Irish Coffee translationAnonymous

If anyone is familiar with the comic/animated TV show Cybersix, the creators made this comic beforehand.
Since I own a (hard to find if you're not in Argentina) copy, I wanted to give a shot at translating it, and I wanted to know if anyone is interested and/or can give me some advice on how I should go about releasing this.

Definitely interested. What sort of advice are you lookig for? You can use photoshop to blank out the text bubbles and insert your translation in, then save each page as a pdf, and use winrar or whatever to save those all as a .cbr or .cbz file that can be opened with a comic reader. Give it a representative filename like Irish Coffee (Trillo-Meglia) (1989) (Scanlation - #your-tag-or-name#).cbr, and post a mega link on /co/'s win'o, people can spread it from there.

On that note, if the page is black and white, you can try setting the color mode of the file to greyscale, this will significantly reduce the filesize.

There are existing scans of the German release available on DC++ if you don't want to scan yours. Filenames are:
Irish Coffee - 01 - Sahara Lone (Spunk).cbr
Irish Coffee - 02 - Black Tea (DE).cbr

Let me know if you can't find them and I will upload on mega or something.

I actually have the album by Napoleones Sin Batallas, so I don't think it'll be necessary.
Though it's apparently incomplete, since it doesn't have all the editions published in Skorpio

I just mean if you don't want to cut up your album to make the best scan possible, or even just don't want to spend the time doing it, these exist, so you can just erase the text on those and pop your translation in.
