All that time spent watching Rise of the TMNT (a not very good, in fact sometimes annoying and mind-scarring show - soooo many disgusting Splinter scenes seared into my brain), finally paid off. https://kimcartoon.to/Cartoon/Rise-of-the-Teenage-Mutant-Ninja-Turtles/Episode-23A-Turtledega-Nights-The-Ballad-of-Rat-Man?id=94291
>>421742 Rabbit ears a human does not into anthro make... Oddly familiar art style. Not sure what from. BBTSN? Last I checked BBTS meant Big Bad Toy Store... :P >>421744 I will watch it anyway for the fox girl... Plus John Cleese. Has been ages since I have seen him in anything, and he seems to enjoy playing this wacky british walrus villains.
I thought this show was bad but I heard it's from the guys who made Turbo: The Series. Then I saw it and I was okay with high paced action versus the slower approach of other series'.
Crazy that Jennika got fanart sooner than this character.
Cinema Snob was not exulted by Artic Dogs. Arctic Dogs - Midnight Screenings Review Says even Norm of the North was more enjoyable as it was so bad it was good - this was just boring. Main character is an annoying egoist, girl fox is a carbon copy or Ratchet from Rescue Rangers, no voice actor really tries at all (even John Cleese), and the plot makes no sense as to why they would still have the mail service in a universe of telephones and futuristic tech they have at their fingertips. They also have their knockoff of a knockoff as the puffins are basically what the lemmings were in Norm of the North (aka knockoffs of Minions).
>>421752 According to Brad and friend they felt like Cleese like... passed away mid-performance and then did the rest on autopilot, or his corpse was still making noises... LOL Oh and the main character is incredibly unlikable apparently, yet ends up with the girl of course (despite the pairing being really mismatched, she has like 20 PhDs and yet she moves back to the Arctic for the guy who behaves like an asshole for the whole movie. Apparently there is one underwear scene with the male fox though, which even Brad mentions "this will make some people excited for sure who are into that" :D
>>421758 Who's Jennika? Also this episode was just out this week.

>>421800 So did Saberspark, but he saw it. Quick Vid: Arctic Dogs (Review) I reserve my judgement until I seen it, but both him and Snob hating it are not good signs.

>>421791 Why? Say what you will about his constant references of getting high and doing drugs (I don't care for that) he is really the most knowledgeable about actors, directors, movie history from the (ex)Channel Awesome crowd. Also he seems to be a pretty nice guy overall.

>>421815 I relate to Swifty completely. Used to feel like him. >no one notices >no one cares >will never amount to anything >scrawny as a bonus >either adequate at something, or fail at everything
>>421812 >Wow Arctic Dogs seems to have had the WORST opening of all time apparently. Define "WORST opening of all time". Foodfight! had a ~50 million budget as well and made total $73,706 box office. Technically speaking, there have been multiple movies that made less than $100 on opening.
>>421816 >I relate to Swifty completely. Used to feel like him. >>no one notices >>no one cares >>will never amount to anything >>scrawny as a bonus >>either adequate at something, or fail at everything You don't happen to follow Prequel Adventure, do you?
>>421818 No, I did not buy into "your waifur constantly loses and you follow the comic to see her maybe succeed hopefully" formula. I'm glad the comic is back from the dead, but I will only read it if it finishes.
>>421824 >by suggesting conspiracy theorists can be right sometimes I had to write an essay for school about two political films, one which was given (Wag the Dog, great satire about a government media conspiracy) I realised at the last minute that my original choice for a second film was horrible and went down the wikipedia list of conspiracy films to find a substitute The only one I had watched and knew well enough was Zootopia so I wrote an essay discussing its satirical depiction of politics (fox giving press interview advice scene) and Machiavellianism (villain's plot). got 20/20 marks

And frankly she is like a female Francis Underwood, constantly breaking the 4th wall and telling the audience how she is leading everyone by their noses.
>>421840 I too was wondering how the hell would they be able to even hold or manipulate anything? MLP FiM has this too but at least they usually use their mouths to hold things.
Fitna has some great facial animation, and I love that her tail seems to always move and swirl around even as she stands still.
>>421800 Well, it IS from the studio that made Norm of the North. They have a thing for the north pole it seems, and making Minions knockoffs? This time it is the puffins. Surprisingly, though, I found Grizzly and the Lemmings really funny and enjoyable. Like a more innovative Tom and Jerry where both sides often end up losing.
>>421817 But to my knowledge Foodfight had NO opening. It went direct to DVD. >>421824 Both reviews I seen barely mention the global warming plot. That's honestly the least of the movie's problems. >>421820 So the movie is good because it has gay furries in it?
>>421816 But I assume you did not solve that by basically failing to care about the friends who try to help you and taking advantage of them? And being obsessed about becoming good at a thing you are physically not capable of? I used to be scrawny too and failing at sports... but Í had other areas I excelled in so I simply focused on those rather than chase impossible dreams. I could still be here miserable today that I am not blessed with Arnie's physique if I dwelt on that, like Swifty did in this movie, trying to be a sled puller dog. I mean the movie even shows that the fox girl (what is her name?) who has the same build became successful as a mechanic and inventor.
Mrs Morphman, a shapeshifter - apparently after a certain age they settle to a permanent form. (Episode 19)
>>421852 You posted a crappy resolution CAM screenshot - to me they both looked like men. Sorry. What species are they even? Otters? Btw, I read through the archived 4chan post you sent about the movie. It was pretty easy to see which posts were made by you, from whenever you brought up Rock Dog... ;)
He has the worst luck with dogs, being a cat AND a postman. >>421851 Then why are all the people on the topic you sent saying it is about global warming? I mean it does seem to be sort of an allergory. I assume the walrus is an evil industrialist?
>>421869 The walrus is a mad genius type. He will ignore any danger of environmental harm as long as his inventions work. And no actual CO2 is involved, so the movie will age well if GRETA is full of shit.
Image:157376040258.png(1.15MB, 974x549)Screenshot_2019-11-14 Blacksad Under the Skin on GOG com.png
Apparently, they made a game out of this! https://www.gog.com/game/blacksad_under_the_skin Honestly the girls looked too human-like in the comic for my liking, and the stories were too heavy-handed in imitating movies or trying to deliver a political message, but furry games are not commonplace, so worth checking I guess.
>>421876 Greta is a joke, her parents taught her some lines and she became a meme, but she froze the moment people started asking her real questions.
Here's what I mean, he draws the female head shapes exactly like a human, just puts a cat nose on the human nose + ears. Compare with Blacksad who has a proper cat's head.
>>421873 Nice! Have not heard of this one. Will check. You know what episode she is in? Any other anthros?
>>421892 Blacksad follows a convention where the "higher" the character, the more human they are. The more lowlife, the more animal.
Inukai debuts in episode 4, which is as far as I've gotten at the moment. (I'm watching as my cable drops eps.) She seems to be the only other full anthro. They're still in cast assembly mode so she'll probably show up again.
Since this new cartoon from the same director who got Hazbin Hotel several million views on YT............. has a werewolf (werewolf = basically an excuse to have a standard humanoid furry) chick in a major role, I'll post here: HELLUVA BOSS (TRAILER)
Man, the new Tabaluga movie (that is not even called that but Ice Princess and tries to sell itself as a Frozen knockoff) is DARK. Starts up by Tabaluga's parents being murdered!!!
>>421899 How come? They barely finished Hazbin Hotel and are already making a new one? >>421898 Well, it is furry 50ies film noir but it tries to also be about race and class warfare a lot... something that to me seems weird in a universe where pretty much no 2 people are the same species. The second story about the "white supremacists" to me seemed ridiculous in a world where furries can easily dye their fur same way we do our hair - also you'd expect the arctic animal furries to be living in, well, the arctic, mostly, and have some culture similar to inuits. But nope they are just cheap allegories for the KKK.
Mom's name was Mythica. And yes, this movie actually turned Arktos, who was your Ice King style "we know he wants to conquer us but he is just terrible at it" villain in the toon into an actual threat. He even sounds like Emperor Zurg.
>>421931 I just wonder why they would use the same style as previous shows. Is it to piggyback off their fame? It's kind of like seeing Daniel Radcliffe in other roles, it just takes some time to get used to...
Twister will like this, Arctic Dogs got leaked pretty fast - not even a CAM, a full on 1080p version. Gonna watch it myself too in the near future. https://kimcartoon.to/Cartoon/Arctic-Dogs/Movie?id=94757
>>421997 Well no surprises there, she is your typical goth fursona but in someone's actually animated cartoon, it's every furry's wet dream. To me, she is kinda just... generic looking, same as the blue wolf character of the artist. I have seen so many fursonas that looked pretty much exactly the same over the years. The demons at least look original enough.
Making a character people make popular is an art or at least an unknown science. Vizivive has thrown tons of characters at the wall and sometimes she gets one that sticks. It's not exactly out of the blue, viewers were already warmed up to these types of characters and the setting with Hazbin Hotel.
I don't think Russians have a term for furries. I think their history has been so that wanting to fuck anything but your own gender just means you still have a pulse.
>>422030 Could be! Certainly the style is similar, albeit with a lack of hair. Fun fact, did you know Maya was based on a concept cartoon found in Himmler's notes? >>422031 To me that's not really appealing, frankly. She acts like an asshole more like disinterested, given the scenes we have seen in the pilot where she antagonizes her coworkers on purpose. Makes you wonder why she is even still around, given this is Hell where demons kill each other at the drop of a hat.
>>422032 I have a russian friend, I will ask... :) Not even hungarian language really has a word for furries. Made it hard for me to realize what this thing I felt most of my life was before I could check for stuff on the internet in english... :D
>>422034 >>422032 One of the things I hate Russians for doing is recent constant borrowing of western words, with complete disregard to their own language which will die in 100 years at this rate (no, I don't think it will ACTUALLY happen).
I bet whatever word they use for "furry" is some English borrowed cringe.
>>422051 Whenever something is not getting a release when there is at least some demand, blame it on stupid and greedy CEOs, who would rather sit on an IP than release it to a smaller audience but still make a small profit. It's go big or go home for those greedy lazy fucks.
>>422052 Yeah, likely so... Just really annoying. Btw seems Arctic Dogs is out this week in Hungary, hilariously it is called "Arctic Action" here. https://mozipremierek.hu/movie/2324-sarkvideki-akcio/trailer/44003
And I guess Trouble came and went in september without anyone giving a shit? https://mozipremierek.hu/movie/2281-kope It seems like that old disney or Don Bluth movie where the dog is the inheritor and some greedy relatives wants to kill it... But done with a knockoff Secret Life of Pets style.
Wow in this thing it seems like the Sheep and Wolves designers made the Reindeers... same style. https://mozipremierek.hu/movie/2267-pamacs-a-mikulas-kis-renszarvasa
Saberspark finally reviews Animalympics. The movie that made me realize I am a furry decades ago... wonder if he will finally take this step too? Nah, not likely. What the HELL is Animalympics? (Furry Olympics) In other news, managed to snag myself a CEL sketch of Kit and René running. :) Will scan it when it arrives.
>>422063 Yep pretty much as you say... fairytale land, I guess, so no logic needed on how monkeys and raccoons coexist. And yesm Raccoon is just Racoon. :D
"I'll be real... I am a sucker for anthro designs. I know...um, shut up!" Saberspark, getting to grips with the truth. :D
>>422070 Many of the songs on that movie have been on my playlist for decades. Especially Go For It and With You I can Run Forever. But overall, it is just a really fun and entertaining movie (even if it is more like a series of clips than a movie - understandable, given that it was made for that purpose, to be aired between actual olympic events). I often wonder how many, many more furries would be today, heck, maybe even our perception by the rest of the world would have been different, had the 1980 olympics not been boycotted and the whole world would have watched this movie.
>>422072 Cartoons with animals on TV don't make people like cartoon animals more. The only thing to change would be more people in their 40s and 50s seeing it as a "nostalgic thing", and rewatching every few years because I MEMBER BEING YOUNG WHEN THIS WAS ON TV.
And just when she joins the main cast... she gets upgraded to a "dragonewt" and basically turns into a human. WTF, Japan, is your crusade against depicting anthro monster girls with proper monstrous faces?
Image:157591356799.jpg(578kB, 1436x1080)Daishizen no Majuu Bagi.mpg_[2019.08.19_20.12.09].jpg
>>421991 Forgot to reply to this... Yes Bobsheaux isn't that funny as many other more well know reviewers. But y'know, unlike Saberspark he is openly a furry. Heck his girlfriend mostly appears as her anthro raven fursona. And in general, he seems like a nice guy. I have been supporting him on Patreon for a while, and I only do that with creators I genuinely like - Phelous for example.
>>422113 Yes of course it is trash anime. About 80% of anime is trash, IMHO. What do I care about quality if it delivers sexy anthros? Some of the sexiest anthros are often from the worst shows/comics... I really dunno what correlation would there be between something being good and it having sexy anthros to R34. Bagi Monster of Mighty Nature for example, is a really dumb movie once you think about the plot, or how stupid the main character is for thinking his mom was killed by Bagi when she was clearly killed by the corrupt researchers... Doesn't make Bagi any less sexy or worthy of R34.
Damaris (if that's how it is spelt) from the 5th episode of Cleopatra in Space. >>422117 Eh it has some really dumb cliches, and the motorcycle jousting made me laugh. But mostly I hated how that end conflict came straight out of nowhere. They had such a good relationship until then. And the ending wasn't very satisfactory either.
And speaking of which, just found a "new" totally not Pokemon or Yugioh CCG anime on kabillion I don't recall seeing here, Future Card Buddyfight Ace. It's kind of dragon-centric though they have other species as well. Only two episodes in so far so I don't know if they've got any hens.
>>422144 He's bipedal semi-upright, kind of like a raptor. This is him in one of his equipped modes. They run the gamut from full anthro to full feral with dragons definitely being the mainstays. Finally found out FCB Ace is actually like the sixth season, each season being a different incarnation running about 2 regular seasons worth.
So while Titan AE did not have a BR release to my knowledge, this surfaced. Seems to be 1080p rip from, I assume some TV channel. Useful if you want good quality screens of Stith. :) https://1337x.to/torrent/4193444/Titan-A-E-2000-1080p-WEBRip-x265-HEVC-10bit-AAC-5-1-Joy-UTR/
>>422145 Yeah the obscure character discord linked to it and I tried to make them aware of Orochi-Onna. Maybe someone else finally draws her. I dunno, to me this type of dragon isn't any more anthro than say, Greymon and his evolutions. It is just a bipedal dinosaur type, with wings, but the body shape and proportions are not humanoid.
>>422148 Well, I once checked what Cats is even about and even without the horrifying human-faced cat people it seems like a fucked up weird nonsensical story. Jellico cats... what is even that name? And they vote every year who goes up to basically heaven?
>>422173 I trust you're frequenting the scaly threads? I've never much cared for the dichotomy based on shapes. The Fox And The Hound is just as much a furry movie as Robin Hood. They're just different forms of anthropomorphism.
>>422175 ...And another, who only appears as an employee of the month picture. I'm trying to get one of that centaurette that shows up in all the random crowd scenes.
>>422174 Jellicle cats BTW, and if it doesn't make sense it's because it's cobbled together out of what's basically a book of nonsense poems: https://www.fadedpage.com/books/20160525/html.php
I recall somebody I used to hobnob with on usenet I think had an original species or somesuch called Jellicai, inspired by the concept.
>>422175 For me they need to have a humanoid body shape and walk on 2 legs. The one is just talking animals - the other is anthro design. I love both type of shows, I "turned furry" while watching Silver Brumby for example, but I never drew the characters as just regular horses but as humanoid anthros. Nice girl, but where are you getting new episodes of Rainbow Butterfly Unicorn Kitty? It pretty much vanished, nothing on Kimcartoon or torrents... >>422177 LOL that explains a lot. Btw, Doug's review starts with "I feel this movie is always 2 seconds away from turning into an orgy.
New - well, not new, last year - Wonder Woman book with JLU style Cheetah, arrived today.
>>422175 Nah I don't much check any topic there other than the obscure anthro ones. I can find regular furry porn on FA any day without having to reada anonymous 4chan trolls argue and call each other names. Besides what is posted there can be found elsewhere too.
>>422133 Oh I saw the episode. It was rather painful. Felt like the writers, despite getting a real official D&D adventure/sourcebook, had to go out of their way to shit on fantasy and RPGs in general. Also next episode Rick basically destroy a whole snake civilization just because Morty's meddling made them somewhat of a nuisance.
>>422178 They're not new, although there have been some that are new to you. latest was a Christmas episode. There's some on YT in sliced-up format. I get it thorough my cable but it's a bit of a pain for on demand.
>>422180 I'm a scientist and I love animals" said the woman. "I love them good and long." >>422183 Where was she hiding that blowgun? >>422187 Still only 6 eps in but yeah, so far it's looking like massive shota bait. Kinda repetitive to watch too because it focuses heavily on cardplay. >>422189 This is good your getting these. I watch as it airs and they blow by so fast I miss most of them.
On Cats - Heh, YMS even points out how most furries do NOT draw their characters with human hands, feet, and faces - yet some idiot critics still blame furries for the movie sucking. LOL?? Quickie: Cats
>>422192 Ah thanks. I never check youtube for shows anymore as they very quickly get taken down. If you have cable on your PC could you try recording them? It seems nobody captures this show, there have been huge discussions on who can and can't on Nanda.to... LOL yeah, maybe Cheetah saw what she did to animals in the name of "research". Though in that case, wouldn't Cheetah be to that lady a dream come true? "Yes, put me in a cage and call me dirty names!" :P I think you and me both know the answer to where she was hiding that blowgun... there aren't any pockets on her. :P I watch Rick and Morty on KImcartoon and just take screencaps when I see some interesting aliens. Not worth downloading the episodes unless there is some really nice anthro in it. Oh yeah alien mummy queen in the heist episode was somewhat anthro, too?

>>422195 It's one of those cases when you are in the right, but almost by accident. I like my animal characters with animal faces (and maybe some extra animal features elsewhere in like body proportions being a little different or having claws or whatever), and I know this is pure bias. But objectively such critters look better for most people. VERY human faces DO NOT FIT. It's the same stuff like the golden ratio: you can argue all you like, but some designs are more awkward, some less.
HAVING SAID THAT, here is some objectively quality art. Enjoy this celebration of northern european New Solar Year.
Opening clip from Santa's Last Snooze. Gotta love the French. Santa's Christmas Snooze - Clip (Need to try and snag a few more shots from the full show before it leaves for the season)
>>422195 Haven't actually done that before and I try to avoid anything beyond what could be loosely construed as fair use.
Notice she's doing that Monty Burns-esque "excellent" hand wringing while Wondy has Cheetah bound...
>>422212 Wow, nice girls. Have never seen this movie. Will have to look it up. I doubt watching streaming shows can be detected by your provider, or they are even looking for it. Only torrents are checked in the USA, last I heard. I mean, it would probably block the whole server if it was forbidden, no? I dunno how can you even locate good furry cartoon material if you can only get what's commercially available. A lot of these toons never had proper releases anywhere and can only be found online. Heh, true, probably she wants to have some fun with her once Diana leaves... she sure "loves" animals a lot...
>>422200 I don't think I am right by "accident" or we are the only ones who have these bias - most of the furry fandom does not consider creatures with totally human faces as furry. Just check Wikifur even... To me they do not meet the criteria for being furry. Japanese "nekomimis" or "kemonomimis", aka the Inuyasha type things, are not considered furries by pretty much every furry friend I have, or people I have asked about online on FA, DA, chans etc. Many places actually even will remove such art declaring it not furry. I think it was you who posted that "Furry-not-furry-dangerously furry" meme, and it stands true. :) Btw, you have been posting Geronimo Stilton. Any good femmes in that, apart from the main characters? I just never watched that show, caught some episodes but it was not interesting to me.
>>422221 I was talking about regular people. Aka, not furries (or those who do not consider themselves such). There are good stylistic/artistic/whatever reasons, other than my or your bias, for human faces clashing awkwardly (being a bad choice) with animal-like fictional character.
Also, if you tried watching Geronimo Stilton, and found it not to your liking, please don't force yourself to watch it in hopes there will be "sexy ladies". Just watch something else instead, something you find to have interesting (to you) stories. You gave it a chance? You didn't like it? Don't watch it. I personally consider it to be a good-to-great show with occasional weak/lame episodes that can ruin someone's fun, or leave a bad first impression. But most of the time it is perhaps too silly to appeal to most adults.
Not-Leia giraffe lady from Danger Mouse. She invites Penfold to save their game-world after he achieves high score (aka Last Starfighter)
>>422224 Well, that style must appeal to the japanese, since all they use is such designs. Dude, I watched far, far more terrible shows just for sexy ladies. Like the new She-Ra. Or crappy animes. But if there are any, maybe post a few screenshots? You seem to be watching it a lot. ... so maybe lend a hand here?
>>422233 Oh, and I meant "don't watch bad things in general". You will be surprised how much better you will feel inside when you stop consuming media you consider "crap". It's like with food.
>>422233 Head looks nice, body is just like any non-anthro otter standing on 2 legs. What is she from? Honestly her design reminds me of Tatiana Tushneko's coach from Animalympics. Though I think she was a mink. >>422234 Nah, I need a healthy mix of things to complain about! Though the new SW has occupied that spot for me for a while, LOL. I don't watch shows that are pure crap... just ones that are tolerable. I watched all of Chima for the anthros, for example, despite how childish and dumb a show it was. Just sad, given how we see Lego Ninjago by the same studio being a smart and well written show I enjoy to this day even at season 12.

>>422238 She is just a character made by a guy (read filename). And yes, she is a feral otter (with some tweaks like thumbs), but behaves like a human. Crazy idea, animals acting like people, amirite?
And please shit on new SW, it deserves all the shitting it gets.

>>422240 I think that was perhaps the first comic book I've ever read. It's fucking great, has a ton of humour, the art is good, and it's educational too. Still have the Hungarian version on my bookshelf. I've never seen a scan of the English version unfortunately, and I've been looking for it for a while. Note that it had two English releases, a softcover (with a different cover artwork) and a hardcover (the one you posted).
Also it was released in quite a bunch of other languages. The writer also made other "history of..." books in the same format. Well, at least one, history of (classical) music, narrated by Mr. Bird.
Well, I'm not 100% sure it was the first comic I read, I can't remember that far back. But it was certainly the first with catgirls. And like I said, the art of the book was great. The beatles land spread page was something else altogether.
Oh, and the book was originally French, so I'm wondering more about the casts original French name, let alone the English ones.
Image:157780017666.jpg(230kB, 1600x1091)Serge Dutfoy rock toons - russian 01.jpg
I can't find even a photo of the summary page from the English or French versions, I could only find one of the Russian version... Andre and Raymonds names are unchanged, and the catgirl is apparently called "Sexy"?
Oh, and as far as I know, this book is not scanned, except for the Hungarian copy. I'd love to read it in English.
>>422247 >Don't forget the Woodstock splash page with the squirrel.
There's a bajillion visual gags like that in the book, the level of detail is huge, even if it comes down to so small details that the artist could not fit in there due to lack of space.
I liked the "supergroups and guitar heroes" cover the most.
Seems Macskafogó's website is now selling the design sheets of the characters (pretty expensive at 2000 HUF/sheet), but they also basically uploaded them in HD so... https://www.macskafogo.hu/termek/karakter-rajzok/
>>422250 Belldonna was always so hot, just wish she was anthro not just a talking regular 4-leg-walking dog. Anyway, really not sure what these guys/girls were thinking, doing two projects at the same time when they barely had the money to make 1 episode of each. I guess time will tell if any studio picks them up.
>>422255 >hell dog was so hot (ha ha ha) >but I wish she was an anthro You either found her hot or you didn't. All Dogs 2 might have been a travesty that copied and pasted the same plot, as well as undoing the first movie in a disrespectful way, but the TV show was actually very close to the original concept for the original movie, which was a bunch of dogs having a detective agency solving mysteries, shenanigans included.
The rest of the stuff from Santa's Big Snooze. Having trouble accessing vudu through my comp so had to do a workaround. First up, Strella, the bad guy's live-in assistant.
I will make a webm eventually, but don't expect a [fictional female character] screenshot dump like this again. It physically exhausted me, now I need to sleep for 3 days straight.
>>422308 You just reminded me of something. Thea is not insufferable like SOME CHARACTERS RECENTLY, because she never tried to be a single independent woman. I mean, she ain't looking for a bf at the moment, but she has no problem having at least SOME feelings for some dudes. Sometimes.
Never heard of this show before, but managed to find an episode on the first try that has some daredevil polar bears in it, including a girl. https://kimcartoon.to/Cartoon/Nilus-the-Sandman/Episode-8-The-Day-Of-Living-Dangerously?id=95248
>>422313 Eh, I have yet to see any anthro from Beastars who would look as sexy and memorable as the "classics". Mind you, I was never a huge Renamon fan. The original design does not have much in the boob department. But at least unlike Pokemon, Digimon could talk and so she actually had a personality too. If that was not the case, I think Blaziken would be more popular today than her. That said, it is ridiculous that despite Renamon is like the most well known and most often drawn Digimon, they have not made any good toys of her yet.
>>422307 Thanks for the screencaps. Btw, as uploading here one by one is kinda taxing, I recommend ImGur. Just make an album and drop the pics there, and anyone can download them in one go via plugins from Firefox or Chrome. Btw, not sure what video player you use, but with Media Player Classic taking screenshots is as easy as pressing F5.
>>422319 She works as an assistant to Geronimo's news company (which I believe technically belongs to his uncle?) Basically, helping run the company is her day job, and whenever she has free time she does whatever sport that interests her. Basically, she is pretty athletic and adventurous. What keeps her from being a Mary Sue, is being nowhere near perfect, and having very few skills outside of sports (and driving cars and bikes). Her brother is also smarter than her.
>>422333 No but seriously, above is the alternate form of Electrodiety Amaterasu. They're killin' me though. I thought I was going to get skunked after they finally brought out a female buddyfighter and almost all her "monsters" were standard human. Then this happened:
Even then she only appears like that briefly so far. Then they did it _again_ next ep with the other female buddyfigther shown above, this time giving her a generic nekoboy monster harem except for Amaterasu, the cat being her chibi form.
>>422321 It'd be helpful if I'd typed the name correctly the first time. That's not the original title and it goes by several different ones in different countries obviously: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2180515/releaseinfo?ref_=tt_dt_dt#akas But then IMDB doesn't list the english voice cast for it or even the character names.

>>422336 I just seen her on ST TNG where she is a horny nurse who "always wanted to have sex with an alien". (That alien in this case, was a disguised Riker... who given that the species they were contacting had suckers on their fingers, must be into tentacle porn... :P) https://memory-alpha.fandom.com/wiki/Lanel
>>422340 Yep. She's a huge Trek fan and apparently it was her idea for the character to be a xenophile. I forgot, she was also the voice of Ms. Marpole in An Extremely Goofy Movie.

I think the transformation fetish-ists will like S02E02. Gal has a supermarket dream but finds that those who cannot spend all their money by closing time turn into rats, and she starts to transform, while all the sellers are revealed as rats too.
At least we got her bio. Seems all of her species are females, and yes, what she threatened Rachel Grey with, to lay her eggs in her squishy bits, is really how they reproduce. Also she has terrible breath. :P >>422352 Or, y'know, us furries are everywhere? :) If I worked on a cartoon I'd push for anthro characters for sure. That, and humans always liked to anthropomorphize animals. Just look at Ancient Egypt and other ancient religions.
>>422364 I will never buy this "egyptian gods were animal people" meme. Those are masks most likely, or symbolic shit. Cause if those were supposed to be animals, the bodies would be drawn at least a LITTLE bit differently.
>>422367 Well, that's just the thing...... it's literally just the heads. The bodies are completely, 100% regular human. Until time travel is invented to check, I maintain those are masks. And considering animal masks have been a thing in shamanism for ever, that's very likely.
>>422369 Isis at least has a myth associated with her in which her head is cut off and replaced with that of a cow. And the mask idea doesn't address the multiple gods with alternate feral forms. In the mean time, this is /co/ material, right?
>>422371 Maybe it was just an early version of the shiny form-fitting fur so many artists use now. The bodies are flesh-tone because color-coded model sheets hadn't been invented yet.
>>422372 Look, I meant "completely human proportions". All limbs and muscles exactly human length, thickness, and shape. If you were a professional artist you would understand.
>>422373 I know what you mean. I've seen plenty of modern furries that might as well be naked humans with animals heads. It's a simple matter of laziness in stylistic choices. Don't try and make this about artistic know-how. On a related note, I believe swift may have posted these before but The misnamed "gods" of Lansinar, from john byrne's Wonder Woman run.
>>422374 ...And by that I mean the modern ones in comparison. the ancient Egytians had their own way of doing things, including drawing important figures as veritable giants next to their subjects, which has led to no end of idiocy among the fringe crowd. (not to mention their unique grasp on perspective.) As you say, without a time machine you can only inferso much.
>>422374 Now that I think about it, there is a way of making "animal head on a 99.8%" human body work better, with one trick. Make the neck believable. Make it connect the head and the shoulders in a way that acts as a nice transition, make sure the neck is not 100% human thickness and shape/length, and as a bonus alter the shoulders and upper torso a bit, to make it seem like the neck belongs there.
Buuuuuuuuut that is too subtle for most artists to even recognize needing to be done to make the work better. Plus too much of a bother. Too much work.
Yes, they actually released this. Yes, it is as terrible as we expected. https://kimcartoon.to/Cartoon/ThunderCats-Roar At least Cheetara has boobs, unlike most calarts style females these days. Not much in the face, though.
>>422374 Hmm, no, I did not post them before - thanks! I will have to check them out. Do you know which issue / volume of WW?
>>422378 Wonder Woman vol 2, issues 115-117. Could've sworn I saw them posted here. And son of a gun, seems it's a reboot of a silver age Hawkman story from The Brave And The Bold #44.
Haven’t seen it mentioned here yet, but as of TMNT #101 out this month we now have our new Mona Lisa. I heard people say she’s ugly, but she’s got a cute nerdy thing going on that I like.
Never heard if this show before - Coco from Urban Vermin. IDW TMNT never ends, same as their transformers comics, I guess? The head is basically the same as the turtle head design, with added spikes. Pretty lazy. But then again, in these comics they change the designs every 2 issues when a new artists comes along.
Love the One Ring reference, heh. Sadly, only found 3 episodes in english so far. >>422390 Their comic also has Sally Ride, a puma gal, one of the Mutanimals.
Hmm, seems the topic stopped bumping. Anyway, just a final heads-up then, S2 of Peepodoo is only 4 days away from the end of the kickstarter. They already are backed for 6 episodes, I just backed them, hope they get 5 more! https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/bobbypills/peepoodo-and-the-super-fuck-friends-season-2
>>422393 Remember the shadowy, never revealed mystery female character from the old adult Ninjara comic that ran in Furrlough magazine? The one that looked (to me anyway) like a mountain lion? I’m now going to semi-seriously retcon Sally Ride as that character’s true identity in my headcanon.
>>422394 “Peepodoo and the Super Fuck Friends“ just sounds like the best thing ever created in the history of mankind’s creative endeavors. Ever.
>>422397 For a furry, you sure don't seem to like furry porn at all. That's kind of a contradiction... >>422396 I know Furrlough ran the last Ninjara comic, but it was never finished, right? I did not even remember this last page, interesting. You know a place I can download Furrlough from? I guess I did not get all the issues back in the nineties when I first found it.
Not a toon, but a statue - Catwoman as an anthro. Official
>>422395 France loves old-school anime (70ies/80ies stuff). A lot of french anime was based on such anime. Even their animation style often looks like anime.
>>422405 I like porn when it is not sold to me as a show, and I also like my porn to not look like crap. I like my art well drawn, and try to do the same. It is also strange for you to think a furry must be obsessed with porn.
Image:157907195324.jpg(1.41MB, 2560x1440)18 - Apocalypse, Part 2.mkv_[2019.04.16_00.45.16].jpg
>>422408 I have never met a furry who wasn't. Why would it be strange? Honestly to me you often seem like you are very much into it but trying to tell yourself - and us -that you aren't. LOL have you even seen the show? It is extremley well animated. It is also very funny, and the porn part is not even the biggest part of the show. Anyway, it already hit enough for 6 episodes. I also funded them.
>>422411 Well, what is sexy for one is not for another. Guess that is the only conclusion we can agree on. And liking ≠ obsession. I like cherries quite a bit, yet I don't eat them every week (or even every month).
