I'd share more of this kind of stuff but there's barely anything for this that isn't either anime, poorly drawn, or a shitty edit. Pretty much all of the decent content is either original characters or furry. The furry usually refer to it as "modular".

Not really. Guro is short for Grotesque, and is way wider than this. body change like this is in its definition.

I can see your argument there, but it's not really meant to be associated with gore since its meant to be an opposite in a way, since it isn't lethal and can be reversed, hence "detachable"
