The human version of CFL would be doing biotech experiments, probably working with some advanced form of genome/transcriptome/proteome modding.

If we can somewhat misuse the IPSC concept, or have something like Parasite Eve, then Solver hosts assimilate others by converting biological material to and from stem cells.

Our Alice here could totally have antlers of whatever material, but there'd be syringes and probes and tubes of fluid (and still knives) dangling off them. She could even still have the tail, if we let Disassembly Drone equivalents have special cells with unique properties.

Not me. I like Murder Drones for the robots, the fleshy bits only being an effect of the Solver on some drones and not all. If I wanted human characters, I look elsewhere and not change something into something else that it isn't.

I don't mind the humans personally. Gives the robots a "kick" when they have something to contrast against.

Not a fan of "humanizations" for that same reason though...
