Yeah, it looks something like "years later", the priest went back to civilization with the natives mango juice. Either to spread the word and convert everyone to having an orgy, or to just give it to the women so he can have them for himself, whichever way you want to interpret it (second to last panel focuses on the girls only, not the entire crowd, which could imply he just wants the women for himself).

Which isn't that far off of reality. Wine (in Europe) and chocolate (in the native Americas) were both known for those properties as well. In ye olde times, it was customary for the bride's father to include a months supply of wine in the dowry, to make sure the newlyweds are busy making children.
