That's the length of a main issue, is the thing! These are meant to be just short little stints, and we're experimenting with it.

I think I'd be more open to long form comics if there was more of an acceptance for One Page At A Time releases, instead of Bulk, like what won the poll.
20 pages also takes a long time to do, for me. Since I'm juggling this and other projects.

But hey, I appreciate the interest.

Aysun Lang lived with her family in what was once a war-zone. The Lang homestead did its best to obfuscate that fact, as it was one of the many farms/arboreal rejuvenation/decontamination zones along the eastern seaboard of America Zone. Beyond the acres of the farm was the Gunpowder Graveyard, the abandoned munitions and Bipedal Tank manufacturing plants, which lead to lakes, ponds, and rivers formed during The Second Great Flood. Aysun was accompanied by her little brother, Aten, as the two of them would make excursions down to the the lake to bid hello to their friend, Tarkus.

Tarkus was quite silent, but quad-canon anthro-tanks with 60mm holes in their hulls usually aren’t talkative. With only the dormant mechanical creature to witness, Aysun and Aten would often do a little skinny dipping in a lake by Tarkus. Aysun effortlessly slipped out of her overalls (they were a tad baggy on her, she wondered if she’d ever fill them out). Aten was just at the age when he was starting to notice girls, and he couldn’t help but notice his sister’s long legs and tight butt as she walked by him and dove in. Aten was dumbstruck as Aysun floated up to the top, and laid on her back, the sun shining against her skin, small beads of water collecting on her bush, and her delicate and puffy nipples pointing upward like delicate fluffs of meringue. “Aren’t you gonna jump in, At?” Aysun smiled invitingly, and noticed her brother’s delicate and plump body, and his penis growing in recognition of her beauty. He obliged his sister’s request.
Emerging from the water after their splashing and play, the two youths laid out on the shore. Looking out at the sun as it went down the horizon, casting shadows over the trees and mechanical wreckages. Aten spooned next to Aysun, holding tightly to her supple hips. “Hey At?” Aten sat up, draping his body over Aysun.
“Yeah, sis?” Aysun hesitated for a moment, then leaned in and kissed Aten, lingering long enough to feel his tongue bravely probe her lips.

The year is 1991, the place is Japan. The economy is in a downward spiral as the Bubble of the 1980s has burst, but fighting tournaments, often on the streets, are all the rage in Japan. Reiko used to work as HR at a high power trading company until the recession left her without a job. Drowning her sorrows at a local pub, she sees a fit boy helping his family run the pub by cleaning glasses and cooking yakitori. Uh I guess I would say Dimension H is by Jinmen and various artists. F-ing is doing his own things elsewhere, and I wanna respectful that.
Sandra and Lucas got like a shout out in a book, but I didn't have anything to do with that story.
Body Shots isn't really a Colonist story per-se. We just sorta treated Aysun as like a Tezuka cast member to be used in other settings and stories.

8chan is a better choice, but most of their general porn boards are about as active as we are. The actual active boards there are the ones that either cater to a specific topic (loli, furry, ntr), or they are boards that one artist made to post their own content.

Personally, when there is mother-son incest I prefer that it's the mom that fucks her son first. Have you considered just rebooting the whole thing once you decide on a format? That way the story is uniform instead of having it be a mix of comics and prose.

I think I should put an end to Dimension H. Or at least, an extremely extended hiatus with maybe some pin ups here and there. Here's a breakdown of why:

1. Life. We all gotta deal with it. Big changes, little changes, and everything in between. And that doesn't just go for me, that also goes for a lot of the artists I worked with. A lot of them have moved on to other projects, commitments, etc, because everyone has to do whatever to get by (and I don't blame them).

2. The process. I can't draw, so any time I wanna do something for DH, I gotta find an artist and that means finding someone in the dead center of a Venn diagram of available for commissions, affordable, I like their art, they're reliable, able to draw comics, able/willing to draw the stuff I think up. Also writing whole stories on my end is always a task for me, and I never totally got the hang of it or became totally satisfied with my work.

3. Finding safe haven. The internet is a constantly changing place. Sand Panda came and went and came and who knows if it'll go down again. Pixiv is pretty open but they got their own weird hang ups. Always wondering what gallery is gonna stay open or possibly go away is exhausting.

In the end Dimension H was a bit of an experiment on my part, but it didn't totally pan out as hoped. At least it put me in touch with some people I'm still friends with, and I thank all of you so much for your support and encouragement over the years. Really, the fact that people liked the stuff I thought up blew my mind.

Don't spend your money on me, Anon. If you wanna read some stories similar to DH, check out Slim2k6's Perpetual Son. It has space aliens and /ss/, it's good stuff. Or try your own hand at creating the content you wanna see. Whether it's through drawing, writing, sculpting, collaborating, whatever, I encourage you to flex your creative muscles.

As for me, I'm just gonna stay on the sidelines. I'm getting old, I've been a part of this scene a long time, it's time to let some other folks run with their own ideas. You might see a pin up commission from me every now and then. Hell, some pics recently posted on other threads were ones I've commissioned that I didn't attribute to myself.

Tl;dr: Making DH is a lot of work and I got other fish to fry. Thank you all so much for all the support over the years.
