While I didn't much care for many of the s8 episodes, the season long arc was pretty good. Having the racist EEA guy and Chrysalis as red herrings for the final villain was a nice touch.

Personal opinion, but Tartarus was not as cool as I hoped it would be. Tartarus is just a single big room with some miscellaneous monsters in cages, and its not even deep underground or anything. You'd think you'd want someone like Tirek behind multiple barriers, magical force fields, lava moats, etc. Not just a single door which can be magically forced open and a single guard dog.

Well, personally I would release it because I value the original work and respect the actual artist's opinion far more than the commissioner's. If drawing OCs without permission is wrong, then all my cartoon fan art would be highly unethical.
Then again, my moral values are mixed and probably unorthodox.

In chapter 23 of Season 1 "The cutie mark chronicles" she talks about going to Celestia’s school of gifted unicorns, when everyone was already going to school, plus she was still studying or was already finishing her studies when she net her friends in the first episode, with this info it suggests that she’s the youngest one of all.

Rainbow dash Age 23 or 21 years old… born Feb 1 ’93 or ’95

In chapter 12 of Season 4 "Pinkie pride" she talks about her birthaversary, basing on the date of the premiere, Feb 1 2014, it could be her birthday, her cake had 21 candles which suggests that it’s her age (arguable) 21 years back takes us to Feb 1 1993, knowing Fluttershy’s age, they both used to study in Cloudsdale, if we ignore the cake candles and keeping in mind that that chapter 23 of Season 1 "Cutie mark chronicles" where Fluttershy is taller than Rainbow, we could suggest that Rainbow is 1 or 2 years younger than Fluttershy.

Fluttershy Age 23 years old… born around ’93

In chapter 5 of Season 1 she says she’s older than Pinkie.

Applejack age 24 or 25

She’s one of the more mature ones, so like Rarity, she’s one of the older ones.

It is the only one who has her own business and according to the first episode of season one, "Friendship is magic part 1", she was Cheerilee’s classmate which is an adult pony.
Which suggests that she is one of the olders of the group.

Pinkie pie: Age 22 Years old… born May 3rd ’94

In chapter 18 of Season 2 "A friend in Deed" Pinkie told Cranky that she was 75 days away from her birthday, basing on the release date of that episode of Feb 2012, 75 days later was May 3, now in Chapter 11 Season 4 "Three’s a crowd" Pinkie says that she was born on a Tuesday. The years before 2012 with a May 3rd were: 2011, 2005, 1994… knowing that they’re adults, her year if birth is 1994

Okay, this might be the place to ask, where did all the "humanized form" ponies come from? I mean are they official designs, or did someone make some human versions based on the show art and they got popular, or what?

I guess you were living under a rock for the past what, 6 years? Hasbro basically tried to copy-paste the success of Monster High and made Equestria Girls. There is an official but ridiculous explanation in that this is an alternate universe where Twilight and Spike travelled to, in order to find an evil ex-apprentice of Celestia... but that was quickly dropped and the subsequent movies had introduced another Twilight in that universe too. They otherwise live totally like normal humans, there are no pegasi or unicorns and no magic either. It's pretty terrible, to be frank.

Without spoiling anything, if you did not watch or like The Last Crusade, you never liked the show and only pretended to, and deserve your brony license revoked.

To say the show past season 3 tied some loose ends would be an understatement.

You know what I hate? Characters reaching their goals in a cartoon, unless it makes them look like a loser not to reach them. Everyone in MLP has been boring for a long time. Everyone reached their endgame.

Why hopes? Characters getting kids is the worst character-killing trope out there.

So, anyone else checked out this Pony Life thing? It is basically TTG, but with the characters at least keeping some semblance of their personalities... not much mind you. I could stomach 3 episodes before it got annoying. They also ignore continuity, and character development a lot, with Fluttershy reverting to her S1 scared persona, despite this taking place just before the coronation.
