i don't even know if they're even cancelled. It's like they're in purgatory. Maybe Cartoon Cartoons will be slightly mentioned in the upcoming Annecy, but I think it'll be many years before all of those shorts get released
>>481447 >Cartoon Cartoons shorts The Discovery people are really penny pinching cheapo-s, that came to WB from a reality TV/reality cable dominated business, where everything was done on the cheap. Do you think that those reality tv show people get residuals, the way a voice actor does, or an animator might get on rebroadcasts? Also, cable channels are still governed under the old union agreements, not the shit that made Netflix huge and profitable, or helps Bezos continue to undercut shit (and competitors) with Prime.
>>481449 >they're in purgatory This is a good way to look at it. There's tons of shit that sits in vaults and doesn't get shown, not just animation OP likes. If someone else can monetize it and pay those residuals, the WB DISCO suits will be happy to let them. If ME TV's toon syndication takes off, OP can start bothering them on social to do so.
