After 2024's debacle of repeatedly nuked /co/ Holiday Cheer Threads, claims posting (or posts buying/getting) even /co gifts from Amazon wishlists were "against the rules" on 4chan /co/, plus4chan will remain where all the wishlists and updates to the pastebin will be posted for this season's Holiday Cheer Thread.
1. Drop your wish lists HERE. There are two lists:
Every wish list dropped (ALL pastebin), and UNGIFTED pastebin, which is where to look to give someone something for the holidays.
2. To get your wishlist code, open your wishlist on Amazon, then copy the 11 digit number from the END of the link. It will look like this: amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/###########
The pastebin folks just need the ###########
- 2(a): IMPORTANT - look at this 2024 pastebin: https://pastebin.com/ymMUMGHN and PAY ATTENTION to #3 and #4
(but please read the whole fucking thing even if you participated before).
We have a lot of fucking people with the wrong address NOT get their gifts because Bezolandia doesn't automatically update shipping address on wish lists EVEN if you update your fucking Amazon account.
-2(C): Be sure to gift another Anon in return so we can spread the cheer far and wide.
3. When you gift someone, post the wish list ### you gifted HERE to get the UNGIFTED pastebin updated.
-3 (a): When you receive your gift, post a picture PLUS your wishlist ### to confirm it wasn't a troll removal.
-3 (b): This also helps spread the cheer and show it's real, and confirms your list was correctly on the GIFTED pastebin.
THIS thread is for wishlist stuff mostly; holiday discussions (as long as you don't mention Amazon, gifts or Wish Lists), streaming/storytimes should still be happening on vanilla 4chan /co/.
>>483531
Just read dat pastebin. Curious to see what the updated one will look like, since we are doing gifting here, and how that will effect the "post your list once per thread" rule, and solving puzzles/riddles etc.
I'll wait till the thread gets a few replies before I post my wishlist. Happy Holidays to all!
>>483533
The threads used to move really quickly, some seasons we got as many as 10-15-20 threads until the holidays. It depends on if Janitors nuked the threads till they died or right after the 26th.
Last year, even with the deleted threads, I think it only hit about 8 or 9 and that started with '0' - which was also new. I just woke up and skimmed and no one has started a thread that I could quickly notice. So no clue.
We can enforce the "once per thread" rule IF this thread gets to a second or more threads BUT I don't see that happening RN.
HULK SMASH PUNY HOLIDAYS
Digs over here are a bit different this year. I'll have to look to customizing it to my liking.
22F7P31ZHSC0V
>>483541
I'll assume you mean .com
Otherwise all anons have to specify.
>>483546
I've gifted Happy Hulk before, I'm pretty sure he's .com - he's actually an old timer to the /co cheer threads
While I have opened foreign Amazon accounts and gifted, for example, UK and DE anons one year I had a huge bonus check (never going through that kinda nightmare again) am pretty sure I gifted Hulk AFTER THAT.
>>483545
Thanks for posting it finally, was wondering if this was an outlier.
>>483548
That is why I didn't specify. The current rules text said to only specify for international Amazons.
If I misread or missed an addendum it was unintentional.
>>483548
I'm the OP here and I've participated in cheer as a lurker or a story-timer for a good decade now, or almost, and that's how I remember it as well.
However, it's a good idea to remind people as the days go on to (a) post with their list drop if they are not in the USA and (b) to remember to fucking double-check the mailing address tied to the wish list.
Those are ALWAYS the two biggest problems with the gifting. One year, I had two gifts delivered to a "mail room" and both anons said shit like, "oh, I lived in an apartment two years ago, I live in a house now" or something like that.
I was able to get refunded but someone in a mail room got a free baseball bat and someone else got a Dark Horse graphic novel.
>>483544
>have the grinches finally won?
Here's my threadly list drop:
AAOT775YU102
Feel free to select USED/LIKE NEW on any of the toys that have that option.
Also posting my list. Maybe this time, I don't receive an error message like yesterday
1H0UA0MRH0GR1 .de
>>483550
Sometimes we do have issues with anons not specifying their country and then things get confusing. Mail rooms tend to be terrible, had an anon a few years back who had issues but it worked out in the end
Woke up thinking the main thread was pruned.
Jeez the main OP photo is not a great one to find in the catalog.
>>483554
>open on another tab?
Guess I will need to do this at least through the weekend.
Has anyone gone to /r9k ?
And has anyone seen Bone Daddy? I notice his Google Form is still accessible from last year.
Amazon occasionally (often) sux. 4K and 1080 releases (separate but same release date) got pushed into a single product category. So, you will NEVER know which one you bought until it arrives. I wouldn't but [this movie] even for myself from Amazon. Only eBay.
are the /co/ mods still being fags this year?
2GPDVDLXZI2GT
>>483557
Crapazom sucks for many reasons. I'm also doing the secret santa on /toy/; you get assigned to someone and you send (and receive) actual wrapped gifts, and sometimes snacks and other stuff. My assignment is into model kits and gave me a list of franchises (like Gunpla kits) to pick from and I found some neat stuff on Big Bad Toy Store and ordered those but two of those thiings were accessories (e.g. weapons); I assumed he would also like to get an actual TOY toy so I found a decent figure in my budget on Amazon and ordered (and was charged for it) on the 12th, and as of the 21st, it was still saying "ORDERED" with a promise to arrive by 12/01. Which would work but it's the holidays and Thanksgiving was coming up so I was concerned about the fact that it didn't say shipping and that no tracking was provided (it was an import toy but "fulfilled by Amazon."
They admitted they didn't have it in their warehouse and couldn't guarantee I would get it. They didn't even act that apologetic when I got someone on the phone wanting them to switch to something they could confirm was in stock, even if it cost me more. They literally told me to cancel my order and 'buy something else.'
That's lousy customer service over something their fault.
>>483562
Slow Death Issue 11 an anthology comic, This story titled Cold Snap is written by Alan Moore
Let's get things started.
1H0UA0MRH0GR1 .de, you have been gifted!
Someone remind me to cancel German Prime before December 30th, please
Had to think about it this year. I'm sure something more will come to me.
3PT8YNDBXMLPI
>>483565
Is that the 30 day free trial? You can set a calendar reminder on your telephone, to yourself, to cancel it on say the 20th. That's what I always do with stuff like this.
>>483567
Glad to see some of the other "old-timers" - just put in a few things you need. I almost put in some muscle cream but decided to put cold brew coffee 48 oz 'jugs' for 'cheap' stuff to be gifted.
>>483561
That sucks. We can do a few story-times here as well. At least to do the streams and chat with people, you don't need to actually participate in 4chinz.
>>483568
>just put in a few things you need
Can you send me an Amazon listing for "being in my 20s again"?
>>483570
You may get that with alternative cellular regeneration treatments that may or may not be available to non-elites within the next 50 years.
>>483559
/r9k is on their 4 or 5th thread and they are dropping wish list there and so far it looks like only the usual /pol-tard, spam and similar stuff is being deleted but that doesn't mean much - their threads are moving really fast and I don't think any of them hit 500 posts like /co threads do.
Last year, it took the mods about a week (around 12/5 or 6) before they came down on everyone posting WLs.
Why - they still haven't really explained in any official fashion, all we have is a lot of talk about what some anons found out from some janny's/mods.
>>483575
I thought that they killed the r9k threads because of "e-begging" and thrn r9k whined and pointed fingers at /co/.
/toy/ was given a pass because we all do it off site and nobody gets away for free
>>483576
I think a few other threads were pruned? I avoid other boards. I used to go to /ck and a few others but haven't in years.
My understanding - and this is all gossip and heresay - was that /toy/ never even was bothered because it all happens off-site, correct. If /toy/ was doing what B/S/T does, and using email addresses, that would have been one kinda 'global rule' violation.
Wish lists is another ('e-begging" as you write).
I also understood that /r9k was the one who got /co's cheer threads pruned/shit canned but since they only banned the /co cheer thread OP without giving a reason, no one understood what was going on for a few days so someone else created new thread, etc. and the cycle repeated for a few days of shit shows.
Some or all of those bans were lifted. Some explanations were supposedly given but no one apparently really knows.
RIGHT NOW, r9k seems to be getting away with it posting wish lists. It's no where near the wild west it was the last time I visited regularly (2017/18?). It looks like WAY less list dropping (but we are also really low with folks dropping list so far here, IMHO.)
We likely have all new mods and certainly some new if not all new janeys. But I'd rather not risk /co cheer becoming a shit show, would you?
>>483577
Yeah, it's not worth repeating last year's disaster. Moderation remains wildly inconsistent and accountable to no one and nothing. Last time, I was banned for making the new thread and sent in an appeal where I explained that none of us know why our tradition of more than a decade is suddenly a problem. It was denied, but the ban was reverted a little later on anyway. Someone up there cared enough to bring us back, at least. I still wouldn't gamble on the whole thing having blown over after a year, as much as it was seemingly just a consequence of /r9k/ having an unusually bad year with blatantly selfish list droppers and trying to get a different board punished alongside them.
Here's hoping that you all will get what you wish for this holiday season.
I'm just curious about two things:
mildly - where's Bone Daddy, after all sturm und drang about doing a secret santa exchange off site as well.
his google form is still up, did he get no replies?
what came of all that
the other thing I'm mildly curious about is how we have almost such a small amount of wish list dropping?
>>483582
Small amount of wish liats being posted might be
1. People not knowing about plus4chan
2. When 4chan went down for those few days earlier in the year, i wonder if that was enough for anons to kick the habit of browsing and just not come back
>>483580
I bought this for myself, only $34.99 at a Target, delivered for free.
I'd rather have paid closer to $20 but I got one of those $50 gift cards for a class action lawsuit over something that didn't really impact me - I forget what it was? Facebook? Something I had an account for but never actually used/use ...
Those e-gift cards they send things suck, you can't really use them at say a bar to get drunk or for a nice dinner out unless some business is willing to manually input all those fucking numbers.
And most of them are from scammy 'bank card companies' - actually owned by hedge funds and their ilk. They collect fees when you don't use them, that eat up the value of the cards and they make it hard for you to use the cards.
So using them on a slightly expensive toy I normally wouldn't have wanted to spend my own hard earned cash on, was an easy choice.
And it reminds me of a Pee Wee toy I was given in high school, right after seeing Big Adventure at a Drive In during the summer, that I dragged to college the next year and kept for another 5-6 years, until the bike and the helmet got swiped by some randos invited to a kegger party i threw with my then roommates.
>>483583
It seems to me that the regulars of /co/ know about plus4chan. During the April downtime we had an absolutely massive amount of users which is only possible if people know about this place.
But when 4chan is operating normally, people have no reason to visit here, plus we don't have all the mobile-only notifications designed to make people get addicted to the site either (maybe I should add some of those features?).
>>483585
>maybe I should add some of those features?
mebbe!!!
>>483585
not having a 120 second timer when posting + no captcha is amazing. thank you for that
Good thing I read something, hope everyone had a at least somewhat a good year.

2BJ9G5X5E88D4
>>483588
BTW, you can refer to me as Krypto, not DC Anon, no one will really know me as DC Anon on the main Holiday Cheer thread. I'm much better know on /co than /toy.
Idiots still call me "subject Anon" on many /toy threads so I don't think I'm really well know. I've become Maximum Effort OP on the DC threads for the last few weeks, but no one else calls me that 99% of the other times I post.
And I've heard Subby thrown almost hourly on almost every toy thread I check out, and apparently that dude is still around but claims to not visit /toy like he used to, certainly not "daily" so he said recently.
>>483582
It's still early, not even actual December yet, the first thread was always slow in the previous years because of small number of posters, as well.
Add to that the fact people won't really talk openly about using this place to post wishlists because last year posts about plus4chan got pruned just like the wishlist ones, and you have an even lower traffic.
And third reason, people might be taking their time getting their lists up to date. I've just used Black Friday as an opportunity to buy myself something on sale, and I'm waiting for it to arrive because I always wait until I have the item in my hands before I take it off the list (slightly related to grinch shenanigans). So I'll be posting my list after that.
>>483565
Thanks, mate! Been on the go these past two days so haven't been checking this thread that much. Really appreciate it (and will try to remind you to cancel Prime the same way I have to remind myself to cancel US Prime)
>>483583
>People not knowing about plus4chan
I think you are right about that - I've dropped the word 'plus' a few times and I'm not sure everyone knows what I am referring to.
>>483591
>getting their lists up to date.
yep, except I took advantage of a few early sales and did my clean up recently. I'm not thrilled with my list, too many "expensive" things on it, but I also use it for myself whereas when this started, almost ten years ago, it was just for cheer threads since I almost never bought from Bezolandia
>>483590
>Krypto
Now THAT's a name I haven't heard in a long while. Good to see you're doing well, bud!
>subject Anon
Wtf, I see that being thrown around in Marvel and McFarlane generals but it's always people who really have no idea what they're talking about. Do you tend to post your collections?
>>483583
Yeah, people not knowing about this site may be the main reason, especially since experience shows that people don't read the OP message thoroughly
>>483593
I haven't bought much from Bezoland this year but my main list is hidden so I typically only add the stuff I haven't bought yet which is somewhat /co/ or /toy/ related. Only deleted 4 things from my Cheer list this year, it's been a rather slow one
>>483588
That's only because nobody is abusing this place.
Which is only really possible as long as we have a small user base. I have been looking into captcha a lot, but with AI datacenters using more compute than entire countries, there's not a lot of options.
>>483596
>but with AI datacenters using more compute than entire countries
If that is actually true, then this seems like something people don't talk about enough.
>>483595
Thanks, I'm well. I'm just not posting with a trip but I'm still story-timing and buying gifts for others and otherwise participating.
In fact, Mister E still owes me my match from his birthday last year. Since the shit show wholesale pruning of threads happened that day and he apparently never popped back in once things normalized.
>Do you tend to post your collections?
My toys are a lot of Superman, as Elusive once said when he gifted me from my wish list early on, "It's like someone threw up Superman" on that list. I do have a lot od DC, a lot of Flash. Even the Koto statue. And a lot of GL.
I think they don't like that I post things like fast food toys and toy soldiers, as well as expensive Mezcos. PICREL is a /co secret santa gift I got from Kamala Anon (I forget at the moment what most folks call him) from winning one of his contest, maybe in 2017 or 2018?
>>483597
People don't talk about it because AI is a multi-trillion dollar market and that much money engenders a morality akin to a rabid piranha.
Why do you think 4chan is enforcing 120 second countdown? It's the only full proof way to get around bots: track all user sessions and force all new sessions to have to wait. If things got bad, I'd have very little choices but to implement something very similar.
>>483599
The countdown goes away on my main browser very quickly, eventually returning to 30 or 60 seconds after a post. Maybe it's a browser or mobile based issue.
>>483600
I didn't knew it also has additional time checks after the initial 120 (300 for new threads) seconds, perhaps they added that after the April hack, so I wouldn't be able to see it.
>Maybe it's a browser or mobile based issue.
4chan tracks user sessions and has a complex threat score system behind the scenes based on browser profiles, HTTP headers, IP reverse geocodes, and ISP ASNs. It also has different thresholds whether you are posting with or without an image, or making a new thread. And it randomly blocks you for no reason if your threat score is too high.
It's entirely possible your browser just triggered their bot detection. Just a few weeks ago, it blanket blocked nearly all Firefox users...
I just re-read the posts in last year's thread that have been made since January, and I just want to say: Hulk, my buddy, my pal, if you think a thread surviving a year in here is notable, scroll down to the bottom of the catalog and check how old the Archie Sonic general over there is.
>>483604
Yep, it's weird coming here, like during the April hack, and looking around. I'd been checking in October and earlier this month to see if there was word from Bone Daddy or any of the Cheer regulars or anyone else about this winter's stuff and it seemed like crickets till I actually bumped up that thread.
Everyone else wants stuff to happen but want someone else to do it. And even then still want or need a lot of hand holding.
Williz posted his WL, spoilered, and then an Anon called attention to a WL drop without spoiling his reply so I guess we will find out.
For the pastebin updaters, his WL is:
DZNIT01A728
>>483590
okay ive seen "subject anon" thrown around for a few years now. I have no idea who that guy is or why he is called "subject". Is that you? Whats up with the name?
Is that the same anon as "Zat"? Are they the same? What about the neca anon?
Where does Retrospammer fit into all of this?
>>483613
I first heard Subject Anon or "Subby" on the Diamond Select Toys thread from say the summer, must have been around one of the cons because someone said 'diamond' was showing toys in one booth, which apparently were the last bit of stuff put in production before the bankruptcy court told them to stop spending money. I also saw it on the NECA, Marvel Legends and possibly a few others.
Anyone doing long paragraphs, with standard breaks, with over sharing or simply a lot of verbiage, get that slung at them at some point when there's a back and forth. There was a lot of it tossed around during a lot of those tarrif threads. A lot of those I just avoid
I used to ask questions on a few other threads. Once in a blue moon people are helpful but I find most questions get ignored unless you repeatedly ask them. I've never had a question answered in B/S/T in 2/3 years. But I mostly don't post, just skim of lurk and apparently Subject Anon is a real guy who takes pride in punching holes in people's nonsense, at least in the terrif threads.
Another year passed, it's weird to think about huh? But I'm glad the cheer threads are still going on. The spirit of cheer can't be deleted.
1B9WSR981AM5R
Another random anon dropped another (spoilered) WL earlier tonight while I was out and about, so just to be all formal about it, cross-posting it for them here:
4FG3TUS3O13Y .co.uk
The current ALL list updated about 20 hours ago, and is here - PLEASE REMEMBER TO READ THE PASTEBIN:
https://pastebin.com/yYV0AZ8p
And make sure your wish list has the correct address when you DROP IT here.
>>483598
I had a few guesses last year as to which comments could be yours but without the trip, it's all mere speculation.
As for the gifting spree, the mods doing their thing really tampered with everything last year, including people's participation in the threads. The constant deleting of threads and the inability to keep track of everything that was going on was one of the main factors for me being less active than in the previous years. Let's hope things have changed this year and that everyone is more calm
>My toys are a lot of Superman
I was specifically asking because I remember that and because there's a guy in the McFarlane threads with a black Kallax and tons of Superman figures (40s Superman + Lois in the middle)
Your pic of the mini figures legit doesn't ring a bell though. /toy/ does get weird about things which aren't flat out 30-points-of-articulation type figures. Mezcos being frowned upon aside from the usual "IT'S A DOLL" crap has become less though
>>483613
I feel like people at the moment refer to "subject anon" whenever they disagree with a topic. The writing style of the accused is mostly different, yet people prefer jumping to conclusions
It looks like we are only up to 13 people who have dropped their wish list after two full days (not all yet added to the PASTEBIN), which still feels slow to me.
But again, maybe it's just me and my excitement for these threads most winters. The threads themselves also feel a bit slow but I was gone most of the day and had IP trouble phone posting, and promptly took a nap after I ate at 9 pm when I got home!
These two people were also just gifted at the main thread, so again, just to be all formal (especially if that thread ever gets nuked):
Gifted (by Williz)

4FG3TUS3O13Y .co.uk
So the only two UK anons (so far) are all cleared!

I have a blue Superman Robot (from an animated movie) not the recent one, although I did just finish building the Spinmaster BAF and picked up, to army build, a bunch of the 3" Robots but don't yet have photos, some are still in sealed packaged).
The gold one (another /co gift from someone, it came with a Superman toy).
And I have the Superman Robot that looks just like Superman from the 1950s comic books robots. I've never seen a Black Kallax, that sounds really interesting actually.
I do have the 1950s Lois. But I've never photographed her with a bunch of 1940s Superman, so that is someone else.
I also have two more of these Silver Age looking Superboys or Superman, plus the one that comes with the Lois, plus the one that comes with Beppo, and the Jimmy and Lois as Superwoman (the 1950s Silver Age version). I'd love to customize a Lana as a super if I could find something that would work as a Lana.
It's hard to tell but the robot toy, his shield opens up like a door, and you can see wires and doodads inside his torso. Otherwise, it's pretty body buck re-use.
>>483621
>guy in the McFarlane threads
But I also have plenty of non-Superman stuff. I just don't always post it. I only have one long rectangular window in my bedroom and need better lights.

Better than expected, hope yours went well
that Frankenstein movie looks interesting, I'll need to see if I can find a pirate stream of it somewhere.

the long countdown goes down quickly if you stay on the same board. If you move to a different board, it pops back up to 120, and sometimes for a few posts, before it goes down.
>>483622
All pastebins have been updated. The threads are slower because there's less regulars posting but I can't blame them given what happened last year. Let's just enjoy what we have

I'll be gifting a few lists in the coming days, I have home renovations, divorce settlement , and bills today, so let me check remaining funds before committing to a blind spending spree again. I hope to see all our usuals! Especially the green trickster himself. I have his list saved from past years, but I don't want to gift until I very he hasn't moved.
Alrighty, I wasn't aware there was a plus4chan thread going on to keep the gifts going. But hey, whatever works, I'm overdue on gifting an anon anyways. 2GPDVDLXZI2GT has been gifted!
My wishlist is still F2H67ST7SEVM
>>483631
>I'll be gifting a few lists in the coming days
Didn't you post the same thing last year and never return?
>>483633
I gifted one list before things crashed down last year, four gifts the year prior, four in 2022, four in 2021... do you need receipts?
Nigma will recognize me as the one who gets him an art book every year.
>>483634
>2RMMWNL22JFRN
NTA but if you're sincere, I wouldn't worry about someone's shit post - if not, well. Mister E hasn't dropped his list in forever. I know it's possible to figure out who he was and if you have that saved, then you'd be able to get him an art book, but I'm near 1000% certain he hasn't dropped a list in at least two and probably closer to four years.
Only Mr. E requires receipts for his birthday matching thing. As far as people who give one person, you aren't expected to do anything other than what Skeletal did above and then hopefully his giftee will come back and post that it arrived safe and sound.
>Can post here even through my work's wifi
Baller, it won't even let me turn on a vpn to check on the regular 4chan. And eith gift-giving relegated here, it means I'll be able to take part in the Nygmapalooza, if it actually happens this year.
>>483636
Yes, I saved his list. I tend to gift him on his birthday spree. I didnt get to check with him last year to make sure he has it updated to his correct address, I hope he comes back this year since things have settled.
>>483630
>Cyborg Superman on the right?
No, that's the Superman Robot (so not Kellax, which was a post Byrne, post COIE invention of being the robot servants they used on Krypton and the robot came from there with Baby Kal-El in the rocket, inside with the crystals, when the fortress was built by the crystals - I forget the specifics and may have some detail wrong).
But in the 1950s, both Teen Smallville Clark and then Superman as an adult in Metropolis, used the Superman Robots. And this was one of those. I have this entire wave, some still in the sealed package.
The robot came with the chimp.
>>483638
When I was phone posting yesterday, I noticed a lot of wifi I connected to, like at Target or Starbucks, would block 4chan, but would let me come to plus4chan and post no problem. I could only post to 4chan off my data and 85% of the time I got the same IP blocking that everyone else was complaining about above.
So bonus brownies or cookies to our host here at plus four: >>483580

>>483650
You don't need to spoiler wish list drops here and especially not that you gifted someone, that's part of the point.
And thank you for the story-time!
I'll see if I can dust off the ol' wishlist sometime tomorrow afternoon. I really appreciate you guys keeping everything running over here. Activity in the cheer threads has been trending downwards for a long time now, even without the mods turning on us. I think it's ultimately just because 4chan on the whole just gets worse and worse every year, and fewer have it in them to come back for Christmas.
>>483632

Will look at other anons' lists tomorrow (hopefully the pastebin is updated as fast as usual)
Also, POFG better win.

I can't decide on the 10th (or after Mister E's birthday, and say the 15th) for the contest cutoff/decision. What do you think?
Sooner for pressure? Sooner than the 10th?
>>483659
Seems to be once a day, we're updated except for you, I think, since there's been no more list drops or gifting on the main 4chan thread.
>>483655
Congrats - now go forth and multiply by paying it forward when you can, anon
>>483640
Welcome, welcome. We're showing more love in these early days to the EU wishlists, with two from the .UK and .de already done, so hopefully you'll be in luck anon!
>>483638
Well so far the main thread has survived but I personally still think the ban-hammer will be brought down closer to the third or fourth thread. Which reminds me, I should storytime something while I am wake to help knock us into thread two sooner rather than later, it's so effing slow-moving.
But, assuming Riddler pops up, which is usually early since he drops puzzles, but last year was only a day or two before his birth to announce the Nygmapalooza, we have no real way to contact him beforehand to tell him him to come here.
>>483639
Yeah, makes sense. Bought an Absolute DC hardcover for Elusive one year (for all his thankless work) when what he was listing was the reissued TPB.
Not only bought locally, so supporting one of my many LCSs but got a better price than scalpers off Bezos, and just had them ship it out for the holidays that year.
I didn't even have to put pants on, I phoned them, they charged me over the phone, I emailed the address to them, and they replied with the tracking info. And was only able to do that because I had his address.

>IF YOU ARE A NON-USA ANON WHO WISHES TO APPLY, REPLY TO THIS POST FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS.
I'd be glad to see the instructions for us Euroanons

I'm the wrong person to ask. I can't keep up with deadlines outside of work these days.
>>483668
>>483565
Just posted in the /co/ thread. It was left inside, the delivery person just didn't answer me on the intercom so when I went to the door, they had already disappeared.
The quote really made my day and as I mentioned in the other Cheer thread, Bison of all things arriving on a Tuesday is not just pure irony but based as hell! Thanks dude!
>>483669
I'm happy you like it, but it pains me that you think the delivery date was incidental.
>>483667
Pretend it's the 10th and I'll probably push it depending on interest.
I need to interrogate Khantest to find out what he did to manage to get so many replies to his "essay" contests ....
>>483670
If you actually managed to pull it off intentionally (both making sure that the day is right AND putting that much trust in Bezolandia), that is actually one of the most astonishing things I have ever seen in any year of Cheer
>>483659
>2IXOA3N2S9U62
Something's wrong with some of your wish list items. Everything that's not the two expensive books either it won't let me add them or it wants to charge me shipping (and in one case, shipping and handling).
I needed to get my order for stuff for myself, so I'll pass on you but it's early days, you should be gifted. But you might want to check on your list and maybe fix those or add some more things?
I've been doing these holiday threads for like a decade, always a highlight of the season. Working from home for the first snow fall of the year is a great way to get it started
2GPDVDLXZI2GT has been gifted
Please add 35T26B7C04STN to the ungifted list
Im probably not gonna be living at my place for much longer, so I'm not posting a list but i'm here to wish all of you anons a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS!
I hope you all get exactly what you want and make sure to eat well and rest comfortably, and do something nice for someone you dont know. I'm celebrating with my best friend this year since he lives alone, so I'm more happy than I've been on Christmas for a long time. Also the snow effect is perfect, nice one
>>483677
that's nice you are spending it with your friend. Sometimes that is better than family. You guys doing anything specific?
>>483675
>35T26B7C04STN
Did you ever get your book from last Cheer (2024)? It was supposedly delivered on the 28th, "left on your porch?" With the shit show the threads became, especially at the end, not sure if you ever saw it but was about to gift you and thought your name and address seemed familiar.
>>483677
>>483678
You should either look into getting something shipped to you to a trusted friend's address OR to one of the Amazon's lockers, or those free standing Amazon storefronts if there is one in your town. If you are using an Amazon locket, best to use one at Whole Foods, since they are owned by Amazon, but if you have an Amazon Fresh location or the book stores they sometimes have in malls or by college campuses, those would be best.
>>483681
I did get it, thank you! I forget exactly what happened but it was like just hard to find out there and I panicked I didn’t update my address.but I did get it and my daughter and I read it together. Thank you
>>483683
Alright good to know. I might grab you again, I'm trying to buy something for myself that claims it's the 'last' one and my coffee order and figure I might as well try to grab someone off the list as well.
>>483669
I know you did it already twice and someone else did it once so hate to point to you, but can you remind "the crowd" at "the place" that someone take a look at the pastebins at least once a day, it's almost 24 and there should be some (at least one?) anon moved off ungifted and some people added to the add.
I believe 12 hours ago was when something changed, and that was about half a day after the last update. Thanks!
>>483682
Thats a great idea and exactly what I just did! Thanks for the suggestion, my buddy is up for getting shipped to, I didnt even think of it.
>>483679
He's from malaysia, he doesnt miss the place at all but I hear how much he talks about the food and how he'd like to have some again, so I'm surprising him by cooking him some crabs and sambal and all that nice stuff when he comes over, are you doing anything nice this year anon?
Also DZNIT01A728 has been gifted! enjoy
1G8DUKFAQVOD6 .co .uk heres mine, please add to the 'ungifted' list,
this is my first christmas with /co/, this is fun
>>483674
Same wish list I used for years, but if something suddenly changed automatically cause Amazon is a faggot, I'll look into it right now.
>>483690
This is all I found that's "strange". This is something that comes and goes, for everyone. Otherwise, list is fine.
>>483657
This is sort of /co/ related and kind of not, I made this Christmas Diorama for an online friend, we play a game called Sven Co-op and he uses the Captain Scarlet player model and I use one of a toilet. You can just imagine it's a captain scarlet Skibidi toilet crossover.
>>483692
Ah shit forgot image
>>483693
Thats so sweet anon, you two should check out Abiotic factor if you like sven co-op, its half life 1 but a survival SCP game, its great to roleplay in, me and my buddies beat it not too long ago pretending to be half life scientists the entire time
>>483694
I have seen it and it looks so awesome, I'm going to try and organise playing it with some friends this month hopefully.

There was an option for a Tuesday delivery when I ordered it on Saturday. Yeah, it was probably partially luck, but I assumed it wouldn't come early, since handling a package that's not scheduled for next day delivery is the closest thing these poor bastards have to a break, but I also wagered it wouldn't come late, since if anyone would thrive under the ruthless efficiency of Amazon order picking, it would be the Germans.
But the important thing is, the joke landed.

Pastebin were updated almost right before you dropped your list, so welcome back and it should be a moment before you are added to the UNGIFTED.
>>483709
There's a lot regulars that are usually here at the start. Some of those regulars would gift multiple people right away. Some people who don't ever drop list (for all that people make fun of him, Boco is one such classic example), but would stop by the thread on 4chan prime and gift a few people.
No clue if we can get any of that traffic over here. But I agree with this sentiment:
>>483710
>>483705
>Z8EDQ9MCIMYL
BTW - you were an anon that possibly had gotten your entire wish list emptied, and marked as purchased elsewhere, when it actually wasn't? Is that why you chose to reveal all that stuff that was purchased? You still want it?
You might want to create a new wish list, you can have more than one on Amazon. I have one called "shopping" and I move the stuff I buy for myself or decide to buy for myself (or are just reminders, because something is out of stock but I want to remember to try to find it elsewhere, or in case it comes back in stock). You can move between lists.
But assuming YOU do want the stuff marked as purchased, it's not really clear that's what you are going after? So maybe a new WL, with all the stuff you want, even if it's all "added "12/4" - and mark that the one you share, and make this one private? Or something?
This new setup is so weird. Why do we even have to do it likes this again?
>>483715
Because of /r9k/ went so hard on e-begging last year that mods decided to shitcan their threads, so in response the robots sold us out.
>>483720
4chan mods will ban any thread that gives them extra work. It's why /tnt/ and /md/ both had to move here, the tag-team tournament got banned and so did murder drones at one point.
I’m a little late, but I’m glad the best part of the season is back. Just a few more workdays before winter officially begins. I’ll also add my list: 25BSVI7RIDZ71 (.de)
>>483715
We don't have to but people are being extra careful. More people could try posting their lists in the 4ch thread and we will see what happens.
>>483720
The janitors were repeatedly told that and even SHOWED that from appeals of the bans the OPs were getting (like Sanish, LokiMexiAnon and Mini-Fig), and while the bans were eventually lifted apparently some mod said Amazon posting was a global rule violation of "begging" and ALWAYS HAD BEEN
>>483711
You can post images, gifs, etc. here. I assume you can post YT and mp4 files. No clue about webm.
There's no back up or archive (like DESU) of this - at least as far as I know - but this gentlemen would:

but threads don't really fall off the catalog because it's no where near as busy.
The place seems to be moderating itself but we also don't seem to attract assholes here, at least in the threads I've hit - which are almost all /co related, especially when that April crash of 4chan happened.
>>483722
>25BSVI7RIDZ71
Welcome.
People drop lists as late as the week of the holiday itself so since the first actual /co cheer thread hasn't even hit bump limit over at 4chan, you are no where near late.
Thanks for remembering to add the (de), we already had two (.de) people gifted but some of the usual UK anons (who also gift EU) and others, haven't shown up. Also, they are being slow at updating the gift lists, so you will probably not get added until the next 6 or so (or even more hours - I have no control but I'll remind them).

There's no thread pruning on the current boards, and we have archives of previous boards dating back to 2007: https://archives.plus4chan.org/
(the archives are not 100% complete because the older boards did have pruning once upon a time, but some missing threads still exist on archive.org).
>>483723
At least fucking spoiler shit (which was always the fucking tradition from the start), which is why you would see a lot of the story-timers do it that way, if you are going to fucking risk the threads for everyone else.
>>483721
Seems like banning in general is a lot more common on 4chan, I didn't get a single one in the first like 10 years using it but now I get a few every year, all for nonsense while offtopic and spam threads stay up for a dozen hours ir never get deleted.
>>483725
And why are people still scared over it? If it fails once again, we'll change to here. The panic is a little over the top.
>>483732
This is certainly the best idea. Williz spoilered his and it's all fine. As for the justification, posting lists was never begging but mods act like it is.

Listen, I'm as Hope Corgi pilled as any other old-timer, but thinking any 20 or so possibly unemployed or underemployed young male isn't grievance-coded to want to apply or be a janitor and they won't, at minimum, overreact - especially if the past of least resistance is bans and pruning, you don't understand 2025 Mongolian basketweaving.
>>483741

>2LL1SBHXKC6RK
You've been gifted.
Well, technically, even though it's on your wish list, it appears that this gift is for someone else in your household - PICREL.
I hope you and they enjoy it.
Not sure why, since I have Prime, but it allegedly won't arrive till Hanukah, I think because it's "Supplied by 'OTHER'" versus fulfilled by Bezolandia.
I'm on the ungifted but since we are on thread 2 at 4chinz Prime, I'll do a technical threadly list drop:
AAOT775YU102
I bought my coffee for myself, two different kinds in fact since it's been that kind of week, so if you were thinking of that as a bargain gift, you can say goodbye as I'm amending.
I've been getting my wishlist ready, and I've noticed a couple of things:
1. Marvel must've been releasing Omnibuses (I'm not expecting anyone to gift me one, unless I solve a puzzle, but if I'm bringing my list up to date, might as well do those, too) by the shelf-ful, because the wikipedia article doesn't even have a single long list you can sort by release date anymore, they've divided them into characters/groups/events, and the list of recent releases only goes as far back as October, so finding out what was actually released since last year was a chore (it would've probably been easier to find a separate site altogether that has a list).
And then it turned out that I'm pretty much only interested in one of them, anyway, unless there were some reprints of stuff I couldn't get before.
2. The bigger problem, for me, is that I haven't actually bought anything off my wishlist for myself between early last November and late this one. Almost thirteen months. And money being tight early in the year (and me saving up since September because these last two months of the year are always a black hole for money for me) is only part of the issue. I don't have room for any more stuff, all my shelves are taken, and I don't have any more room to put in more shelves.
And until I get my very own place I actually own (which, unless I hit a jackpot, isn't something that'll happen anytime soon), most of my stuff will remain in my old room at my parents' place, which is also used as a general store room - and with the piles of junk that are there nowadays, I can't even check what is in there, and I can't confirm if I actually own the books I think I own. I *think* I have three of the five late-00s/early-10s Marvel Cosmic omnis, but I can't really say for sure which ones outside of the original Annihilation, since I remember how hard it was to get.
Meanwhile, with each passing day, everything on that list is becoming less and less available.
>>483739
Oh hey thank you, I didn't realize the spoiler was my list! That's okay, since I didn't know, it was a surprise for me. I truly appreciate it, and I'll be just fine waiting another day or so.
>>483747
thank you, anon. i know one of my cats will easily let me do that to him, so ill have one victim for it
ill prob make alittle christmas art pic of it, since it would be cute
cheers and an early christmas
Yo, I dunno if anyone here would know me from /tnt/ (I only threw on the name a couple months ago and dipped out after the /co/ tourneys), but it's good to be back on plus4. Thanks to Black Hand for giving us this space to do our thing. It's my first year actually coming to the cheer threads, but I hope to do at least one bonus stream this month. Have a happy holiday season everyone!
and look out for me during tag-team.
>>483742
how is it time consuming? I have this site and /co/prime on different tabs. it takes me less than 1 second to switch to the other and scroll down
>>483727
>https://voca.ro/13wrRWVKE6Jv
I'm glad I stuck around these threads long enough to hear you play. Thank you for that.
>>483693
Looks fun, was just at one of those huge, suburban parking lot collection of stores (not even really an open air mall) so I hit all the ones worth it to me in the two hours I was stuck there waiting for my 'pick-up stuff' to be ready.
Dollar Tree, for those balsa wood tables, and other small 'furniture' for a buck that you can use in a dioram, a Ross for toys, and a Michael's in case they had any craft crap I could repurpose.
I picked up a cheap ($5.99) Star War's Andor droid because it looks a lot like the Superman movie robots that I figured would look more like it but my big find was the balsa 'furniture.'
Sadly, I also realize that some of the toys that look the best with these things, the 3/3.75 and 4" ones that are cheap and easy to find, don't do things like bend at the knees. So no picture of Ultraman/men beating on a kneeling Gary.
Also, I don't know what to do with all these extra female engineers? I only bought these 5 packs for $9 bucks each for the robots and Ultraman characters?
>>483735
I wouldn't say people are scared but they simply don't want the threads to be pruned. If you really think you need to try it, at least be mindful enough to use spoiler tags like another anon mentioned
>>483746
>>483752
I don't agree with the second part about sacrificing threads but as a mobile user, it does take more time to switch back and forth and keep track of things. Especially the latter is more complicated when you are trying to keep an eye on certain things like lists while people are discussing other things and storytimes are going on. In that sense, I do somewhat support the sentiment to streamline things
>>483757
I'm trying to help this out with posts like the one immediately below. I assume something is still up with Elusive, so I'm also doing what a few other people were doing last time but I only seem to be doing this besides the person updating the PB (is that you, this winter), also checking for problems and letting the droppers know here - like someone has their purchased items also showing and I can't tell if that's someone who was /r9k grinched a few years back with claims of 'purchased elsewhere' and their solution was simply to reveal the purchased.
I think it's confusing and people still wouldn't buy those for this Anon. And mentioned this and a suggestion for a fix (and other fixes here, those comments are from me, if anyone's curious).
>>483744
>3LCXR6DZ3HQ co.uk
Pastebins were updated about 2-3 hours before you dropped your WL, so you should be added at the next update, which still look to be happening about daily.
Welcome back MF, thought you were the one hosting the disney duck holiday story-time, just sans trip code.
>>483749
Just contacted the Amazon Customer service because the problem kept persisting, so I guess it's an error from their end. they told me it should be solved between 24 hours. If things go well, then you might get your gift on the Week-end. Fingers crossed anon.
Here's the INFOGRAPH about the current Cheer Streams, Skeletal >>483632 will probably update by chopping the passed dates the IMAGE file so I'll also post these here going forward, if he doesn't himself.
NEXT STREAM is this FRIDAY 12/5 - which I'll be joining, at least for A Venture Christmas, and either with Hot Cocoa and Bailey's, Egg Nog and Whiskey or maybe just some seasonal craft beer.
>>483758
Definitely, I'm sure I'm the only mobile user in these threads
>>483759
I feel like there's at least three people updating the list but yeah, I try to do my best given the above-mentioned difficulty with my phone. Also nice of you to point out some of the lists because especially addresses not showing has been a thing in past years. As for the purchased elsewhere anon, it just looks like a regular list where someone bought their own stuff. I've seen a couple of those lists in past years. Grinching usually includes all items, at least if my memory is accurate
>>483745
cant change what happened, can only spread christmas cheer, and try to bring amends in my own way, anon
>>483762
>only mobile user
Not true. I've been phone posting (like right now!) from a cheap-ass MotoG 2024 model, running the DuckDuckGo browser (which I think is built off Mozilla's open source code and only plays with a mirrors some chrome shit.
No idea how Chrome would work but I have had three or more tabs open, including this and 4chan, but I do also agree it's not as easy as my laptop
>>483758
Again, why be superior?
What does that accomplish?

>>483665
>NON-USA ANON(s) WHO WISHES TO APPLY
Saw post at 4chan - sorry.
Pretty simply: add some Amazon gift cards to your wish list.
Last I remember, non .de (or .uk, etc. etc.) can purchase things like GCs from a .com address. We could easily test it if you add one to your WL, and respond again, and if not, I'll try to sort out something else.
At least a $10 to no more than $25 gc on your wish list and, ideally, do several varieties, if possible (e.g. $10, $15, $20, etc. etc.). Haven't bought a GC off Crapazom in forever so don't exactly remember.
>>483766
I must be too dumb for this because I have never seen the list option for gift cards. Apparently, only physical works. Tried different varieties after putting a 10€ gift card into my list but oddly enough, nothing other than 10€ is added. That's absolutely fine though
I assume you can also see it now? Added both 10€ and 15€ versions but in my account, I only see two 10€ cards.
1H0UA0MRH0GR1 .de
>>483768
My point wasn't necessarily on both /co/s having to stay open, it was rather about keeping up with the lists and conversations in two separate threads
>>483761
Very kind of you to repost this here, I should've thought to do that. For convenience sake, I wanna ask the anons to keep their suggestions in the 4chan thread as opposed to this one.

Screw the Burgermeister for bothering the holiday threads.
>>483699
Just seeing your message now. I'm definitely happy the joke struck the nerve it was supposed to and it would be perfect if some Bezolandian saw the message and made extra sure for the package to arrive on Tuesday lol
To be honest, I'm also surprised it arrived this quickly because typically, no matter whether Prime or not, Amazon packages have been arriving later rather than sooner for the past year
>>483764
>Again, why be superior?
Mobiles are inferior devices for doing any task designed for devices with mouse+keyboard controls and large monitors. A reply window alone barely fits on a mobile without covering up most of the screen.
If you are willingly choosing to use a device with inferior user control and features, then the very least you could do is to not bitch about having inferior controls and features. Otherwise you'll deserve being laughed at.
>>483767
>1H0UA0MRH0GR1
It did not let me buy the physical cards. In fact, it said they were not in stock (or available from a seller, not sure if it meant the international purchase option wasn't an option). So you can take those off, if you want, or leave if - as you wish!
However, looking at your particular wish list, it looks like I could get you that MegaMan toy directly from Jada's online shop in .de, and while I didn't test it, it would deliver for free to an 'address in .de' and IIRC, you technically shop from .de but are actually in one of the Serbian countries or elsewhere? Here's the link:
https://shop.jadatoys.de/jada_en/categories/play-action-figures/mega-man/mega-man-6-figure-253251022-en.html
The other option for every other international anon would still be an egift card but for something international like VISA or EBAY that doesn't force the account creation Bezolandia does. Because that's a non-starter.
The link to the egift cards at .de is here:
https://www.amazon.de/-/en/Amazon-eGift-Card-Logo-Animated/dp/B07Q1JNC7R?th=1
But it would force me to create a .de account and I'm pretty sure I don't want to do that.
>>483747
>I'm on the ungifted but since we are on thread 2 at 4chinz Prime, I'll do a technical threadly list drop:
Good, I was gonna suggest doing that but I wasn't up when the new thread was made.
>>483727
Oh hey man I gifted you that Pepe plush last year nice to see you this year
>>483776
I actually added those three because I was in contact with Amazon support. They transferred the topic to Tech and now I sent multiple screenshots to them
>that doesn't force the account creation Bezolandia does
>But it would force me to create a .de account and I'm pretty sure I don't want to do that.
But if you have any type of Amazon account, you can easily log in with your existing data. I have been doing that for years. I can even log in at amazon.fr and amazon.jp that way. Does it not work for you?
>>483777
We have a lot of ungifted so far and since we are asking people to come here for list drops and to gift, it seems only fair to allow UNGIFTED anons to repost their wish list IF THEY WANT - and they can spoiler, for those who want, or say it's a repost, etc., as they are comfortable doing, but it seems fair.
I'll also try to remember to post we are on the next thread if someone >>483743 else doesn't beat me to it.
>>483771
No worries - happy to help, I'll let you post any updated graphic's when you do those, and only cross-post if you haven't gotten to it in a day or two. There are a few people here who are currently IP or range banned from posting on 4chan, so if anyone drops suggestions, I'll try to remember to cross-post them for you so you can ignore if it happens and you see them.
Happy to join you guys Friday, I usually join Sheol's streams since that the crowd I know well, and the one time I went to one of yours, it moved quickly and I felt lost. I assume a lot of bourbon or craft beer will solve that for me or let me just relax and let it wash over as Rusty's imaginarium fills the screen.

Welcome back as well, from years past. List looks good, I assume your address in the great state of Saban is the correct one. As we've been hammering so sorry if you already know this, but the good people at Bezolandia designed their brilliant coding so that even if you update your account settings, you still have to manually fix your address on a wish list to your current one, if you have moved in any time (which in modern-times, is MANY folks).

Welcome back. List looks good, I assume your Wish List is current - we've learned over the years that Bezolandia doesn't automatically update the address on your Wish List when you change your account settings due to moves.
You'll be added to the pastebin on the next update, hopefully later today. It's incorrectly reading some 3 hours into the future as the update time stamp, but those are manually inputted so I assume it was actually 3AM, not 3 PM today.

Your list looks good, with an address from a state where a certain president's library is being built off Lake Michigan. I see there were some address issues with your wish list, at least some of your items in the past, but I was able to test adding/gifting two of your items and they would have gone through so as long as your address is correct on your wish list, you are good to go.
Thank you for participating while also dropping. Pastebins are now updated UP TO YOUR list, since your drop was shortly afterwards. Hopefully, the pastebin will be updated at least one more time today.

Pastebins were updated for a second time today, so you will be added at the next update, hopefully it will be more frequent as well, your list looks good, I was able to add multiple items and all could be purchased for you - so assuming you are in suburb adjacent to Lake St. Clair, you are all set. If that's not your address, please manually adjust it.
While it seems counterintuitive, Amazon does NOT update the address on your wish list even if you correct/update your account.

What did everyone watch tonight? I watched Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. IIRC, War of the Planet of the Apes takes place in the winter, so that might officially kick off the wintery/christmas movies for my wife and I
>>483799
It's not going to happen because there are folks, if they show up this year, like Boco or BritComrade, who will, sincerely, just pick one or more ungifted anons just to help clean the list, which is also an old timer tradition.
But there are also people who will see some lists are virgins who are new to cheer, or made as a secondary list to drop.
There's also the tell-tale evidence of no or little books or cartoons.
What can you do?
>>483798
I've been sleeping but I caught up on some monologues and I've been catching up on last season's of Stranger Things, so nothing Holiday Related.
I have to go shopping tomorrow and hope to be back for the /co cheer Stream of A Very Venture Christmas. My bourbon has been chilling.
>>483802
Cheer virgins were never a problem when everyone is welcomed in the threads. It is the greedy people from /r9k/ just coming for list dropping and cannot even write anything other than 'dropping mah list' who should never be gifted.
Anon who sent a gift to 1B9WSR981AM5R here, after one more argument with Amazon, I think it should be solved by now, had to cancel the order and do it again, as you'll notice by the note written now compared to the original note. It should arrive on Monday if Amazon doesn't screw us both again. Keep an eye out in the meantime!

Unfortunately, since the kicking off movie is A Very Venture Christmas, I probably won't make this after all, as the rest of the agenda doesn't interest me and, six ours from now - that's the late afternoon on the best coast.
While I'm not hitting the suburbs today, I am stuck on public transit for most of the afternoon, after I get dropped off to chase down more cheap droid robots at the discount toy store!. To be fair, this is the far west side, so it will all be very comfortable, heated or air conditioned, and working buses. But it will just be time consuming, especially digging through remaindered discount stores, since I have other gifts to buy as well.
Cheers everyone.

Thanks for keeping up the effort and keeping folks informed.
This has been a problem in the past, and if this continues to be an issue, you can cancel the gift completely to make sure you are refunded, and then select someone else from the UNGIFTED and gift them, and we'll simply get this anon back on the UNGIFTED and they should hopefully get cleared before the holiday. Just reply to let us know if this needs to happen.
Last year was the first year that we didn't clear most everyone (including "coal" for some deserving few), and that had a lot to do with the shit show of pruned threads and deleted WLs and bans. Hopefully, we be back to hitting 100% clearance again, or close to it, this year.
>>483814
Amazon is already giving me a partial refund because of this entire clusterfuck. Not just for this gift, but for other gifts I made to other friends (Not related to these threads), so I'm getting some money back and they will still get their gifts.
I just hope any other potential gifts that I'll make won't get caught up in this mess, because the later they keep me delayed, the harder it will be for them to arrive before Christmas.
I don't like to leave something unfinished.

Pastebin are currently up to date.
We are at 11 gifted and 20 ungifted, for the curious.
Which is a bit unusual but not especially so.
Some people who used to gift multiple people are not around or haven't "shown up" in their previously identifiable ways and the shit show from last winter probably also has something to do with it.
Plus4chan apparently doesn't do timezones like 4chan does, and it's messing with me. So for reference, I'm posting this at 10AM GMT/Zulu Time.
Anyway, what's the image limit on this board? With how slow it is, I'm sure we'll be doing all the posting in this thread until January, and even if we hit "auto-sage" it probably won't leave Page 1 by the end, but what happens when we can't post pics of the gifts received anymore? I wouldn't want to impose on our gracious host by making *another* thread that'll be up for the next decade.
So I'd suggest keeping random picture posting to a minimum, if possible.

>random picture posting
The companion thread last year went past January with some anons coming by as late as February to post their gifts. No idea if the anons who gifted them even realized that or saw.
The Companion thread last year also started late, because it only started after the shit show with the mods at 4chan, and the bans, post deletions, thread pruning, etc. Moving here was necessary, especially since the thread pruning removes the thread from the archive as well, so the only replica is desu archive and it's down half the time. But even last year, not everyone wanted to come here or to work with the organizers.
>image limit on this board
I don't know because I don't think anything ever hits that - and, so far, our "host," who is aware of this thread and has popped in, hasn't suggested that there is one, only implied that there hasn't been the need to have some 4chan features like post or image limits, because threads move slowly, even when there is a huge infux of people (as with the April hack). And there's no need to bump stuff off the catalog - it seems to happen on it's own organically.
The 2024 Companion thread had 250+ posts and 62 images.
We are ALREADY OVER both of those.
That thread only technically existed from 12/15 to a few days after NYE.
A recent Transformer, thread from earlier this year is almost all images: 126 so far, with less than 150 posts.
So I believe we're okay and, as the site developer is aware and has been popping in, he could let us know what the site needs us to do.
There's no reason why we can't have a thread #2 HERE.
We can cap this either on a certain DATE, or when we hit 300 posts or when we hit 100 images, or any other thing people want to decide to do. I'm fully fine with whatever folks want and helping make it happen.
Even if it's an artificial cap - not one enforced by 4chanplus - there's no reason not to start a second thread.
The thread(s) will fall off page 1 - the 2024 thread was buried until one anon made one post in April. The only reason it's near now is become some November posting was necessary to ask what was the plan or what was going on.
>it's messing with me
I am someone sometimes phone posting, so will make reference to 'dinner' or getting coffee, etc. Or coming home and needing a drink. I do think a few people make those kinds of comments but it's not been hugely actively to get a good sense.
As for your questions, I'm on the west coast of 'merika and it's 5:20 in the AM, and it's also 3 hours from your 10 AM GMT post. You should be able to look at my other posts and get an idea of where others are; I know because I know some of them from previous cheer threads, that we've had 2-3 international (EU) anons commenting, and at least 5-7 in the mainland USA, and one Canadian (although there are a handful). And this is without the anon's who are identifying themselves from having to list that there's Amazon is .de, or .uk, or .ca, etc.
I'm also posting on 4chan right this second and it's giving me the local time, and nothing about time zones. So not 100% how this relates or matters?
>>483834
>Come sit on SANTAS LAP it's Christmas!
Pictures or it didn't happen!
>>483836
>I'm also posting on 4chan right this second and it's giving me the local time, and nothing about time zones
Local time is based on whatever time zone you're in, duh.
It's about not having to wonder how long ago a certain post was made, like your last update on pastebin updates (>>483827): I last checked the thread way past midnight, so seeing a post I don't remember seeing that was supposedly made at 9:22PM threw me for a loop before I remembered that this site doesn't display local time as default. Especially since knowing how long it has been since the update and therefore how much could have possibly changed will help when picking a list for my weekly weekend gifting.
Making a post with largely agreed "base" time helped me orient myself and figure out the plus4chan "local" time as GMT-8 or Pacific Standard.
Of course, that was before I noticed you can hover over the time (or tap it when on your phone) to see your own local time.
As for thread/image limit: consider that some threads that haven't been bumped since last December are still sitting on the bottom of page 17 - which is only due to the unusual influx of posters in April. So if we discount those basically *ten whole pages* worth of threads made during that one week in April, it's reasonable to assume that by the time we make a companion thread for 2026 /cheer/ (though hopefully we won't have to), this thread we are currently in, as well as any others we make this year, will still probably hang around page 7 by then.
I just don't think it's necessary to create multiple threads on here if one will do, even if there's no hard limit on the number of active threads, so if we're posting pics of gifts here (and assumedly proof of purchase if and when Riddler does his thing again this year), it would be wise to keep in mind whatever the image limit might be (bump limit seems to be 300, so possibly 150?) and that photos of presents take priority.
>>483828
I know we're still not even a week into December but the main thread is missing so many regulars, contributions, shticks, and even just names. I'm grateful it's still up and running and that the storytimes, streams, and media links keep on coming, but it's hard not to dwell on the lingering damages from that completely unnecessary totalitarian tantrum. Maybe that isn't solely to blame, though. It's really started to feel like 4chan's days are numbered over the past few years. All we can do is keep the fire lit until the last man goes.
These threads have really come to define Christmas for me. They played a key role in preventing me from associating the season with an untimely tragedy, and also from simply letting the most wonderful time of the year pass me by like the rest of it tends to. It helps that they're also the last vestige of the /co/ I enjoyed so much for a few short years, and by extendion, a precious remnant of the older Internet I cherished as a haven. The writing was already on the wall as things slowed down a little more each year, but there was a bit more in the tank before it was punctured. This is what a stolen Christmas looks like. It's still Christmas, though. We're still here. I think we will have cheer in some form for as long as the servers are running, even if it's down to a handful by the end.
>>483841
>since the update
The time stamp on when the UNGIFTED pastebin is actually at the bottom of said PB. This is manually done, so there's sometimes a mistake as I noted once, and they fixed it later the same day. So my remarks are more to help draw attention that, for example:
>>483833
2UPLD2IOQVKXD
Isn't currently on the ALL and therefore missing from UNGIFTED. The group that OPs and HOSTs cheer is still the one updating the pastebins. They are coming here to get the information and all I try to do is make it easier to find by also collecting it.
As for Riddler, who knows if he's coming back. We'll have clarity in a few days since he typically popped in by the 9th or 10th for his birthday, but then again he also typically ran a puzzle by now and he did none last year. And that predated the thread pruning. The other puzzler also popped in but did no puzzles or did one no one solved, I don't participate so can't recall and can't be fussed to research it given the mess the threads were and the desu archive sill dying every 2nd to third search attempt, if not completely.
Several of the other usual contest runners also didn't activate last year
>>483842
You'll be surprised what alittle time away from a nice thing does to people anon, this year may be slow yeah, but who knows? next year the familiar names might appear bit by bit as they think about it. This is the first year after that big tantrum, so it's still fresh on peoples mind, let the season come and if people dont come back? well you had nice times with them anyway and you wont forget it, Just be here and enjoy yourself now, since if you let it get to you that its not the same then you too will drift away from wanting to celebrate it, plus theres gonna be new people coming in and out, thats just life and Christmas for you
Hey everyone, I’m so happy to be here again. I forgot we used this forum here until I saw the comment in the OP message. Is everyone enjoying a lovely St. Nicholas Day?

I think several of us, enough of us, are invested, and for some of the things, like story-times and the streams, the interest is there but it's fluctuates. It doesn't always turn into gift giving, for example, but that also wasn't the point. And being the most popular or most active thread on the catalogue also wasn't the point. I think we're okay and for now, will continue.

Welcome back and I assume the previous issues with your older book list was all cleared up and there's now only the one merged?
Pastebins still haven't been updated, but they rarely are this early in the AM. So don't worry about it - you should be added, likely in the next two - four hours, I would suspect.
>>483849
The classic rules were if you are gifted, you may post your list again in the thread if you are doing something (e.g. story-timing, entering a contest, etc., but also to spoiler it accordingly (I guess spoilering not so much for a contest or puzzle - but honestly doubt we'll get any puzzles this winter). Just dropping your list when you had been gifted was frowned upon but people relied on anon's good nature.
What we have instituted here, since we are a rolling thread and likely won't get into a thread two, is IF you are still on the ungifted list and want to drop your list again, you may do so ONCE the main cheer thread has commenced a NEW thread.
That will likely happen in the next few hours, barring some cloudflare or other similar jump scare.
>>483851
>CEEBPTWSN7LB
It looks like you're a virgin.
I assumed you paid attention and READ the entire PASTEBIN as it says above and it says in the pastebin on the main /co cheer thread at 4chan.
But you're missing an address bud. You need to fix it, the pastebin walks you through this. READ ALL OF IT and if you still have questions, THEN come back.
>>483851
>fine with used
ALSO, on your wish list, most /co people will assume 'fine with used' means books. Two of your three books currently have used options, and you might want to go to the ADD A NOTE section at the bottom of each book and add something (I typically put: "USED/LIKE NEW perfectly okay as long as no damage" or whatever you are comfortable with.
If you meant, for the toys that make up the bulk of your WL, that you are also good with toys like, for example, those that Amazon has started listing from "Amazon Resale" as "Looks and functions as if it were new. Item will come in original packaging." or Looks and functions as if it were new. Item will come loose, not in original packaging." etc., you might want to clarify that.
Again, clarify in your notes and for the particular type of toy it might apply to. For example, I have that put on ALL of my LEGO sets, that as long as they are "complete, with all the pieces," I don't care about the box or instructions.
If you want all new toys, in factory packages, do nothing.
Cheers.

If the item supposed to go to Texas, then yes, you are good to go.
One other thing you can do - again, only if you care, is prioritize amongst the books and/or toys.
Same way you added the notes, you can list LOW, HIGH, etc.
Some anons pick a gift from the least expensive, some things they themselves like, or would recommend (something I do often with graphic novels), and some will pick based on what the anon prioritizes. No guarantees.
Okay, finally retouched my lists for the Christmas season, compartmentalized as always, full of both reasonably-priced and ridiculously expensive stuff as always (also half of it unavailable), and linking straight to the Discworld list because that's what people will gravitate to as always:
1MEU8AJ5GXJCB (.co.uk)
TONIGHT ON A NOT SO SPOOKY CHRISTMAS STREAM
Christmas brings calm and happy times to many. To others, it brings nonstop action, like the kinds we’ll see in tonight’s stream! First, a holiday cheese theft forces superheroine Word Girl into action, and then, Prep and Landing agents Lanny and Wayne return to stop a hacker from destroying the naughty and nice lists.
Our first movie isn’t anything new, but it’s one of my favorite, favorite, FAVORITE movies to watch, both for Christmas, and with my friends, and so I find any excuse to stream it. You know the story, a skyscraper held hostage on Christmas Eve by petty and elaborate bandits, and only one man, a cop on vacation for his family, can stop it. The original, immortal, DIE HARD.
Next, and perhaps this is an even bigger technicality, but who cares, I wanna watch it. Two detectives, one with the experience, and one with the edge, are forced to spend the holidays working together to investigate an increasingly dangerous case in the classic LETHAL WEAPON.
To begin the late show, the legends have proven themselves to be true…RoboCop saves Christmas. Then, a trip into the Twilight Zone leads us to meet a group of very different people trapped in a strange imprisonment together…
Lastly, to wind down for the night, allow me to more properly introduce REAL CHEERY pictures. In Spooktober, we saved the scariest or strangest movies of ours for midnight showings. This season, we’re doing the same thing, but for some of the oldest cinema classics of Christmas, including tonight’s musical event, WHITE CHRISTMAS!

As said above, if you are UNGIFTED, you are welcome but also don't need to repost your WL so folks are aware of who remains ungifted because some folks aren't looking at the pastebins, we know this from past years.
Please DO make sure you didn't simply miss your list being mentioned; yes it can be a chore to skim the threads without the archive to make searching easier, but you can bet that some anon will mention it if you don't catch it.
Please also consider contributing something on the main 4chan prime cheer thread, even if it's a holiday pin-up - if you don't want to deal with recaptcha story timing, or just a soundcloud drop of links to holiday sounds (which people can listen to while they browse the cheer thread), or You Tube clips of holiday cartoons, songs, etc. if you are re-posting your WL here.

I slept through most of this but I reposted your daily graphic tonight at the /toy/Secret Santa, I know someone claimed to have casted the stream and turned it on last night for their household, so who knows how many /toy anons, if any, might show.
I gave 'em the schedule for tomorrow and the next weekend, too, and the main graphic is up there, etc.

Unfortunately this happened, in the first two days of /cheer threads being up
>>483632
>2GPDVDLXZI2GT has been gifted!
>>483675
>2GPDVDLXZI2GT
Just to be clear, unfortunate only in that some anon's cannot gift more than once but since threads can move quickly (even in the old days, when everything happened on 4chan prime, this exact same thing happened), when gifting people.
EVERYONE:
One good way to avoid something like this is when you find the wish list you are thinking of gifting, to QUOTE THAT when you say XXXXX has been gifted, like in this example, where the anon was asking a question, versus gifting, but it still works the same way: >>483674
>>483872
>pokemon DVD
She thought popeye was pokemon?
Guessing a film might be from Skelly but likely he'll claim it when he sees the photo. Hopefully, if there wa a note, or even a gift bag, he'll mention that. Most old timers do the gift notes so there probably was one. I think I have gifted SS but never been gifted by him so don't know for certain in his case.
Your other gift comes from an old timer who tends to get and receive graphic novels; I'm not going to open your WL again and take a look, but suspect that. Since they were ordered the same day, surprised they didn't arrive together?
Not sure this particular anon will pop in again, but do post your thanks when it arrives. I know I gifted him a few years back and had posted that his gift was delivered and that year he ever popped back in (not in any identifiable way) until the following year.
It was one of those annoying situations where the Amazon driver allegedly just LEFT the gift and didn't even put 'near the door' or anything and DID NOT provide photographic proof of delivery. And that's been a problem because we have reliable proof that some gifts got this treatment and were necessarily stolen by the drivers but just not actually left when the door bell didn't get answered, or it was a security building and they couldn't get past that. Because they are crunched for time, it's actually happened more than once.
It happened to me once where the driver literally said left at front door, I was actually outside within minutes of that notification and could see the blue Amazon van driving away but no package. People get refunded but it's still a hassle all the way around.
Cheers!
>>483873
Not the same type of tablet but i understand the frustration with those sites. Why i just stick to my DVDs and BDs these days.

Welcome back. Pastebin's might not get updated until tomorrow.
I actually grabbed your WL last year during the Nygma extravaganza but didn't actually get a match gift (at least not yet) due to all the thread pruning and other EFs up with the mods at 4chan prime last winter. Forget what I gifted you, but looking at your list, presumably a book, assumed it arrived okay? I don't see that you posted back?
I assume the address from the great state that often produced American Presidents remains a good one? Or that you're old timer enough to know to manually fix the wish list address if you move, even if you updated the Amazon account information in your settings?
>>483873
>Since you are a returning anon, I assume you know the drill about checking your Wish List address to make sure it's also update, if you have moved at all since the list was originally created?
I'm the first one who found out that was a problem the hard way, actually. Back in '22.
>>483881
No, it happened before that. It happened in 2019 or 2020, before lockdown, at least once and it happened around or right after the last lockdown's stopped. I'm too tired to double-check.
I gifted someone an aluminum baseball bat that was "signed for" in "mail room" and the anon pops in and goes, "I have no mail room, I live in a duplex or something along those line. And then I ordered a copy of Robot Chicken DVD from what turned out to be a marketplace seller - a Goodwill; I was able to get them to agree to allow the gift recipient address be changed since they had not shipped it out yet.
So unless you're Robot Chicken dude, because Baseball woman was SOL. And if you are RC, I remember it as 2020, or at least 2021 at the latest, because lockdown was still going on in California for some of that year.
I got a refunded, gifted someone else because she never fixed her address (that winter at least), so she went back on the UNGIFTED but with the 'asterisk' needs to fix address.
>>483874
>She thought popeye was pokemon?
kek she probably just saw PO, knew i had been playing the latest pokemon game, and just assumed.
youd think the sailor on the cover would make you question that assumption
>Unfortunately this happened, in the first two days of /cheer threads being up
> (even in the old days, when everything happened on 4chan prime, this exact same thing happened), when gifting people.
Yeah in the past there were a couple years when multiple anons would gift me because the list wasnt updated yet and they didnt check the threads. but i always end up gifting 4-5 anons a year to keep good karma
>>483883

I am running around all afternoon and will try to phone post but it feels really quiet here and there at the moment. Pastebins still haven't been updated since the last list, here: >>483877
Please help out if any lists are dropped today if Igi (or SCL or anyone else from the main 4chan prime /co cheer thread pops in about updating the pastebins. It probably won't happen till another 3-4 hours or so.
Also, STREAM TODAY, about 5/6 PM EST.
>>483889
Excellent.
If your address is corect, you are golden. You were added to the UNGIFTED list I think Friday? And there are several people there also from .de and from the .uk or .EU and I suspect you guys will all end up being the ones to gift one-another, especially since some of the people who crossed-foreign Amazon's, like BritComrade and Elusive, and a few others - haven't shown - at least not yet.

STAY WARM PEOPLES!

Looking forward to getting whatever it is.
Sorry for the delayed reply, was used to the highlight my plugin on the other site gave to a response, so accidentally skimmed right past it.

Anon who has been trying to gift the Anon with the list above here. For the third time Amazon has been giving me the same bullshit, and so, I found a little trick. Amazon Gift cards (bought elsewhere) work just fine, so I went and bought a gift card and just used that one to pay Amazon, and it seem like it's working fine! So you should expect your gift on Tuesday. I'm sorry to jerk you around, but blame Baldy McCantfigureouthowmyowndamnsiteworks for these delays
>>483879
Did you see my message about my trashed gift for my assignment? I'm spending part of my afternoon trying to figure out how to find a 12x12, at least two deep, for another of his presents, a
CVS had something but I bet when I got home, it won't work.
Model kit Anons, amirite?

That's me, thank you again for all the effort in doing this! And of course, no worries, I only place blame on Bezos for making this so hard on you and I'm sure the many, many others who are also having issues like this.
TONIGHT ON A NOT SO SPOOKY CHRISTMAS STREAM
After such a lengthy stream last night, it’s time to wind down with something easier, but no less joyful and amusing. First, from the Claymation works of Will Vinton, a simple, but beautiful Christmas shared between a boy and an elderly woman. Then, Jake Long, desperate to avoid his family’s “lame” traditions, spends the holidays trying to rescue a baby sasquatch.
Our sole movie tonight involves a botched heist on Christmas Eve, in which a master thief is forced to take two hostages in order to make his getaway. Of course, he had to pick the two biggest pains in the ass in town, a bickering couple who are soon to be joined by their even more horrid relatives. If this crook has any chance of getting a clean escape, he has no choice but to take up the role of THE REF.
In the late show, we start with a forgotten Christmas special that is, quite ironically, about a Christmas that a group of puppet pals are slowly being forced to forget. Then, we conclude with the newest installment of Prep and Landing, in which Lanny and Wayne what may be their biggest blunders yet.

Present came! Thanks for the Futurama tinted Xmas.
I'm looking forward go through the Futurama art book, and the short message was quite nice.
And a short not that amusing but still funny story. Various things were being delivered today and came all at once. When I was opening them up and putting them aside it didn't even occur to me something extra was there at first, so even opened it and was a bit shocked.
>>483655
>>483824
Amazon is supposed to deliver today, but no updates. What the fuck are they doing wrong? I don't want to cancel the order because it'll probably get the item removed from your wishlist by mistake, plus I want you to have your damn gift. Did some asshole shove it up his ass or something?
>>483905
probably just an amazon problem, the warehouses get slammed the week of cyber monday
i ordered a heating pad for my cat a week ago. was supposed to get delivered thursday, and has been repeatedly delayed since then
>>483905
Delayed again til tomorrow. Sorry, anon, you don't deserve to wait so much.
>>483907
That's really not unusual and we're still early days.
While it's nice that some presents have been posted and gifts are arriving, we just about to start the second week of December.
My toy motorcycle from Target arrived late and the driver left it outside my security gate before 2PM and it still was there when I finally got home about 7.
But MAXIMUM EFFORT for keeping the anon informed.
>>483727
And to keep you informed, your furry problem seems to still be in ORDERED, with no tracking info or SHIPPED status change. I wonder if this is one of those Etsy persons who makes these to order?
It still says arriving NEXT WEEK 12/15-17. If you want me to cancel it and pick a different item from your WL, happy to do so. Just let me know
>>483886
Don't call your girlfriend retarded, anon. You should want your partner to be happy about herself and not talk down on her
>>483890
Will try to update the lists throughout the day. Unfortunately, it's easier to post a few messages than specifically look for lists along with updating the pastebins
>you guys will all end up being the ones to gift one-another
Just a reminder that anyone can simply log into foreign Amazons and activate a free one-month Prime trial to get free shipping. That's what I do every year for US and UK Amazon. What's odd though is that it works every year for me. I always thought trial memberships were a one-time thing only
>>483896
Love the cover, even if it looks like the two are about to kiss lol
>>483905
>>483907
Gotta be patient sometimes, unfortunately. I gifted an anon two years ago and only received the notification about the delivery two days after the fact. Never had that before nor after. Usually, it's a general delay due to the Christmas season
>>483910
I was not allowed to make a free Amazon account. I went ahead and decided to pay for one month. I think I started my free trial late last December and let it go to late into January?
It did not let me open a free trial in .de, btw.
Are you entering the contest?
Also should we make a second companion thread at one point after pastebins are updated? Apparently, we don't sage over here. But the thread is getting long to skim through. But then again, there's no archive to be able to check back with.
The E-Stravaganza, if it happens, will be a pain.
>>483912
I honestly don't know how to check on amazon.de whether it's possible because I already had a proper Prime account in the past but I vaguely remember one of the other anons mentioning it was possible for amazon.fr and amazon.de last year
I didn't plan to enter but now I started something and despite my usually being positive on this type of stuff, I have slight doubts in my skills. Fingers crossed! Are you?
As for the companion thread, I think we're fine if there's no sage going on but I do agree with you that the thread is pretty long. Maybe we should wait till 400-450?
>>483914
IF you enter AND win, you'll totally get something something, baby boy.
You know I can make it happen.
And 44 alternate universe wolverine's, even if they are lead by the Cavillrine himself, could keep moi from rewarding you.
>>483921
Ah, I see. Didn't understand the previous was also an entry!
No problemo.
Please post you WL by spoiling it (just like at Mongolian Basketweaving Prime and Pleasure Palace) and also note it's a Contest Entry WL drop.
Pretty please.

>>483929
ah, i see. yeah im like half that movie's age and never watched it, for sure before my times
So we likely will start a thread #2.
Possibly as early as tomorrow.
While threads here don't fall off the board, it's getting unwieldy for the folks managing the gift portion of /co cheer to have to skim so many posts.
>>483933
Your welcome anon Merry Christmas
>>483942
Reminder that this is official.
There's a chance the jobcentre might sanction me for something completely beyond my control, so I might have to wait a bit before buying stuff for people
>>483932
Why? You can copy the last code from the list and put it into the search function and start from there. A new thread is unnecessary.
Good morning, happy second week of December!
This is 2RMMWNL22JFRN, wanting to wish the following /co/mrades a merry cheer:

As of 8:50am, I am officially divorced , and so relieved. My attorney and I are going to try and see the new Kill Bill in theatres together this week if we can find a showing, it was cool getting to bond with someone over film the way we did. I saw Wake Up Dead Man in theatres last week and cannot believe how good that series has gotten! Anybody else see any great films, new or old, recently?
>>483916
How long will the contest keep on running? Unfortunately, I haven't had the time to commit to the contest these past two days because work has been crazy. Trying to dedicate some time tonight though

Whole Bloody Affair? If so, I'm maximum jelly. Would love to see it, hope they release it here in Europe as well since 1 is one of my favourite action movies and I was too young to see it in the theater when it appeared
Pastebins updated once more btw
>>483955
The Whole Bloody Afair (KB 1 & 2 back to back) have been announced for this month, at least in the US
>>483956
Well then it's not really "new", is it? It's been around for almost as long as the two separate parts.
And here I was scared that Quentin said "fuck it" and chose the easy way out, making his "10th and final" movie based on the idea for vol. 3 that has been floating around.
I have extremely good news, my gift for 2GPDVDLXZI2GT is finally out for delivery today!
>>483952
>I didn't include the tissues, you're on your own.
Pic related, I am concerned
>>483952
Wake Up Dead Man was a lot better than the second film. I kinda regret paying to see the second movie because the seats weren't cheap ($22 per) and two of the people didn't show and they wouldn't refund us even though we were there the night off.
WUDM I saw in my neighborhood, at a nice rep theater on a Tuesday and it was only $7. Totally worth it.
>>483950
That totally sucks.
Are there agencies or groups that help with those appeals?
>>483954
>Would love to see it, hope they release it here in Europe
I don't see why they won't. Tarrantino controls the rights, all he has to do is agree to book it.

I think it will likely finally show about the 11th and still deliver between the 15th and 17th?
Again, happy to cancel this and order something else.
But I'm guessing the lack of response means you are busy elsewhere or are happy to wait?
>>483954
>we can easily wait
I am fine with waiting. I am out all day today again, leaving in about an hour, especially because we might go see a movie this afternoon. I am not fucking alert at all, but I will try to drink some coffee once I land for my appointments.
Everything I am doing today just involves going to pick things up, like my new pair of glasses. So I'll have plenty of time to pay attention to things.

That's part of the fun and neat thing about /co cheer over the years, seeing other people's taste and being reminded of things you liked, and also being able to introduce people to things that are neat, even if they obviously are interested or even know and like it, since it's on their wish list.
>>483952
I don't have the strength to see it in theaters but I will buy it when it releases. I watched 64 flicks from Sept thru Nov, so I'm a bit drained and haven't watched anything this month except Bad Guys 2, which was fun.
Some highlights were Von Ryan's Express, The Quick And The Dead, Basket Case, Event Horizon, It Came From Beneath The Sea and Demolition Man. Most of the 64 flicks I have seen before but I focused on watching copies i haven't seen yet. My to watch boxes have gotten out of control.
And mazel tov on being free.
Did someone buy something from my wishlist? If so can you let me know if it's showing as delivered? I think I may not have updated my address on my wishlist.

It looks like both of you suffered from a problem we have had happened in the past, where some idiot goes through your list and empties it by claiming it has all been purchased elsewhere.
Easiest fix is as follows:
While logged-in, go to each item, and when you click on it, you'll see a message/warning - something like "Not showing you quantities because someone might have purchased this for you,"
Click 'show me anyways' - it will show a "1" under "HAS" - just change that manually back to "0" -
Once it is back to ZERO and NEEDS is still at "1," you should be okay. Log off Amazon but go to your wish list page (the way we tell you in the pastebins), and you can confirm it is populated again.
And maybe keep a eye on it every day or so at least once for a quick check. What you are always looking for is that HAS is set to ZERO.
