I'd do more but encounters with the general fanbase, the bitchy artist, and watching the comic itself go downhill of late killed any enthusiasm I once had.

I'm allowed to be bitter, bro. Not having feelings about stuff means you're a psychopath. I was just a fan enjoying my time and she treated me like shit for interpreting her comic "wrong". Turns out I wasn't the only one, but all of those people, like me, have been silenced. And then to see her being a hypocritical bitch about everything on top of that... Yeah, I'm bitter. So what?

Maybe she's changed her mind since than but it doesn't sound like iseenudepeople has had any complaints either. Really can't see her getting that worked up about some #63 or crack shipping, at least.

It's possible the whole shitstorm just happened because that was the first instance of anyone doing something unexpected with her own work (being a former Homestuck, not sure how she thought it wouldn't happen to her). It was two dramatic tumblrites meeting by happenstance at the wrong time and having a little bitch fight over it. In the end, I got an IP ban from her site, which is great because the discussions on 4chan are a lot more fun and I wouldn't have found them otherwise. (I couldn't resist a bit of trolling over the Homestuck and asexuality drama, what can I say?)

Sorry to have caused any trouble for you folks of /pco/. This whole thing was stupid and I'll own my part in it.

It really happened mostly in private (email, tumblr ask boxes) or in posts that were deleted and never saved because neither one of us really wanted to make the whole stupid shit public (and it was a sort of slow-building shitstorm; as in, this started in 2013). I drew some Odin/Gil slash for a laugh, she tumblr blocked me, I got butthurt, then we talked and she sent me a throw pillow I shouldn't have accepted. I got sucked into the fandom in a bad way, expressed opinions she didn't like, started new drama (she said don't draw Homestuck crossovers and I'm a little shit so I did :D), then I left. I lurked around the fandom and couldn't resist being a shitty troll over the asexual drama. We got into a real bitch fight by email, called each other some pretty mean names, accused each other of all sorts of ludicrous things neither was actually guilty of (as you do when you aren't seeing the other person at all, just your dislike for them), then she IP banned me from the site (so I would "learn a lesson"; she really worded it that way :D), which was funny and infuriating at the same time. Spent a few weeks really wanting to just ruin her life, as you do when you've fully lost a stupid fight over nothing. It was dumb from start to finish and I pretty much did it all to myself, broke my toys and everything. I put her on a pedestal she didn't belong on and then got bitchy when she fell off.

And there you have it. The story of a butthurt tumblr artist who got too invested in a thing that is okay but not worth all that idolizing and had a shit fit when that came to light. I was wrong to have made the initial situation so bad and more wrong for trying to bring it here (and elsewhere) to be some sort of martyr. Not seeking buttpats for owning any of this, just putting the story out there as I remember it since I was the little shit who brought it up in the first place and someone asked. Have some Tuls with tits in penance.
