Have to say, loved this season like I loved them all - soooo much emotional stuff. I loved how the storyline with Hollyhock ended. As well as the flashbacks to BoJack's mom and her life. This show can often make you feel that life is shit, but it also always shows you that glimmer of hope that makes you keep going forward.

You can see above that I screencapped all the BoJack Horseman episodes from S4 and it does not have this problem. I downloaded the newest MPC (2017 Jul) and it produces the same resolution. In fact, if I disable the "Keep original aspect ratio" button, the screen of the wakfu episodes turns into the same resolution as shown in the screencaps

That's not really what I would use to describe the art style. More like, "naturalist". But to each his own. I take it you have not watched it yet? I encourage you to try. It is easily the best written Netflix cartoon, or show, even. Really digs deep and makes you feel for the characters, while also being witty and funny and at the same time, gut-wrenchingly emotional.

No. The whole model of YT is "we can, and will, host EVERY VIDEO EVER!". With an astronomical amount of content, no one but the bots could go through it all. Why do you think takedowns are automatic, and flaggings are not checked for authenticity? It's because there are SO many videos. It's not because Google is evil (although there is that); it is because no amount of people the company can realistically hire could go through every video and evaluate it.

A system like YT cannot work long term. The only thing that works is many smaller sites, with all of the web's video content spread across them. That way, not only is there competition, but number of uploads is small enough for actual humans to look through them. YouTube will die eventually, its own weight dragging it down. Like that swedish king who died of overeating.

Really? I watched and it was as generic as it can be. I mean, easy to understand when you watch the credits and realize this is one of the million animation that chinese studio churns out every month. With actors hired quickly to dub in the (also probably chinese written) story.
I especially found it incredibly lazy how they re-used Chunk and Vix's models a few times to throw in a few foxes and warthogs amongst the colonists.
Overall the movie wasn't that terrible but simply a resounding MEH. Bobsheaux also reviewed Mune - Guardian of the Moon. That is also not a masterpiece, but you can see on the animation and the story that they tried to make something original... unlike Spark that is like every story ever cobbled together, from the lost prince to the sexy fox lady warrior (Krystal anyone?) and the totally ineffective bufoonish villain whom oddly, everyone obeys despite how clearly incompetent and unthreatening he is.

What I found good in Spark? I don't even know. I went to the theater because I promised myself I will watch the movie no matter what. Expected to be disappointed, but....... I was not. The only things I did not like about it was a pop/rock song near the beginning (a bit cliche), and the lack of blood and on-screen death in fights (a personal pet peeves of mine). I could pretend I hated it to fit in with the crowd, but I cannot lie to myself. I liked it, even though I did not expect to. I watched the credits with a smile on my face. Will buy the Blu-Ray if it gets released.

One thing I liked above all else however, was how the obligatory cute animal (in a world of animals) sidekick was integrated into the plot in a way I did not see coming. Space roly-polys are best bugs.

I rewatched the first season 3 times last year... That should tell you how much I love this show. I dunno how Netflix does it, but a LOT of their shows have really deep, yet funny stories - Adventures of Puss in Boots, Dreamworks' Dragons, BoJack Horseman, yes even All Hail King Julien.
The new season has several overarching plots with each episode progressing those to a conclusion, but also each dealing with one or more characters or their relations. Even minor characters get some love, we had an episode with Hex and Skull and their friend/familiarship, and even Brokkoli Guy got his time to shine.

This is like the 5th or more season of Max Adventure. While Serienjunkies was alive I got most of the show from there, it seems to have a rather deep storyline and is quite mature. Sadly, my german is not as good as I'd like so I have yet to watch the whole thing.
