>>436118 >sweating through fur >visible sweating through fur Will never not bother me. I know it's a way to make tiredness obvious and a timeless cartoon tradition and everyone does it....... but yeah.
The problem with Lolas new design is that makes the director look like he doesn't have the faintest idea behind the character. He wants Lola to be this strong female character, but the entire idea of Lola was that she IS a strong female character, she is in fact the best player the toon squad has after Jordan. And the second someone calls her a babe, they get a major ass kicking. She already IS a strong female character on her own, and the fact she is so sexual is played as a source for jokes.
But the director saw her as nothing else but a babe and focused on that part - ignoring that she already is the strong female lead they want her to be.
And the fact that the director admitted he was watching the movie for the first time a few years ago. He shouldn't be on this fucking movie to begin with.
>>436605 Its a future nightwing rather than a future batman, see the sticks mounted on the back which are his signature weapon and big blue bat symbol on the chest? Generally alot less broody a character.
>>437363 >Transformers is Japanese originally right? But there's alot of shit that was released specifically in America...
Sort of but no. Hasbro from the USA licensed a bunch of random Japanese transforming toys (Diaclone, Micro Changer, Macross), and asked Marvel Comics to create a universe for them (it was ultimately Bob Budiansky who got the job). The cartoon was made by Sunbow based on the character names/abilities and settings Bob came up with. The series was of course very popular in Japan too, who had most of the stories brought over to them from the USA, but also made their own.
So it was Hasbro, Marvel Comics, and Sunbow, all in the USA who made Transformers - based on random, nameless Japanese toys they licenced.
>>437395 Does this guy actually have a web page where he uploads his stuff? because every time he's asked he post something random to troll people for the lols
>>439478 Matt and Trey hated him and classic South Park. It's so surreal to see creators actively go out of their way to rip out their own series' roots. >>439479 Also this. I still think the show died with Hayes.
>>439481 I enjoyed that one but South Park was already long downhill by then. I think the Coon and Friends Saga should have been the end. Season 14 as a whole was such a breathe of fresh air after the previous couple seasons
