Depends on whether you can get some artists interested in the character. It helps if the character has a hook like a turkey with giant boobs or fox in a wheelchair. Nostalgia helps as well like with the Red Riding Hood from the Bugs Bunny cartoon. Basically when it happens, it happens. Just try not to force it.

Well, providing good screencaps and download links for the episodes also helped.

yeah but there is only 4 on youtube. I've tried contacting DHX the people that have the rights to the show about getting it released on DVD but they keep stonewalling me everytime i ask them about it ether getting released on netflixs or DVD or hell even just on normal tv.
