>>192832 If the shell is seen as more of a coat than part of his body it makes it looks like his body tapers upwards, with super wide hips. The shape of the mouth and maybe eyes could also be looking feminine.
>>192835 >The shape of the mouth This is what I think anon was seeing. Full lips are seen as a feminine trait (see: duck face, woo~oo). The hair, which I guess is meant to be a mohawk of sorts, can be seen as a ponytail and the long eyebrows also add to the idea. Lacking more obvious masculine traits (like a six pack+pecs), a person seeing this without knowing the character would easily think female.
>>198385 when I play the game I'm going to have Shantae, Shovel knight and Zone-Tan on my team but only if they can be on my team and there not just npcs that you talk to and that's it cause that would suck
>>198466 Zone, Best Friends Play, other 'big names' on the internet have been heavily involved in getting this game funded or otherwise doing stuff for it.

Something that relates to those two in particular, looks like The Baz is back once again.
>>198541 There's so many cool looking party members I'm not sure how I'll manage to deal with that
Kinda drifting towards Naga Rider, Shovel Knight & Annie. Though I also like Phoebe the giant barbarian woman that fires actual spears using her bow or Vasco the Cowboy Conquistador gunslinging with his custom rifle.
>>198545 I think it was the Zaibatsu who said almost all of the characters could be the protagonist of their own game if they could and I agree. It's a lot easier to count the characters I don't care for than the ones I love.
>>198491 And yet Zone-Tan is somehow one of the LEAST obnoxious and out-of-place backer characters forced into a cameo during the game. What a shitshow that game turned out to be.
