Still working on page 309. I had the colors mostly finished, but it was taking so long that I stopped to color 307 instead. These pages have been taking so long with all of the interacting figures from panel to panel, so a bit delayed again, but I will now be moving back to that page to have uploaded as soon as possible.

I think Incog will first go Alex/Julie and Katie/Jack, then they will swap partners and then they'll go for a full steamy foursome to end the comic.

Well considering the last page, it seems that partner swapping is precisely where it's headed next. The dialogue is pretty blatant in that Julie is stating that it "can be difficult with Jack", and she plans to "unleash" her "FULL POWER" so that he "Falls in line" once he's been "thoroughly pussy whipped", meaning she's gonna do him so hard he'll do whatever she says.

And then she tells Alex that Katie's a "Good Girl", but she needs some "Positive Reinforcement" and it'll hit "DEEPER" if it comes from Alex.

Meaning she wants Alex to do Katie, and help keep her satiated too.

So it looks like the incoming pages will be the older siblings swinging with the younger siblings.

Remember, the younger siblings sent her into the room to talk to Alex so that he'd be on board with them all banging, and she's doing just that, while also reinforcing the fact that Alex needs to step up and help Katie while Julie keeps Jack in line with her own "charms"...

They're 100% gonna swap in the next few panels...

I hope it really won't take THAT long.
I do hope it ends up with a full foursome, but i don't think that to get to that point, more than 2 chapters (including this one) are necessary.
This could be about Katie giving Alex a bj and then the two of them have sex together, while Julie and Jack do the same thing.
Then, the comic will get a rest as incog does the new Sultry Summer chapter, and when he's done with that, Chain Reaction will resume with the full orgy between the siblings that will end the comic.
I am not saying you are wrong, but i hope incog doesn't drag this comic for more than necessary.

I would also like to see a Double Trouble continuation where Kim's mom joins in (and maybe the dad fucks Kim too) and a final swinging foursome between Raven/Robin/Starfire/BeastBoy as a conclusion to Emotion Sickness.

Too soon to say, maybe it will get 5 pages more before actually going back to "action".
Personally i think that a good build up can make the sex hotter when it finally happens, even though waiting for it can be a pain in the ass at times.
