Nice to see the hiatus hasn't made Griffith any less fabulous.

I was expecting WAAAAAAAAAAAY more evil, but I think it's done well setting up why it's so bad.

These things NEEED IT, they literally can't live without it.

Unfortunately, the scan picture quality has dropped significantly, apparently because Evil Genius lost access to Young Animal's digital release and resorted to the Korean scanlation.

>Casca and Guts are disconnected from fate, [the Behelit] can't belong to either of them, no matter how much Slann might wish it.
Do you mean because they have the mark? When was that said?

He's sort of right, but he's not. The brand puts them on the borderline between the human world and the spirit world. In the Skull Knight's favorite metaphor, instead of a shadow on the river of fate, like most people, they're fish swimming in the river. If they try really hard, they can maybe go upstream.

But they're still in the river. They're still affected by causality. There's no reason to think that a behelit wouldn't work for them.

Berserk is being continued despite the death of the author.
Honestly I'd rather they just leave it unfinished.
