>>479911 Depends on you look at it. It was kinda half hearted as a reboot, but also a "sequel" in the sense it was still the same world just in the far future.
>>479943 It fails as a sequel basically taking a big shit on the ending of g4. Now I know lot of stuff post season 5 isn't well liked or even post season 3 but its better than g5 even Pony Life is better
I wish FIM/G4 gets a sequel. It would also be fun if RS and MLP were to get some semblance of a crossover, or at least acknowledge each other somewhat, somehow. I mean, they were two of the first animal-focused shows in the 2010 AFAIK, they even released only a month apart! You could draw so many parallels between them IMO, while still contrasting or juxtaposing. >>479785 >Regular Show is getting a sequel series I'm honestly not excited about an RS sequel, I always thought it was getting more of an expansion or a reboot rather than that. I imagine an MLP expansion/reboot/sequel would be more or less the same as the original, but slightly more "mature" or realistic in terms of dialogues. At the the original already had some parts where it's not infantilizing or pandering. >>479911 >>479943 It more-or-less is the same continuity, but it's definitely a separate generation for sure.
