It's a Netflix animated show. It's pretty good, and comfy.
There's a comic too, but I prefer the series.

I watched the first 3 episodes, aim to watch all the rest. I love how it essentially an occult show for kids half joking here.

It tries to be Gravity Falls a bit too much, especially with how well the kids take the supernatural existing...
That said it has a very nice art style. But for some reason it just could not hold my attention.

On Gravity Falls kids outsmart FREAKING GOVERNMENT AGENTS with no trouble. Hilda's writing is miles better.

Welcome to western animation, enjoy your stay.
Honestly, it gets a bit cliche'd after a few decades of being the norm.

I was thinking more about the general "kids are clever and smart and adults are dumb, especially government secret agents" schtick.

More like "the children protagonists are good, therefore they need to defeat any foe (that is not the main villain) without effort, because the audience does not want any real struggle".

Or....... you know, something like that.

The dual conspiracy;
The big conspiracy that only the kids are privy to and the small conspiracy of the kids keeping what they’re doing secret from their parents as they would inhibit their work and be unable to do anything about the big conspiracy

4chan's Hilda thread were really good for the first four-five months after the show airing. People talked about it, drawfags took requests and even pedos were banned. But then people run out of stuff to talk about, jannies stopped caring and the threads got filled by a lot of identifags forcing their shitty "memes", the threads never came back to what they used to be, not even when S2 and the movie dropped, getting hijacked by pedoniggers was just part of that debacle.
It's a shame, I miss Frida bullying, but at that point I just moved to Hispachan's Hilda threads and they were far better and more fun to read. I don't bother with 4chan's nowadays.

There's no need to complain, the show is really good and we can talk about it here, what do you like about it and what are you expecting from the next book?

I have the first three books in Spanish. I also have the Audiobooks somewhere in my local disk but I can't find it right now, you could check this link:
https://audiobookbay.lu/abss/hilda-bwooks-1-6-stephen-davies-luke-pearson/
But I'm not sure if it's working, it shows the list of files, but it's not detecting seeds right now.

Nevermind I found them. I'm going to drop them on internet archive later this week and share the url if anyone wants them. They are really good, Davies totally catches Luke's narratives and fixes several issues with the netflix show.
