>>422879 Well alright then. Sorry to say I can't help you since its been decades since I've been in any sort of school. Plus4chan is quiet but still someone else more knowledgeable on the topic could come along eventually.
Im kinda new here .. any advice on how to use this ? Maybe I’m in the wrong forum. Still trying to get accustomed to this site. Oh are you like a college graduate etc ? I hope someone can help. I mean it’s a desperate situation ?
No never ... this is actually My first time. I’ve heard of it but never knew what to post or if I wanted to post something I didn’t want to be judged or something. I usually post on Reddit but idk why I feel on Reddit u can get banned for anything which is annoying.
>>422886 Oh sweet summer child. Alright I'll give you a basic rundown; On imageboards everyone usually posts anonymously, some people post with names but unless they are moderators or site staff who have a reason for their identities to be known this usually resorts in mockery. Anonymity has always been an integral concept for the whole culture of posting on such places.
When posting on imageboards you probably don't want to tell people you're from Reddit, or use alot of emoticons in your text. This is just a general rule of thumb.
If this was 4chan proper you'd probably want to 'lurk' without posting too much at first to get a feel for how people interact, but since plus4chan is a much quieter website just use your best judgement in being how you present yourself/how you talk with people.
That said there isn't really much worry of being judged here honestly, since as said the site traffic is low and we are mostly all anons. Don't think you really are going to do anything that would lead to you getting banned.

>>422890 Its not so much they aren't allowed but they tend to be looked down upon by many people if used (over)regularly in posts. Instead their function can more often be substituted by posting an image alongside the text of your post.
This is more in regards to the high-traffic imageboard websites you may at some point go post on, would garner less of a reaction here.
