is "Cute + dumb." Like, let's ignore the fact that they're all some sort of monster or sci-fi thing, the draw factor isn't their other-worldliness, it's that all of them are somehow stupid as hell and I keep giggling over that.
Also, I've noticed a major art shift from when the series started, all of the characters have rounder, smaller faces compared to when we started. I wonder if that was a conscious decision on the artists' part.

It wasn't actually that bad. The drastic style change is still somewhat off-putting, but otherwise it hit all the right notes. Let's hope they're able to pull off equally great reaction faces in this style, because that's the major thing the manga fucking excelled at.
This is actually a really refreshing departure from typical Harem Manga nonsense. I'm guessing the next step is keeping their relationship strong and/or a secret while being rolled up in the usual stupid crap the cast gets up to.
